Brandebourg : locations d'appartements de vacances

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Berlin. L'appartement est à deux pas d'une station de métro permettant d'accéder rapidement au centre ville. La proximité du parc de tempelhof ainsi que de nombreux magasins, pour s'approvisionner, était très appréciable. Descriptif conforme à la réalité.

Antonio's place was spacious, lovely, and perfectly located in Berlin. It’s ideal for large groups, offering plenty of room and comfort. The location made it easy to explore the city, and everything you need is within reach. Definitely worth booking for a great stay!

Het appartement is eenvoudig, maar alles is aanwezig. Belangrijk is dat het zeer rustig is en er is een prima bed. De ligging is uitstekend: dichtbij Bahnhof Sudkreuz en S-Bahn station Julius Leber Brucke (S1). Er zijn meerdere restaurants en bars in de buurt, met name even voorbij de Julius Leber Brucke: de Akazienstrasse en de Crellestrasse zijn uitstekend om 's avonds een drankje te doen en een hapje te eten (maar we kunnen ook Saigon Valley op een paar minuten van het appartement aanbevelen). Maar Gerhard heeft een reeks aan suggesties, dus keuze genoeg. Een punt van kritiek: de tv heeft alleen Duitse zenders. Uit ervaring wijs geworden nemen wij altijd een eigen chromecast mee. Aan te bevelen! Nog 1 tip: download de Bvg app: kaartjes voor het openbaar vervoer zijn zo eenvoudig te kopen met apple pay. We hebben kortom een paar prachtige dagen gehad in Berlijn. En wanneer we weer gaan gaan we zeker terug naar dit appartement

We had a great stay at Michele's flat. It was spacious, very clean and with many thoughtful touches. The showers had awesome water pressure! Something I think we all enjoy :). Close to all the things we wanted to explore as well as to public transportation. Good supermarket nearby as well as good restos and a great food hall with lots of options. We would definitely stay again.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ein wenig hellhörig, aber damit kommt man klar. Tamara war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

We loved the neighborhood, the courtyard was beautiful and the place was very spacious and cozy. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing location, tons of great restaurants, shops (both fun and practical), and transit. For being in the middle of the city, this place is so quiet it’s incredible. All we could hear was the sound of birds singing, which we loved! A great place for a short stay!

Very nice apartment in one of the most popular quarters of Berlin - Kreuzberg. The most interesting part of it isn't in the immediate proximity but you only need about 15 min walk to get to the Bergmannstraße where you can find amazing shops, cafés and restaurants (don't miss "Frau Behrens Torten" café). The apartment is on a busy street but it has high-quality darkening curtains which not only help filter out street lamps light but also traffic noise. The furnishing is quite modern, the apartment itself historic - it has beautiful stucco on the ceiling. When I arrived, the inside temperature wasn't sufficient for freezing January days but I was given instructions how to heat the rooms up.

I can highly recommend this apartment. It is excellent value for money, very clean and tidy and in a quiet location. Alex is a helpful host who is easy to contact and he provided clear, easy to understand instructions. He also allowed is to check in one hour early. The apartment is very close to a U-bahn stations and an S-bahn station meaning you are just a couple of stops from the main rail network and several useful tram routes. It's also possible to walk to the centre from the apartment in 25-30 minutes. There are also plenty of places to eat out nearby. I would definitely stop at this apartment again in the future.

Sehr saubere, für uns gut gelegene Unterkunft. Würden die Wohnung wieder wählen.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Really personal check-in process that made sure we knew about local amenities, and very responsive on chat, giving us advice on how to get to the apartment during a transport strike.

The location of the house was very close to everywhere to visit in Berlin. There were many markets around. The house was clean and furnished according to needs. If I come to Berlin again, I would choose the same house. The hosts answered the questions very quickly and correctly. They were very interested in us. We thank them.

Alice war super nett und hilfsbereit. Check-in hat bestens funktioniert, das Studio ist schön und die Lage sehr praktisch und nah an der U-Bahn-Station. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau, der etwas ringhörig ist. Das Bett ist jedoch sehr bequem. Und es hat alles, das man braucht. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen, wenn ich das nächste Mal in Berlin bin.

Aglaja's place was a great place to stay to explore Berlin by foot. The beds were comfortable, the space quiet, and the host easily communicated. + Little things: the water pressure was super strong, crisp/ clean linen, and great aesthetic. I would recommend staying here :)

Wir waren zu viert als Familie für 5 Tage in Berlin und fanden die Unterkunft wirklich super. Gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr, Supermarkt und Spielplatz für die Kinder direkt vor der Tür, und nachts erstaunlich ruhig. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet – wir haben mehrfach selbst gekocht. Badezimmer und Toilette waren getrennt, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. Zu Fuß ist man in ca. 10–15 an der Warschauer Straße, wo z.B. auch die East Side Mall ist (wir hatten dort unser Auto geparkt), in 5 Minuten ist man am Spreeufer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir haben das Wochenende in Berlin bei Ben verbracht. Die Wohnung ist der perfekte Startpunkt um die Stadt zu erkunden. Mit Straßenbahn und U-Bahn direkt in der Nähe ist man wunderbar angebunden in Berlin. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sauber und wir konnten dort super neue Kraft für den nächsten Tag tanken. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat reibungslos geklappt und war super flexibel. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Ben. Danke dafür!

Wir hatten eine supertolle Zeit in der tollen Unterkunft von Simone. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und konnten super abschalten. Die Küchenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und wenn man nicht vom Pool tagsüber genug hat, kann man nachts vom whirlpool aus den Sternenhimmel bewundern. Das einzige was zu beachten ist. Wir sind mit den Öffies gekommen und mussten am Abreisetag zum Bahnhof laufen (50min), da sonntags weder Bus noch Taxi/Bolt oder Uber verfügbar sind. Das vielleicht als kleine Info...hat aber natürlich nichts mit der wunderbaren Unterkunft an sich zu tun! Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder!

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Ein solch angenehmes Wochenende kam uns zwei Freundinnen und unseren Fellnasen gerade richtig. Wir fühlten uns alle suuuper super wohl. Die Ausstattung der Küche und die Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung waren grandios. Die Lage ebenso. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Besuch 😉

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Grebs. Die Küche war mit allen ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt - sogar die Küchenwaage und Auflaufform hätten wir nicht mitbringen müssen :) Der Whirlpool war richtig schön warm und hat das Erlebnis zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Perfekt zum Entspannen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😊

Die Wohnung von Anne-Kathrin liegt zentral in der Nähe vom Marktplatz in Templin. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und ohne viel Schnick-Schnack. Check-in war über eine Schlüsselbox.

Sowohl die Kommunikation bei der Buchung als auch die Begrüßung waren sehr freundlich und wir haben alle wichtigen Informationen sofort bekommen. Der Empfang war super, persönliche Einführung in die Wohnung und Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut (wir sind mit den Öffentlichen angekommen), man wohnt direkt gegenüber von den Saarow Thermen, man ist sehr nahe am Scharmützelsee und dem Spazierweg um das nördliche Ende des Scharmützelsees. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, wir haben in der Wohnung gefrühstückt und haben auch mal schnell ein Abendessen gekocht. Und abends kann man auch mal gemütlich auf dem Sofa sitzen und fernsehen. Insgesamt für uns ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende mit einem Tag in der Saarow Therme und Spaziergängen am See. Vielen Dank Denise und René
