I was visiting Dunedin while touring major league baseball spring training games. I chose Antonia’s place due to the convenient location and the value vs the hotels in the area. Antonia left easy to follow instructions on how to locate and access the cabin. Once inside I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room! Antonia provided towels, linens, soap, shampoo, and other amenities. The cabin is located in a secluded area but was convenient to restaurants and other attractions. Antonia messaged me with some of the local favorites one of which I took advantage of without disappointment. If I ever return to the Dunedin area I will certainly spend stay at Antonia’s place again. Great location, great value, great accommodations!

Kimberley was very responsive, the place was beautiful and comfy! My family and I stayed here while we had to do some renovations and we were pleased with the home (as well as the pool and hot tub)!

Loved our stay! Jessica is wonderful with great recommendations! The place is really nice with view of the water and I really enjoyed running through the adjacent park. The place has everything you need and is very close to Busch Garden for those of you looking for something near the theme park.

This cottage is definitely at the top of the places we have stayed in the Tampa area. The house is beautifully decorated and our host even had the firepit ready to go for us. Everything was impeccably clean and the location was fabulous. There were so many places in walking distance and the hot tub was so nice to have after a full day at Busch Gardens. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful Christmas at this charming cottage in Dunedin, FL! The home was immaculate, with a cozy yet open living, dining, and kitchen concept that made it perfect for family gatherings. With 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 clean, modern bathrooms, everyone had plenty of room to relax and unwind. The backyard was a standout feature—spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. The quiet neighborhood provided a peaceful retreat, yet we were just minutes away from the vibrant downtown area, filled with great shops, restaurants, and attractions. The cottage was perfect for my stay. The area was clean and quiet. The common building was inviting with comfortable areas to relax and free coffee! I had a small issue with the lock and Antonia and her staff responded within seconds with a quick resolution. I could not be happier with my stay. You can’t go wrong staying here!!

Michael’s Citrus Cottage was perfect for our 6 day stay in Dunedin! It had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I have seen in all the Airbnbs I have been to. The location is perfect also. Less than a 10 min walk to many restaurants, to 7 microbreweries, and many stores to satisfy your shopping itch. I would stay at Michel’s place again should we travel to Dunedin again.

We had a great stay at Sandy Feet VR! The house is clean, comfortable, and located in a lovely, walkable neighborhood—perfect for morning strolls or quick trips to nearby spots. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. The home is well-appointed, though it could be stocked a little better for longer stays—just a small consideration for future guests. That said, it’s a wonderful place overall, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Christopher's place was exactly as it was listed. He met us when we arrived and explained everything . Told us of places in the area, we wished we could have stayed longer as it was quite, comfortable and had a great patio. The nicest thing was the fresh flowers in the kitchen and cream for coffee in the morning. We will try and stay again next year if possible.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

Just steps to the beach closer than most places. Room was just as described and very clean our dog felt right at home during our stay. We will consider staying here again when we come back down for vacation!

Martha and George are two of the most wonderful and entertaining hosts in have ever had. The bungalo was absolutely wonderful and in a beautiful location. Hope to have the opportunity to stay with them again. Everything was absolutely phenomenal.

This is probably our favorite Airbnb to date! The location is fantastic, on a street full of restaurants and bars, about a block from the beach. Yet, it was quiet! The place is very comfortable, with awesome and quirky decor, two bedrooms, and an air-conditioned, screened-in front porch, which was our dog’s favorite part! Great value!

This was our second time staying here. Such wonderful and responsive hosts! We love the home and can walk everywhere. They supply a house full of amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

These Folks were the Best! The home was cozy, quiet, exceptionally clean and you can hear the birds chirping. When we wanted to eat, walk, checkout the malls every thing was a short distance away. The rear of the home (back Yard) welcomed us to sit, look at the trees, listen to the birds and just relax and enjoy each other. My wife and I hope we can get an available date in the future as we found this little beauty unexpectedly. My wife and I enjoyed our 3 mile walk along the river and watching the boats as they passed by.

This is a great little house, very clean, quiet, with a nice backyard. The house is very close to the beach and downtown St. Petersburg. There are tropical birds walking around. I thought it was very cool. The house is perfect for 2-3 people.

This was among the finest Air BnB homes we've ever experienced. That's due to the host (Lisa is AMAZING), the home (spacious and quaint) and the location (GORGEOUS oak trees and peaceful setting). Highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Clearwater area. Even the fish in the koi pond was friendly. (Lisa must have trained it.) Lisa was super responsive and even proactively reached out to us early on check-in day to say we could come whenever we wanted to. She left a personal note on the table for us that I have since pasted in my journal. After a day outdoors with family togetherness activities, this place was pure heaven for having various spaces around the home and on the property to take a deep breath and spread out. The decor was tasteful and sophisticated, yet the home felt very welcoming and, well, homey. We felt privileged to be able to stay here. If we ever do another Clearwater vacation, we will check Lisa's dates/availability first and then book the rest of the trip.

Jim's place was as described, very clean and in a walkable neighborhood with several restaurants and breweries. We brought our bikes and took advantage of the bike path nearby.

I'm afraid writing this review will make this gem SO popular, I'll risk creating competition for when I book it in the future (which I absolutely will!). My twin sister and I came here, with two dogs, for a sister trip--and it exceeded all expectations! First, the actual house is so beautifully, meticulously, and thoughtfully decorated, I was snapping pictures for my own home-decorating inspiration! Second, it's a perfect home for dogs. The yard is private, fenced, and spacious (which both my rescues loved--they didn't want to leave!). Third, the amenities are abundant. We appreciated all the bungalow had to offer. And though we originally came to see Clearwater, we fell in love with Tarpon Springs, and enjoyed all the recommendations of our hosts--from the yummy Greek food suggestions, to Copenhagen Cafe (which became a favorite breakfast spot). Thank you, Tom and Pam! We'll be back!

Cute cozy stay. It was convenient for me, and the place was set up wonderful for 1 to 2 people. I especially liked the book she made with things to do and restaurants nearby. I went to the Reccomended sushi restaurant about 2 miles away! It was super! I would stay there again! Thank you!
