Great stay in Stony Creek Village with a view of Long Island Sound and short walk to the pier, Stony Creek Market (breakfast & lunch). I used the Library and went to services at the Stony Creek Congregational Church. Overall, a nice experience.

The amenities and welcome "package" provided by Nathon and Gloria was unexpected and generous. The space was one of the most unique we have stayed. We loved the preserved history that was displayed throughout. I don't think there was anything that was not available to us during our stay. The train passing was the highlight of our stay. LOL. Where else could we have seen that. Parking was not a problem. We also felt safe walking to the surrounding restaurants and coffee shop just a short walk away. What a great place in a perfect Location. Walk out your door to some great shops and wonderful restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for anything more in the place or the area !!! Will be staying there again !!

Margie’s place is an amazing hidden gem. The inside is very clean and comfortable. The outside is an experience of its own. The lake will drop your blood pressure immediately. Gorgeous surroundings. The dogs are friendly and lovable. We will be back! 👍🏼

The whole experience was perfect. There were even fresh flowers to greet me. The location is easy, a beautiful neighborhood that is very quiet and safe. I'm ready to return!

Perfect house for a family/couple visit to the beach. It was great for my kids and I. We loved the space that the house offered and how close it was to the beach. Everyone was very pleasant that we spoke to. The house was clean, safe and felt like a home away from home.

This was our second stay at the Riverside Blues House and once again Liza did not disappoint! This is a great location, great view and the home is pristine and beautifully decorated. My son lives nearby and when we have a large group visiting the Riverside Blues House is our home away from home. Can't wait to stay there in the warm weather and take advantage of the Ferry!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again ! Close to the many wineries and cute towns, and peaceful and comfortable to come back and relax at. We enjoyed the fire pit , the view from the dock of the changing tree colors and the flow of the kitchen. ❤️

This home is beautiful and so spacious! Proximity to East Hampton and Springs, yet very private and peaceful. Couldn’t recommend enough!

A fantastic beach house in a wonderful, quiet location, just a twenty-minute walk from all the town’s amenities and restaurants. The house itself offered substantial accommodation across both floors and was exactly as the owner described. Our only small recommendation would be for the owner to provide some blankets around the house. During our stay, the outside temperature dropped as low as 35°F, and although the house has heating, the open-plan living area could get a little chilly. Other than that, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property to any family looking to stay in Niantic.

Eileen was an amazing host! She was super flexible and communicative + house is absolutely beautiful and as pictured. Beautiful views and can watch the ocean all day. Thank you so much for hosting and would love to come back / rec others if you want a peaceful place with gorgeous views!

We had a lovely fall weekend stay at Paul’s place. The house and the water views are just as pictured. Convenient location allowed us a good home base to explore the north fork wine trail and local businesses. We did have one small plumbing issue during our stay however Paul was extremely responsive to ensure it did not affect our stay at all. It was a nice experience having such a responsive host. Overall our friend group had a great time and would return again.

Meaghan’s place was everything we needed and more! Loved the views, the waves, the sea breeze, the bird observing, the walks to Grass Island, the together time with family in a quiet, secure & well appointed setting. Meaghan equipped us with everything! She was very responsive to answer questions. This is one of those treasured memories. Can’t wait until we get back again to this special location! Thank you!

This place is absolutely serene. It is beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed all of it. The only caveat, which is a blessing and curse, is that there are no window covers. The downstairs living room and sitting den don't have curtains or shades. This limits the privacy and everyone can see in. However, when the light hits, it is a magnificent view. We would love to book this in the summer because it was so family friendly.

John and Cathy are amazing hosts. This was our second consecutive summer stay in their condo and it does not disappoint. The place and the amenities they provide are amazing and they are a wonderful couple who respects your privacy but are there for anything you need. I recommend anyone to stay here and know they would want to return. Thank you John and Cathy for making our second summer with you a fantastic vacation!

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Such a beautiful condo by the water! Too bad we stayed in November, we would have enjoyed the terrace way more! Mia was so responsive and helpful with my questions prior to the weekend at her place.

Julie’s condo right on the water was even better than the photos could show. Check in was super easy. I had two minor snags and Julie was instantly responsive to solve everything immediately-and even make the stay actually better. The place is spotless clean, well appointed, completely comfortable, and waking up to that expanse of water made me excited to get out of bed and see. It’s a multi million dollar view. At least in this off season this is by far the best deal in Greenport when looking at price to value to living for the moment with water for as far as the eye can see. Great apartment. Great host.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Amazing little spot next to the beach ⛱️. The host were super sweet and very responsive to any issues we had. It's just as pretty as it looks in the photos. I had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.
