Donna was very kind and sweet to us as we stayed for two weeks. She greeted us and gave us a great tour of the place and gave us a lot of great restaurant recommendations! She was very clear and easy to get ahold of for anything we may have needed. Anyone looking for a great place with an amazing host will not be dissatisfied. The kayaks and fishing was a great bonus as well. Caught lots of bass,pike, and perch. 10/10

This was one of the most charming lake houses I’ve ever stayed at, immediately the first day the house is soo cozy fell asleep with no troubles. They had extra soft pillows to use two coffee makers which really helped us a lot with my group at the place in the morning. The waterfront was amazing feeling the wind down by the water everyday, we’ll definitely be back again!

Beautiful, well equipped home with all the amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Home felt brand new! Lots of spaces for gathering together and for privacy. Easy to find location with great access! Loved the decor! Hope to stay at this property again!!

This was our group's second year spending the 4th of July at Mathew's house on the lake. It really is an ideal spot (we're 3 adult couples and 1 toddler) and has plenty of space. The bedrooms are all a greta size, the kitchen is perfect for cooking all your meals, and the two living/family rooms are spacious and comfortable. What really sets this house apart, though, is the outdoor space. The wraparound deck overlooking the lake is truly spectacular, and the house has plentiful seating options to enjoy the views.

This home and the land was perfect for our team building retreat. Earl the home owner was super responsive, attentive and just an over all great host. We will be back as soon as we can. Everyone loved the lake and the kayaks, the fire pit, and all the outdoor games that were available to us. Thanks Earl for an amazing weekend.

We have been visiting Coldwater Lake for years as it's where our aunt/uncle have a cottage. This was the first time we looked for an Airbnb for ourselves and we were SO pleased with this home. The location was just what we were after on beautiful Iyopawa Island. The home was bright and clean, with the best views of the lake I've seen. There were toys for the kids which they loved, and everything was so comfortable. Rick was incredibly responsive with every message I sent. We are hoping to make this an annual trip!

Johns place was exceptional and very clean. Spacious enough for 8 people comfortably. . Would highly recommend.

Shannon & Ryan hosted our employees on multiple occasions. Each experience was pleasant. I would recommend future travelers to stay at their property.

Nice, comfortable and convenient! After asking if the kitchen had a crockpot, I found a new one sitting on the counter when we arrived! The garage ended up being even more of a blessing with the snow.

Cozy, clean space with all sorts of interesting trinkets and lamps and such. Very comfortable bed - the location is great - right on the edge of downtown.

We had a great stay at Kris' place! The place was even better than we expected. Check-in was very easy and Kris was friendly and responsive. We had plenty of room for 3 adults and were very comfortable in the space. We stayed for almost 3 weeks and never felt cramped. I especially loved that the bathroom space was large and everything felt new and super clean. Plenty of parking space & quiet surroundings. The neighborhood is nice and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!
