A great space in the country to enjoy some R&R and family time. Husband enjoyed fishing lake OH Ivey which is about a 45 minute drive from this home. The home is set up for the whole family with a TV in every bedroom and comfy blankets! The neighbor nearby was so friendly he felt like our neighbor and my husband and him chatted awhile about fishing. A great place to stay and if we are ever back that way, we would definitely stay here again! We also enjoyed that there was plenty of tables & seats for our family to enjoy game night! Overall lots of space for a large family to spread out & relax! It was definitely a GEM in the country!

Beautiful place, would definitely stay again. And the host communicated well the expectations. With the recent rain Brownwood had, they let us know the boat dock was still usable, but some of the path to the dock had standing water to walk through. They were more than willing to reschedule our stay if it wasn't going to meet our expectations.

We all greatly enjoyed our stay here! It was quiet and beautiful and relaxing living on the lake. Dave was nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

David's place was perfect for my husband and I to get away for a couple of days after our wedding. We had beautiful surroundings, plenty of space to walk around and enjoy the outdoors, the hot tub was fantastic, and the place was perfect for us. Just a heads up, note that there is no wifi; so this means that there are very limited options with the TV and we never figured out a way to bluetooth a phone or laptop to play from the TV. That was perfect for us. We had a moment that it would have been nice to watch something but we were glad we couldn't figure out a way to do it. It sent us outdoors and on a fantastic walk instead. And despite no wifi, we had sufficient cell phone service throughout the stay.

Place and location worked perfectly for our needs. Fully stocked with everything needed to cook and be comfortable. My only complaint is that the pool table listed as an ammenity was non functional. Still had a wonderful time here.

Wonderful place to stay! Very spacious and it is in a beautiful location. Megan was amazing very quick to respond with any questions that I had.

Super cute cabin! Everything was in good working order and we had everything we needed. There was even an owl in her nest right outside the front door!

Perfect Romantic Getaway at Ricky's Lavender Farm Our stay at Ricky's Lavender Farm was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect couples' getaway, exceeding all our expectations. The listing was spot-on, with everything we needed and accurate photos. The farm was the cleanest place we've ever stayed—absolutely spotless. Ricky's communication was excellent; he met us upon arrival, gave a thorough tour, and showed us everything. The lavender farm offered a peaceful and quiet escape from the city, with awesome views and a much-needed break from reality. Our room was perfect, boasting a very comfortable bed, cozy fireplace, relaxing recliners, and a well-appointed bathroom. We especially loved the robes! The hot tub was fantastic, so refreshing and relaxing. The value was exceptional; the experience far surpassed the price. Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to Ricky's warm welcome and tour. Ricky was the best part of our stay! He was incredibly generous, genuine, and hospitable.
