This was our second stay at Church View. A cosy flat in a great location, it has everything we need for a short break. Pauline is a great communicator and is there should you need her. Would definitely recommend.

Our first visit to the Lake District and I’m so glad we chose to stay at Robins, it was easy to find, parking spot out the front, SO central, just a couple of minutes walk down to the strip of Ambleside which had a variety of cafes, bars and shops, but was tucked away enough that it was such a peaceful stay. The location also had plenty of local walks and fells to choose from, we were spoiled. We only stayed for 4 days but had plenty to do and really felt like we experienced what the Lake District had to offer. The accommodation was clean and cosy, the bed was arguably better than our own and the open fire was perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. Thanks again!

Thanks for letting us have access to this lovely and interesting apartment which worked well for two adults and two teens. Lovely beds and bed linen. Thoughtful addition of throws on sofa and plug in heaters, occasionally used to top up the heat as exceptionally cold outside and sleeting at times. A great long-weekend had by all.

My second time booking this Airbnb and it was clean and just as described. Frank was very communicative and responsive. Would stay again! Thank you!

Clean, private parking, and a bed with no footer - very important when you are 6'3"! I'll definitely rent this property again next time I'm in Carlisle!

Beautiful place to stay, just a few mins from the train station and centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways on doorstep. Felt like it was in a safe quiet area too. Lovely place to catch up with friend and explore. Would certainly recommend. The added touch of milk, tea, coffee, choc and bottle were a lovely touch.

Return visitor, we love this place, looking forward to returning once again.

Lovely stay, we were only there a night but it was super quiet, bed was super comfy and it was a lot bigger than it seems in the photo! We will definitely be staying again!

This place is absolutely perfect. The interior decor is some of the best I’ve ever seen. Everything has been well thought out, it was such a pleasure to stay. With a chippy (which I highly recommend), a shop, multiple pubs, and plenty of walking routes (Shap abbey is a MUST) the barn was in the most perfect spot. Me and my partner absolutely loved our stay.

I really enjoyed my stay. The accommodation had everything I needed and was clean and tidy. The surroundings were stunning and majestic. The accommodation felt secluded but Keswick was near by so I could go food shopping at Booths if required. If you're an outdoors person who likes all the gear, Keswick is a great place to visit as it has lots of shops which sells all the branded equipment. Jennifer was super friendly and helpful as a host and I would absolutely recommend staying there.

Thomas's place is as gorgeous as it looks in the photos. It is very handy for anywhere in Carlisle, and in a lovely area. It has free parking right outside which is very handy. It is very well appointed, and very tastefully done. There was so much room for the three of us. It had literally everything we needed and more. It was warm, even when the temperature dropped below zero. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay & convenient for our spa day at Center Parcs. Very quiet area, easy to find & park, super-comfortable bed, great shower & complimentary custard creams and milk! Everything we needed was here & we’ll definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Had such a great stay here, the house was immaculate, very tidy decor gave the house a home feel, felt comfortable as soon as I entered, a truly relaxing place. Clare was great, kept me very well informed, so much that I knew exactly what I needed to know without asking, she's a truly superb host. Will definately stay again on my next trip to Langholm. The house is in a great location to walk into town centre but peaceful also. This home is a great place to relax whilst you plan the next step of your journey.

We loved our stay and can’t thank Jennifer enough for everything. Her communication is outstanding, she’s so helpful, friendly and always goes the extra mile. She kindly had a high chair delivered to the property just to help us out. No question was too much and she replied instantly. The holiday village is exactly what we were looking for as it had so many facilities to entertain our baby. We loved the pool, duck pond, park, hot tub and children’s game room. The accommodation is fab- super comfy bed, and all the amenities that you need. Balcony had lovely views. She kindly provided thoughtful gestures including coffee, tea, jams, and shower/dental kits too. We can’t thank you enough for everything, and we can’t wait to come back in summer!

It's exactly what was needed. Two incredibly brilliant nights, in beautiful surroundings, in a very private set up. The size might put you off but it was actually perfectly comfortable if you intend you head out exploring and utilise the hot tub. It was really well equipped and furnished to suit all needs.

We stayed at Ian’s Airbnb, It was spotless and came with everything we would need for our stay, everything was great however during the night it can get very warm but there is a fan and doors that open up to outside to help cool down. Swimming and other activities were included which was great, and there are slots for adult only swims and such. Would definitely visit again.

Host was really helpful and kind and made sure the space was clean and tidy with stuff we would need for our weekend away all in all definitely recommend

Very convenient for town centre. Off street parking was very welcome. Does exactly what it says on the tin and just super low fuss. Would absolutely come back!

Beautiful place! We stayed two nights and absolutely loved it there. The cottage is massive and really nicely decorated. The hot tub was amazing too, just stays on overnight so you can use it whenever you want. Would highly recommend. Only thing was the post code takes you a different location so contact the host in advance to ensure accurate location is given but otherwise 5/5.

Tom was probably one of the best hosts we have had. Really informative and helpful without being over the top. Whenever we needed anything, he was quick to respond. Have great information on the area and even offered us a lift! Honestly, cannot fault him. Annexe was beautiful and clean, well maintained. Gorgeous area, lovely local pubs and the hot tub was filled with fresh water. Fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again.
