Very nice peaceful place to stay. We loved the park that was behind the house and the deer that bedded down behind the fence. If we are in Drayton Valley again we will most definitely stay with them again!

It was a super relaxing trip. For us and our animals family member. Actually they didn't want to leave!! The sauna was nice to use and we really did feel at home... and at peace!

In a word, WOW!! We came here for our 10-year anniversary (which was a total surprise to me as my husband planned out everything) and I was blown away! The location is gorgeous and serene, and the perfect escape from our busy lives. We've never done anything like this before and it was a unique experience that we would gladly do again. Thank you for everything!!

We enjoyed our stay so much that, we already have the next trip booked! It was very clean, cozy, quiet and the list goes on! Dennis goes above and beyond as a host, very responsive, friendly and accommodating! We cannot wait to come back again!

The host was really nice and the place was exactly as described, clean and comfortable. However, I found the lake area a bit disappointing. It was quite far from any activities, making it difficult to enjoy the outdoors fully. Additionally, the BBQ grill needed a good cleaning before use. Overall, it was a decent experience, but the location might not be ideal for those looking for a more active or accessible getaway.

My wife and I, along with some family and friends, celebrated her birthday at this great lake front house. The home is beautiful, with stunning surroundings right on Buck Lake. I had planned to take the paddle boat out and try catching some pike, but we ended up enjoying the games and ping pong so much that I didn’t make it out. Maybe next time! The house is well laid out, and the main room with the large table is perfect for group board games. Altogether, it was a fantastic experience with wonderful hosts. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a lakefront getaway close to Edmonton.

What a great and romantic campsite. It looked just like the pictures, the area was beautiful and better than I expected. At first I was sceptical about the cleanliness of the campsite and the bathroom but I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean the campground was and looks. I would 100% rebook for another stay in the future and tryout the other domes and cabins. Thank you for such an amazing experience Mandy & Simon!
