My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

Marilyn’s place was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! She was very nice and extremely helpful. The check-in was super easy and very well detailed. Everything looked exactly as pictured and it was super clean. She is very considerate of her guests and even had beach supplies for us to use if we wished along with a kitchen full of cookware and utensils.

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

We were fortunate to find such a perfectly located place that we could easily walk to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful Crescent Lake. Julia’s accommodation is fresh, and very well-appointed with every comfort and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay.

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

Best spot in Sarasota, I can’t imagine staying in a better location. Very quiet, very cute and comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, it was perfect for our long weekend. We just did breakfast at home and for that at least the kitchen had all we needed. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the coffee maker. Great private parking. Great washer and dryer too!

Two of us stayed two nights, would recommend. Pros: Quiet but central area, private setup as a carriage house of sorts, very responsive hosts, comfortable and quiet central air. Cons: Nothing substantive — it’s a pretty basic setup with everything as advertised. There’s not a ton within a 10-15 min walk radius, but that’s true of all but the downtown area!

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and varies restaurants. The place was squeaky clean and it had a refreshing feel to it. Andrea was a great host who communicated before, during, and after our stay. I definitely will stay here again when in the area.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

My family and I were extremely satisfied with our stay! The location to the beach was phenomenal~ the ability to come back and have a pool and hot tub was an added bonus! The home worked out perfect for us ~ the beds were comfortable and the pictures match exactly what you will find! The view of the sunset was stunning from the rooftop, too! We would stay again~

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

Great visit to Indian Shores. Steps to the sand, walkable to local restaurants and cozy accommodations. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Peter's place was immaculate, views were perfection, and everything we needed for a fun beach day was already there! Contrary to other reviews we had beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and beach/pool toys! The condo is spacious and the kitchen itself has everything you need as well. Our bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/soap and lotion if needed and there are PLENTY of towels. The beds are extremely comfortable and the linens were soft too. Great added touches! We didnt need these items but noticed there was a high chair and a pack n play in the closet along with extra linens and things needed. There was also laundry detergent and dryer sheets if you wanted to keep up with laundry which was very helpful. We really enjoyed the views and our stay here and can't wait to return!

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.
