This beach house is steps from the beach with an ocean view. Very family-friendly as well, with a pack-n-play and some toys, baby blankets, etc.! Would stay here again!

Second time renting and loved every minute of it!! Definitely coming back for a third time!

Other than having to stand outside while trying to get someone to answer the phone because we were giving the wrong passcode to the house. After that small inconvenience the stay was great! The house was as described, clean , well taken care of and in the center of everything. We loved it!!

Probably my favorite place that we have stayed in Surfside. The home is absolutely adorable! It is not your typical beach house which is exactly what drew us to it and we were not disappointed. It’s an old 1870s home that was moved to Surfside (if I’m remembering correctly). The home is super spacious. We had a guest stay with us a few days and had their own separate wing. We never heard a peep. Would definitely stay here again.

Our host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The property met and surpassed our expectations. We would very happily stay there again!

Wonderful home with easy access to the beach just feet away! Our kids loved the backyard green space to run around in the evenings. Big porch to sit and enjoy an unobstructed view of the ocean. The ability to park under a covered space was nice given the heat in Texas. The first floor patio is nice for keeping all the beach gear and you have a hose and shower to rinse when you get back from the beach. The home is older and needs fixes/upgrades like a new AC which we were told would be happening after our stay. One of the double shower heads in the master was also not working but were told they are waiting on a part to fix it. During the day the AC couldn't keep up with the heat and it got up to 81 in the home. It did cool down in the evening and they got us fans to help. Mosquitos were not as bad. We did bring repellent. None of these things kept us from enjoying the beach! Vicky was amazing at helping us with any issues! She was attentive and made sure our stay was enjoyble.

Wonderful stay! Carol's home is beautiful, peaceful, clean and homey. Carol was friendly, respectful, caring and made me feel comfortable in her home. Carol's dog was another great host and companion that is well trained, loving and respectful. I highly recommend staying at Carol's.

This was the most accommodating Airbnb we have ever stayed at! It’s a BEAUTIFUL beach house with a 2 minute walk to the beach. We wouldn’t have packed so much beach stuff if we had known so much was already provided which is a great problem to have! We loved everything about this peaceful beach house. We will be planning as many future vacations here as we can! LOVE!!!

The place was gorgeous and perfect for our family. Loved the place ❤️ The view was beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. Truly enjoyed our time and stay. Thanks for the amazing memories!
