The Gorge Townhouse was a good place to stay while visiting Launceston. Location is excellent, with the prime attraction Cataract Gorge just a short easy walk away. The house was accurately described, modern, light-filled and well-appointed. The living space felt adequate for our group of five adult guests. Recommended to other travelers.

What an amazing place! Stunningly beautiful location, perfect hosts and - most importantly - the most comfortable bed we have slept in since home. We found ourselves just wanting to relax and enjoy it instead of exploring even with so much close by. Can't recommend Peter and Claire's place highly enough and we hope to make it back there soon.

We LOVED our stay in Trevallyn! The view & the light in this place is amazing. It's well set up and very comfortable. Walking distance to the Gorge & downtown! And a great home base to explore the area. We highly recommend this fabulous place.

Briar Cottage was a fantastic place to stay, being close to the Derby Mountain Bike Tracks, the Blue Tier Walking Trails, Weldborough Pub, Pyenganna for the Pub in the Paddock and Pyenganna Cheese factory and a close drive to St. Helens. The Cottage is a beautiful home, clean and tidy and easy to find / access and the fireplace is amazing on a cool night up in the wilderness. Ed & Evren are great hosts and let you know everything you need to know for a wonderful stay.

Return visit for us and our fur babies. Wonderful fully fenced yard, close to beaches, cafes and supermarket. Comfortable, clean and everything you need. The addition of the coffee capsule machine was great. We had a lovely stay 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albion Gardens. It definitely felt like being in a home away from home, and a luxurious one at that. The house and gardens are magnificent; privacy and peace are assured. Will highly recommend to friends and family wishing to visit and stay in Launceston or to those who would like a place to escape to for rest and rejuvenation.

This was one of the best Airbnbs I have ever been to. The location was amazing, since it was close to both Ben Lomond and Launceston, while still remaining incredibly serene and private. The wifi connection was the strongest I had seen for my entire trip through Tasmania, which was a pleasant relief. My only regret was not spending more time there. If I ever come back to Tasmania, I will make sure to spend at least 4 or 5 nights at the Airbnb, and do day trips out from there. Saw a spectacular display of the Aurora Australis at night as well!

Great location in a peaceful street. Only 5 minutes drive to the CBD to pubs and restaurants. Very comfortable apartment that I would recommend to others.

Great place in a private, clean, tidy & peaceful spot. Located in a lovely & lofty suburb close to town & not far from the magnificent gorge...just a tip, it's a good idea to have a car.

Quiet location , great views across town easy to get out of town to site see attractions $9 ride uber to town lots of tourist info in draws would stay again

Great place to stay. Not far from the airport, calm and relaxing. Property was spotless and Rob left few delicious treats in the fridge. There is big BBQ grill outside. No roaches, no nothing bothering you. What else you need? :) Thank you, Robert, it was a pleasure to stay your place.

From checking in to checking it was all very smooth and the accommodation was excellent. Great Kitchen great laundry facilities great bathroom and great bedrooms plus a bike room with tools. Highly recommend it to anyone going to Derby

Susie’s place and the location are beyond words! The Container is even better in person and is the perfect base to explore the Tamar region of Tassie. The complimentary breakfast items were the cherry on top. We had lots of fun listening to tunes on vinyl, playing guitar, and bird watching. The whole experience will be unforgettable and we can’t wait to come back.

Gaby and John were delightful hosts, greeting us upon arrival they showed us the cabin and let us settle in. Breakfast each morning was delicious and the view was spectacular. The cabin was the best spot to relax and watch the wildlife go by. We loved making friends with the local wallaby.

Very stylish and fun accommodation in a small town. Loved the outdoor bath which overlooked a lush crop. We stayed here to be close to the Derby mountain biking - great set up with a BBQ, sauna and bike lock up. The cabin is spacious, bathroom is luxe, living space is comfortable. The bed is huge though a bit soft for our preference. Short walk to a great Italian restaurant Casa Pinocchio (book a dinner there!) but also the pub and pizza shop. Great stay overall!

Nadia’s place was very aesthetic and welcoming, the instructions that were given to find and enter the property were very clear! The outside bath made mine and my friends whole trip, I would definitely stay there again it was perfect.
