for starters I have to say me and my fiancée run and own airbnbs in other states and we decided to give this place a chance and I am so glad we did we both absolutely loved this place we had a hectic flight and unfortunately forgot a couple simple things. Upon arrival we noticed the room had cosmetic things 2 use for guests and that was above and beyond for them 2 go out their way and leave condiments and simple bathroom needs the room was super cozy and clean the patio was great everything about the property was fantastic tbh we will definitely be staying again we ended up leaving tanning oil and a few things for the next guests as well because we thought it was great and very generous that she had things many airbnbs are not required 2 have we will personally be applying that 2 are rentals when we go home now so if you can leave a little something for the nexts guests because we all know traveling can be hectic only negative thing about the property was we could not stay longer :/

Great location and wonderful cozy studio. Perfect for couples. Host gave clear instructions. Very clean and comfy. We loved the details, the Keurig coffee machine and the laundry room. The neighborhood felt peaceful and also..there were a lot of peacocks! My wife loved them. Would love to return!

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

This place was awesome! It reminded me of “old school” Airbnb before the quality of accomodations seemed to have gone down over the last few years. The property and house were exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and stylish, and the pool was fabulous. We visited in early April and the pool temperature was perfect. Lots of sun in the back outside, too. Communication and accommodation on the part of the hosts was top notch—they even offered to get us a pack and play for our infant, which worked out great. The neighborhood is quiet and suburban—good for a peaceful getaway. I wish there were restaurants within walking distance (there are not), but there are many options within a few minutes drive. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back someday!

We had a wonderful vacation at Lizney’s home. Close to a beautiful Beach,golfing and downtown Venice. She has a wonderful pool, great yard and patio. We liked to go to the beach both during day and for sunset and it was just a half mile from the home. The house was well equipped. We found this stay to be exactly as represented.

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

David was friendly and responsive. Exactly what we would hope for a host to be. The property is lovely. I would describe it as a Florida retiree's dream. It was large and clean. It's fully fenced in. The wifi is stable and strong. There is a 3-hole putting green, a table top bowling, and other amenities provided. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We felt right at home when we walked in. The house was very clean and smelled beautiful. The lighting was great and the house, appliences and amenties were all upgraded. We had no issues and inmediately relaxed and felt right at home. We will stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend this property.

Alex was a great host, always responsive, lets us do an early check in which that was a plus! The house was very clean and very spacious. Definitely a great place to stay with the family.

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Sandra’s rental was great. Easy to find and incredibly comfortable. The area isn’t big but very nice and comfortable. Location is perfect for getting to all sides and beaches in St. Pete. I only walked around the block once. I’ll bring a bike on my next visit. Personal preference. Sandra was friendly and was always available if I needed something. Great host! Great rental! Great place to visit! I’ll be back.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is on the first floor and within walking distance to the beach. The beach has a mobility mat which was nice since I recently had foot surgery. Karen provides just about anything you could need and she let us know we could reach out anytime if we needed her.

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!
