Thanks for a great stay. A really well-thought out house for a group (especially a group of MTB riders). Nice modern appointments. Uncluttered but well stocked with tools and utensils. Just perfect for our needs.

Cute cottage with some great amenities for mountainbikers like the wash down area, large secure lock up bike shed, the shower pressure, two loos, washing facilities and loads of great coffee! We had 8 people and some mattresses on the floor which wasn't entirely suitable so a smaller group would be better. But Georgia was such a great host, very responsive and cleared up early check in and out for us which helped our travel plan time HUGELY so thanks for that! A really enjoyable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Albion Gardens. It definitely felt like being in a home away from home, and a luxurious one at that. The house and gardens are magnificent; privacy and peace are assured. Will highly recommend to friends and family wishing to visit and stay in Launceston or to those who would like a place to escape to for rest and rejuvenation.

Stunning view and charming house. Hosts were great from check into check out, very responsive. Property was very comfortable for our party of seven, and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Amazing Stay at Bright Water – A Tranquil Tasmanian Escape! Our stay at Bright Water in Upper Esk, Tasmania, was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the peaceful surroundings and easy access to this beautiful retreat. Once there, we immediately felt at home in the serene, natural setting. One of the highlights of our stay was the delightful company of the resident peacock, who made dawn and dusk extra special. Chatting with him as the sun painted the sky with golden hues was such a unique and heartwarming experience. The tranquility of the location, combined with the gentle sounds of nature, created the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hosts have clearly put a lot of thought into making this place a haven for relaxation, and we truly appreciated the comfortable accommodations and thoughtful touches throughout. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of charm and wildlife wonder.

The house was absolutely amazing! We especially loved the beautiful stained glass windows – such a unique touch. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the location was perfect. From check-in to check-out, the process was well communicated and easy to follow. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place to stay. Decor is incredible, huge house, comfortable beds, everything you need. Walking distance to CBD, UTAS Stadium.
