The place was just perfect for a short get-away from the city. Walkable to the beach. You can even see the ocean. Walkable to a good coffee shop, and restaurants. The kitchen has basics, so we could make breakfast. The family upstairs is definitely loud, and I don't think there's much insolation, because you can see the washing machine running, and people showering. Also when it's windy the whole house squeaks. But a couple of earplugs solved that, and the proximity to the beach more than makes up for it. The hosts are also very friendly and responsive!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We spent the long MLK weekend at this lovely house in Point Pleasant with our children. The home was spacious and comfortable, plenty of room to gather, eat together, play games etc. Even on cold January days when we were all inside, it never felt cramped. The multiple windows in the open concept first floor space overlooked the lake, the views were amazing, we never got tired of watching the birds, changing sky or sunsets. The kitchen was very well appointed, the bedrooms very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The host Lino was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a family get-together or vacation.

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

Dom’s place was a perfect location for our visit with family for the holiday. The house was cozy and had a beautiful view of the bay.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s. We look forward to staying again in the future. He literally had everything that you would think you needed. His home is vert spacious and very clean! I cant wait for my next visit. Thank you for providing us with excellent service Alejandro!!

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

Check-in was at four, but they text me around 12 and told me my room was available. Which I thought was very nice a very clean place and quiet. And I hope I got the guys name right I think it was Jason, he was amazing, very accommodating and very sweet. Thank you for a great stay and I will see you soon

We had a great weekend. The space met our family’s needs and its close proximity to the beach was convenient. It was also helpful to be able to use the bikes, beach chairs and umbrella, and beach tags. The host kept in contact and answered any questions I had. What a fun getaway!

The main suggestion is to have a welcome binder or something to help the guest navigate the house. How to start the fireplace? Internet password? What is expected when leaving the house such as cleaning, empty garbage, strip bedding, wash towels, dishes etc.

The house and host were absolutely incredible. Heather was responsive, helpful and extremely accommodating. The house was comfortable, had lots of activities and the location was unbeatable. Thank you Heather for hosting us!

The place was as described and perfect for our needs. Brought my 94 year old MIL home to the Jersey shore for a birthday celebration with family in the area. Elevator addressed our access needs. Close to beach, easy to get in and out of the area and just plain charming. Made for a great trip and if she chooses to return, I know where we will be staying.

This was one of the most memorable and meaningful events and Ashley's gorgeous home was the perfect centerpiece and the warmest most wonderful place that we could've ever found. We are so greatful! The decor, the furniture, the rooms, the beds, everything available for us to use, I can go on and on and on. The pictures don't do it justice. Wow if you are on the fence of where to go, THIS IS IT! We hope to come back again!

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

Great place. Great location. We have stayed in Manasquan many times to visit family. We love staying on the ocean when we can do a good spot. This house location is perfect. Parking can be a bit tough especially in the summer months. If you have more than one car, you could be walking a big with the 2nd car. The house was great in all aspects. The only downside would be the low ceilings and some tight spaces in bathroom showers. We’re not a super tall family so it was NOT a real issue for us. Might be worth a few more signs to show people unfamiliar with the house set up at the Jersey shore. Could be a little cumbersome to find the hallway up to the house. We did arrive 10pm and no lights were on. Took me a minute to ensure I had the correct alley to the beach front. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Easy access to house once I found it. All in all it was a great house for our long weekend on Jersey shore. We would book again 100%.

It's a great place to stay. There were a couple minor problems that he was not aware of and as soon as i let him know he took care of them instantly. It's a great place to fly a drone if you have one. I would definitely recommend this house to others!

House was better than expected! Had so many items for baby and kids. It was our first time going away with a 6m old, and there was everything for him (except baby shampoo) High chair, bath, pack n play, crib, ninja bullet, bib. Had lots of toys for the kids, we had 5 kids aged 2-7 and they were all super happy and well entertained. Beds were comfortable, everything is clean and new. We had a small get together to celebrate my birthday and people asked whose house it was because it truly felt like a home. Well decorated and has everything you’d need.

A great stay! So close to the beach with an incredibly peaceful view of the lake. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb homes in the area and this one ranked at the top. Kitchen is chef ready, living area is so relaxed and very comfortable. All the amenities were spot on. My biggest worry when I book any stay is whether or not I’ll sleep well and I can sincerely say the beds in this place are great! Gary is a great host and an Asbury enthusiast. Will be back for sure!
