It was easy before we even arrived with constant quick replies to messages and questions my family and I had. Checking in was so simple as was checking out. The residence has wonderful amenities but is also very secluded from Galveston. It’s a wonderful quiet community with great views. The home was very clean and I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Sandra was AMAZING! After a headache with a host that canceled before check in, Sandra last minute allowed us to rent her beautiful home, late at night! It was perfect! She is a great host and I would love to come back and stay!!

A very lovely home with plenty of room and wonderful amenities, located in a safe neighborhood. The patio is designed perfectly as an outdoor gathering place. The interior of the home is spacious and well appointed for a comfortable stay. Too many extra's to name but the indoor recreational opportunities kept everyone occupied. Beautiful view out the rear windows and located in a nice neighborhood. The home is less than a mile from the NASA Visitor Center. A good assortment of restaurants and coffee shops are just a short distance away. Amy and Tu communicated all instructions and were very welcoming. All communication was very timely, effective, and helpful. I highly recommend this home and owners if you desire a no hassle, comfortable stay.

We have stayed in numerous vacation rentals. This was, by far, the best! The location is exactly what we were looking for! The house was well appointed, clean and up to date! We had to contact the host just once(our mistake), and they were quick to respond and help as much as they could. We will absolutely be back!

We had a great stay. A family of 12 plenty of room. The outside was the best part. We had a day at Surfside beach which was wonderful and literally down the street. I totally recommend Franchesca’s place . Thanks again ☺️

Wendi's Neverland definitely made you feel home away from home!Absolutely, beautiful clean property smelled very fresh! The staging decor and amenities were the lastest and greatest up to date!The location very relaxing with a option to walk or ride beach cruiser bikes (4) provided by Wendi ! Beach front access added a perfect touch filled with serenity while watching the sunrise walking on the clean private beach access is wiithin the comminity!! Wendi is very responsive and thoughtful by providing list of local resturants, rentals and list of lastest go to places for all ages.Wendi's Neverland is my favorite Beachhouse rental in Galveston I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a Fun and Relaxing Family Getaway in Galveston!

Mai gave great directions ahead of time with descriptive check in information, and a wonderful guide to area restaurants and how to get to the beach! The place was decorated so cute, and comfortable and had everything we needed! Spacious well equipped kitchen, tv in every room, great view from the deck of the sunset and a cute space at the end of the deck to see the sunrise! Comfortable recliners to relax in at the end of the day at the beach! Quiet street, very peaceful!

We spent a wonderful weekend here, just a few steps away from the beautiful beach, with two families and our dogs. Wow, this house is newly built and equipped with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway. There was even a warm hot tub ready for us, and thoughtful amenities for our dogs as well! We've traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the stay and the services provided here surpassed any 5-star hotel we've experienced. And the host, Jakeb, is incredibly kind and professional. If you're reading this, don't hesitate— and enjoy everything this place has to offer! Our families have already decided to return. I absolutely love Nassau Bay. It’s right on the water with beautiful parks to stroll around. The apartment was perfect. It was so quiet and peaceful. Very clean. I will definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing. Vince was super helpfull and the apartment was super clean. If we return to Houston we Will for sure check for this again. Closet to the NASA Center, to Broadwalk and nit so far from City Center. Five stars, no doubt
