Casa 3 picos es acogedora, un lugar para compartir con la familia, playa blanca esta relativamente cerca, recomendamos ir caminando, no llevar autos, la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario en habitaciones y cocina, si van con niños pequeños deben tener cuidado con las gradas de caracol. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estadía, don Gerardo es muy atento y Joseph contestó con rapidez nuestras dudas. 100% recomendada para unas vacaciones relajantes👌🏻

Our stay was very enjoyable. The villa was spacious and the pool was outstanding. It was located very near restaurants in Brasalito and Flamingo as well as multiple beaches. We would definitely return here!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Casa Aire. La maison est grande et décorée avec goût. La cuisine est très bien équipée et il y a suffisamment d’espace comptoir pour cuisiner. Il y a aussi 2 BBQ pour faire la cuisson, un au gaz avec un frais de $10.0 et un autre aux briquettes nous avons opté pour le deuxième et avons dû acheter nos propres briquettes afin de pouvoir l’utiliser mais ce ne fût pas un problème pour nous. Le ménage de l’aménagement extérieur (meubles outdooring, bbq et plancher) sont époussetés à chaque jour, donc toujours propre. Les chambres sont grandes et les lits sont très confortables. Il y a des airs climatisées dans chaque chambre et dans le salon ainsi que des ventilateurs de plafond ce qui fût très apprécié car il fait chaud au Costa Rica. Il y a des épiceries à distance de marche de la Casa par contre la plage est un peu loin, je dirais qu’avoir une auto serait plus pratique si vous voulez explorer les environs. Je recommande sans hésitation.

5 Stars – Unforgettable Beachside Retreat! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Palm Beach Estates! Dirk was an exceptional host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The house is just steps from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime. We especially loved the outdoor grill area—it was perfect for cooking up the fresh red snapper we got from the local fish truck. So delicious! The pool was a major highlight for our family. The colorful lights at night made it feel magical, and we spent many evenings playing Marco Polo with our girls—such great memories. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, with great access to local spots and the beach just around the corner. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable beach getaway!

La casa es preciosa, tal cual se ve en las fotos, es una zona tranquila, la atención por parte de los anfitriones fue excelente, siempre obtuvimos una respuesta rápida a nuestras consultas, todo muy limpio, las instrucciones para el acceso muy claras, todo funcionaba perfecto, la recomiendo 100%, la pasamos muy bien!

Peaceful paradise in Costa Rica! If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, getaway this is it! Wake up to beautiful views with the sounds of monkeys and birds. The house has plenty of space for all with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. I really appreciated the luxurious towels and soft sheets which are not easy to find in Costa Rica. The pool is amazing and there are floats if needed. Bees Bistro is just down the road and serves amazing food when you don’t want to cook. Great stay and we will be back!

Our group loved the place! All the bedrooms being en-suites was a BIG plus for us. Loved the view & the pool! Gated community was peaceful and very centric.

A sweet and spacious cottage on a beautiful property, with a pool outside the front steps, and a short walk from the beach. David went above and beyond accomodating us with an early check in and late check out, personally made sure our place was in good shape and gave local recommendations. We are very fortunate to have spent our Christmas there! Thanks so much David!

El lugar es muy bonito, la ubicación es excelente para acceder a muchas playas en poco tiempo. El lugar es fiel a la descripción y el anfitrión así como los administradores son muy atentos y serviciales.

Fantastic location! Can walk to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet and private location. The house is as pictured and very clean. Perfect for a family or couple getaway. The rooms are separate and private and all have a view of the pool. Can’t wait to return!

The place was great, near some really good beaches and the pool was amazing!

This is truly a one of a kind (maybe even lifetime!) experience of a place to stay. Where else can you walk out of the pool and directly into the kitchen, living room or dining room? And get fresh air and breezes right into the house? We were a little worried that without AC in the main part of the house it would be uncomfortably hot. It was not an issue at all. Somehow the breezes blow in, the fans kept the air moving, and it felt so nice to hear the birds and not be stuck inside! It was also a very walkable 10-15 min into town, but note that Costa Rica is not big on sidewalks, so you do need to contend with traffic, scooters, and other walkers. But everyone does it, and makes you feel like a local! Down on the street is a place called Zolu, that makes amazing made to order food. You will sit outside and wait a bit but it was the best food we had and very reasonably priced.

elodie was so helpful with this booking. We had to book our stay last minute due to construction at our home. We were able to get checked in same day and so glad we did. The unit was very clean and felt just like home. Would absolutely recommended to anyone coming to the Tamarindo/Langosta area for a trip.

Nos encantó hospedarnos con Patricia y Ernesto. Fueron muy considerados con el check in y check out, nos brindaron sillas y demás para la playa y piscina. Son muy amables y sin duda nos hospedaríamos de nuevo con ellos.

We genuinely loved this house. The hosts were great. We had a handful of miscommunications with Marco but I figure those to be cultural differences. I can be a pretty Type A American 🤪. We were able to work them out but I misunderstood Todd’s documentation regarding procuring services and tours with Marco. Also count items when you arrive and before you leave. We were asked about and implied that we took towels. This after I went out of my way to wash the towels and leave extra laundry detergent. The kitchen lacked a few things so you might inquire ahead of time if you are planning to make something specific. For example, we did a pasta night and an extra large pot and an equally sized strainer weren’t on hand. We improvised and it worked out all the same. We also made cookies in a baking dish. 😂 The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The community felt safe. The town was friendly and a good mix of locals with touristy things. We would come back to this area.

La casa se encuentra inmersa en un pequeño bosque por lo que la calma y silencio son excelentes. Está equipada con todo lo que una persona necesita, además que la segunda habitación se puede usar como oficina o alojar a otra persona cómodamente. La ducha exterior es un gran aspecto, pues te puedes bañar sintiendote en el bosque.

Great and private location. Pictures and descriptions were exactly how they showed. Google maps takes you to the location before the Airbnb. Just remember to follow the black signs and go past the location with the big front gate. Great location to many of Costa Rica’s beaches. Roads are not paved, so be aware. Nothing most vehicles can’t deal with. Would definitely stay here again.

Este alojamiento es una joya! Desde la llegada pudimos notar que es súper acogedor, impecable y justo lo que necesitamos para una excelente estadía. Está increíblemente bien equipado, con todo lo que necesitábamos para que nuestra estadía fuera memorable. La piscina es una deliciosa forma de como terminar el día. El jacuzzi es ideal para una buena tertulia con amigos. Los alrededores son limpios, ordenados y privados, incluso para una piscina que es compartida. Melissa fue la mejor host. Fue amable, servicial y súper flexible respecto a nuestras necesidades. Nos ayudó con todas las consultas y requerimientos. Un lugar maravilloso sin duda! Gracias 🤩

Lugar estratégicamente ubicado, cerca de todo en poco tiempo. Muy tranquilo y con todas las amenidades que se necesitan para pasar en la playa. Amparo es muy amigable y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier inconveniente que se presente. Definitivamente regresaríamos

One of the most unique spots I’ve ever stayed at. Located on one of the best yet not populated beaches of Costa Rica. When visiting this beautiful beach house Just remember not to miss the sunsets. Where ever you are make it back and watch the sunset whilst soaking in the la piscinas right at the beach. We were lucky to have the full moon right behind us at the same time. Unreal! Overall we had a great stay. Sibylle was super sweet and easily reachable.

Wonderful stay with our four kids! Off the beaten path, but close to many activities, restaurants, etc. Great house for families or groups, comfortable, clean and quiet. Property manager, Marina, did a 10 out of 10 job with her responsiveness, recommendations and assistance in helping arrange activities, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!
