this is the 2nd time I have stayed here and I love it. so peaceful and great for a short break away. Chanelle and Steve are responsive and happy to help wherever they can. we love staying here and would recommend. hot tub is a great bonus too! love the Easter touches

We had a great stay at Willow Lodge. Dave was fantastic; he went above and beyond. He gave us a tour of the farm and even allowed us to hold the lambs. He invited us to his house to watch football, and as we were out at the time of the match, he offered to drop his Fire Stick around. The accommodation was great, and the hot tub was much needed. The place is completely dog-friendly and safe, with a fenced-off garden. We will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

Wonderful stay here - we celebrated my son's second birthday here with grandma and grandad. Jeremy was a great host. The lodge was very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Also very safe for a toddler with the gated decking and all on one level. Mercia Marina is a perfect base. My only complaint is that we could not stay longer! We will be back. Many thanks! :-)

The house really all in one everything was there with a big kitchen space for hangout while still enjoying a peaceful retreat. Duck’s Crossing Cottage felt homely immediately and throughout our stay. Relaxing and beautiful surrounding in the lovely village of Egginton. The house and garden are spacious and well equipped. People in the village are very friendly. We look forward to staying here again in the near future. Many thanks Ros :)

Place felt immediately like home. Gate and door were easy to access. Tracey had lovely communication throughout our stay. Very comfortable house with all amenities you might need. Quiet and peaceful. Eight-year-old nephew especially loved the scenery.

Hollie and Dan were fantastic hosts—always helpful and quick to reply. The check-in instructions were clear and really helpful. The cottage itself is beautiful, with a lovely garden, and it’s set in a breathtaking village with great pubs, restaurants, and a local shop all just a short walk away. ☺️
