beautiful cabin and so well equipped, everything you need for a peaceful retreat!

We enjoyed our weekend in Ellijay! We had plenty of space for 8 adults. The fire pit was a nice place to enjoy the scenery.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Check in was easy. Communicate with host was friendly and responsive. Hot tub was nice and hot but there was debris in the bottom of it. We weren’t able to use the jets because it would have stirred it all up. Bed was comfy. One thing I would suggest is a portable fan for the bedroom. Loved that it was pet friendly! Cabin was clean and you couldn’t tell pets have even been there.

We LOVED our stay here at The Little Bear House! This was the PERFECT cabin for our Baby Moon Getaway. The instructions were very helpful that Sarah provided us. We had no cellular service (Verizon). We had to drive about 10-15 minutes to get service, but she did provide a house phone to use for local calls & also excellent wifi. We were hoping to see a bear, but we only saw Deer & a few Turkeys. LOL. Ellijay is a BEAUTIFUL place, but there were limited activities for us to do. Luckily, this was a simple getaway for us before our baby arrives, so we weren’t too focused on doing anything.

Vinoy and Sheeba were very responsive and informative. The house was absolutely stunning! Exactly as described! The house sits right at the creek and is the most peaceful place. The driveway is sooo scary steep but doable! We can’t wait to come back!

This was my first time booking an air bnb. Marilyn was amazing in every way. The place was literally perfect as it was a fun drive up the mountain and adventurous even just driving up to the cabin. The fire pit, hot tub, and grill (which were all prepared and ready to use without anything needed) were all my favorite things. That goes without saying, the cabin had amazing rooms, space, and it is very secluded. 2 vehicles passed by within 2full days there. Definitely will be back.

The house was very clean, everything was set up very nicely, and it was really easy to get settled in. The location is in a great spot, and close to a lot of activities. The hosts were very helpful whenever we needed anything.

We went here on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful and felt very welcoming. We enjoyed cooking dinners and eating on the back-porch, pleasantly surrounded by trees and an amazing view.

Great reprieve for us and our pup. Had an amazing stay. Slept well. Enjoyed the quiet time but also watching our dog play around in the fenced in area. Perfect spot for a couple and their fur babies! The drive to town for dinner wasn’t too bad at all. The area is beautiful and the drive was actually enjoyable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This was a fabulous place to unwind and relax and we did just that! Waking up on my private balcony with coffee at the tip top of the trees was beautiful and amazing. Will definitely will be tebooking

Nathaniel and Deb were extremely responsive and such nice people overall. My friends and I were visiting the area for a mountain getaway for my birthday, and we were lucky to find this beautiful home. The outside of the house is very beautiful, and upon entry, the home is open and welcoming while also giving a cozy cabin feel. The game room downstairs is fully stocked with fun games for everyone! We were able to spread out and be comfortable when we spent time in the living room. During our stay, there was a bad storm, and Nathaniel was so kind to let us have a later checkout as we were up all night through the storm, and he didn’t want us to travel tired. Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this cabin as well as stay there again if I’m ever in the area. No matter the occasion, you CANNOT go wrong booking and staying at Tranquility!

We had a great time! With great views and stuff to do at the cabin. Brandon and Tiffany were great host and we will definitely be back! Would recommend to everyone!

We absolutely loved our time at Paws and Linger! The house was in the perfect location - so close to downtown Ellijay (which has some great restaurants!) and right on the river! The house had everything we needed for us AND for our dogs! It was so well stocked - we could find everything we needed for our stay. The yard was HUGE - our dogs LOVED running and playing and we didn't have to worry because there was a fence all around the property . Sitting on the back deck (complete with outdoor dog beds and all!), listening to the river and making s'mores by the fire pit made for the most relaxing vacation. We enjoyed the sauna and steam shower in the house as well! This house has it all and we were so happy to bring our dogs with us on vacation! It truly was an amazing getaway for our entire family!

Very nice place would stay here again

We loved how relaxing and peaceful the farmhouse was—and especially enjoyed the goats and puppy dog! We were close to Chattanooga and exciting activities, but also able to play outside/board games and relax at the house. The best of both worlds!

This property was everything it promised to be, with a peaceful mountain vibe. A great getaway that i would recommend to anyone. The host is incredibly communicative, and was able to accomodate our needs.

This was our second time staying here. The only thing we don’t like is checking out and going home. I just want to stay. The cabin is very well thought out. Every thing u need is there. Setting on the porch is so relaxing. Last visit it was warm and we spent a lot of time beside the fire pit outside. This visit it was windy and turned cold. I highly recommend staying when it’s cold. The wood stove made the entire cabin so cozy. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay and look forward to another one.

We had a wonderful stay here!! The host is very helpful and provides all the information and instructions you could need. The kitchen had everything, I normally have to buy mixing bowls or measuring cups but this had it all. The screened in porch was perfect for kids, they got to be outside but we weren’t worried about them falling down the mountain. Take the host seriously about the car you will need, the driveway is steep & gravel, we tried it with 2 WD and did get stuck once. We read EVERYTHING before we booked to make sure we could fish the river & keep fish but we didn’t find the additional instructions until after we booked that it is fly fishing only (no spinning reels) & catch & release only. Good news, I learned to fly fish, bad news, we couldn’t keep the fish. Between me, my husband & sister in law and caught 7 trout. The property is great, it is hike down to the water so bring hiking shoes if you plan on going down, tennis shoes may not grip enough for some areas.

This is an amazing cabin to stay at. It's better to book directly through escape to blue ridge as their prices are better than airbnb. I did not have a choice because of covid and having to cancel a different Airbnb stay. You are going to want to bring spices as this was not one of the cabins that offered a stocked spice rack. We enjoyed our time at this cabin and got some friendly canine visitors! All of the dogs that showed up at our driveway were very friendly. We called the owner and she said when you want them to leave you just tell them "go on now, get." That worked but they came back later that night. Driveway is VERY steep. If you happen to be there during the weekend it's worth it to go on the rolling thunder white water rafting tour. Escape to blue ridge is a great cabin rental company and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful cabin with great accommodations. Very clean and loved the decor! Cabin has great outdoor covered space on the water for eating, playing, fishing, and just rocking the day away! The private suite up the gorgeous spiral staircase features a king size bed with a half bath and two balconies to enjoy! We celebrated our 51st Anniversary with our family and friends over the Thanksgiving weekend and had the perfect place to relax and we had a very friendly and accommodating host in Beverly and her husband. We hope to return for another stay and would highly recommend it!

This cabin was perfect! It fit my family perfectly and it was very homey. I’ll definitely stay here again. The beds were so comfy! And they had the best coffee maker! I highly recommend this cabin…

Great spot for a little getaway in the woods.

It is not easy to find. I had read previous reviews and was aware upon booking. I had to click on the map where it showed the house on Airbnb and GPD it that way. The address provided takes you somewhere completely different. The host was very responsive and did provide very clear instruction once you made it to the road. The cabin was very cute, homie and worth the money. Would stay again.

A perfect spot for a couple and dog to getaway for a few days. Peaceful location, clean house, pet friendly. Enjoyed fishing the private pond. Heat lamp in bathroom was great. Not too far from hiking trails, restaurants or shopping centers. 10/10 would stay here again.
