Vera’s Guesthouse is private and cozy, the decor makes it especially charming. It was impeccably spotless! We only booked for an overnight stay but when we return to Tampa for a longer visit we hope it’s available! She made us feel especially welcomed.

The place was quiet and private, was a great get away for a week , easy to find. James the host was very easy to communicate with, responded to any questions or needs quickly. I would stay there again if ever in that part of Florida again

Karen and Pete have been wonderful hosts! My husband and I were displaced by the recent hurricanes, and needed a place to stay while we get our house repaired. They have been very welcoming, friendly, responsive, and always willing to help out if needed. This is one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. It's a large private space, with lots of windows and natural light, with a nice sized main room and kitchen. The home has reliable high-speed internet which has been great for my husband working remote. It's in a peaceful country-like setting with beautiful flowering vines and mature oak trees surrounding the property. Located across the street is Walsingham Park, a large county park with walking/biking trails, lakes, and picnic areas. It's also close to the Pinellas Trail, an awesome bike trail that runs the entire length of the county. The property is located in a quiet residential area with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short drive. Highly recommend!

This was the 3rd time we stayed at Paulette and Phils. Each stay was excellent. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend.The guesthouse guidebook listing favorite restaurants and things to do was also very helpful.

Diane was very helpful and friendly! The accommodations are beautiful with lots of space. Outside is wonderful with places to sit and beautiful plants! Great spot. Close to beach, restaurants, stores. Cozy accommodations, comfortable bed, perfect for two. Siesta Key Beach was so close and easy to get too. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend Darby’s place.

Perfect stay. I was alone for 1 night to attend a wake service and morning funeral. Host allowed me early check in. Very clean and quiet. The bathroom was very clean and shower was hot. Bed clean and comfortable. Enjoyed keurig coffee in the morning. This would be good for a single or couple. There are restaurants and stores closeby.

Cute little guest house. Has mini fridge, Keurig and microwave. Screened porch with TV and music. Outdoor sitting area for guests. Very clean, air conditioning, tile floors are nice and cool when the temperature outside is hot. Very responsive to messaging. There's a convenience store about 1/4 mile away, and restaurants/grocery/target about 1.5 miles away. Definitely walkable if you don't have mobility issues or a car.

This was perfect for my husband and I. The place is central enough to get to a lot of the main attractions Sarasota has to offer in a timely manner. Good atmosphere of the neighborhood and the backyard was cozy.

My husband and I needed a place to stay for a couple nights, while our local home was being fumigated. Daimis allowed me to come by a little early to drop some things off there before check-in time. The place was perfect for our short stay, being clean and comfortable. The mini split air conditioner was so quiet and the bed was comfortable , that I slept real well at night. The cute place is private and in a nice neighborhood. Daimis was helpful when I had a question.

My husband and I had a great time in Tampa. The casita was in an area that is becoming more up and coming. The area is walkable to many bars and restaurants and had everything that we needed for a short stay.

My mom and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Ali's guest house! The space is perfect, spotless, and well stocked with anything you could need. The beds and couches were so comfortable! We especially loved all the eclectic touches and the cute retro pool - you can tell a love of love went into this place. Ali is an amazing host and super responsive whenever we needed something or had a question. We would love to come back and stay again!

Place is well located within downtown, with all the amenities you could need. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in st. Pete

The Tiki Hut was beautiful. The lush outdoor area made for an amazing view and experience. The house was mostly clean, the carpets seemed a bit dirty but we still felt comfortable and at home. Wonderful hosts! We would rent again.

Private and quiet. Great private courtyard space. Very roomy. One minor issue was handled immediately by host. Highly recommend!

Really nice and comfortable apartment in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is well stocked and felt really homely. Kay has gone to a lot of trouble to make her property feel like a home. Would definitely stay again. A fifteen minute walk from the centre of town so therefore a great location.

My wife and I have stayed in 5 or 6 Airbnbs over the years. Matt’s guesthouse is hands down the BEST Airbnb we have stayed in! The guesthouse was clean and bug free, which is our number one concern. Everything felt new, like the cabinets, furniture, flooring and tile, and the refrigerator. It had the perfect amount of space for the two of us. We loved the bathroom, it was large especially the shower. One of our favorite features was the washer and dryer. I’ve never stayed in a place (Airbnb or hotel) with a free washer and dryer. So we were able to clean our dirty clothes, fold them, and pack them neatly back into our bags when we left. Made packing and unpacking at home easy. Matt was extremely quick to answer our questions. We really appreciated that. Next time we are in Tampa (which hopefully won’t be to the take the Florida Bar, but instead to catch a Panthers-Lightning game) we will 100% stay at Matt’s guesthouse again. Thanks Matt!

This space was AMAZING! Very,Very,Very Clean and Spacious for 2-3 People. Outside porch with lights and comfortable seating. The check-in was a little skeptical at first, but once Mom came out with warm Florida hospitality felt right at home! Would definitely recommend!

We had a lovely stay with Jennifer & Steve! Wish it had been longer than one night. The guest house is adorably decorated, with everything you could need. We enjoyed the pool and playing with the pups! They went above & beyond, helping us with our laundry after a long day of messy travel. Hope to visit again soon sometime!
