The location of this townhouse was fantastic. It was in a gated community and felt safe. The place was clean and was perfect for the four of us. Mandy was very responsive and gave us all the instructions we needed to get in and settled easily. Would recommend!

For the price this was an excellent place to stay while visiting students at A&M. For reference, it looks like it was probably once an off campus dorm. The four bedrooms with private bathrooms were great to have. Only simple improvements I would suggest are needed would be that there is no lamps in any of the bedrooms, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. My bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to sleep it’s definitely worth it!

This location was perfect for our stay while visiting our daughter at A&M for Family Weekend. It is in a very quiet apartment complex, and while it's a fairly frills-free place, it is exactly what we needed, and we would stay here again! Having a washer/dryer was such a bonus (bring your own detergent), and the beds were extra comfy. There's plenty of storage space and a huge closet, along with extra blankets. Although there is a coffeemaker, you will need to bring your own coffee. The decor is cute, and we loved how quiet everything was. It is a first floor apartment, but we heard zero noise from the 2nd floor above us. The drive to A&M is only a few minutes, or an Uber ride was super reasonable......at the time of our stay, it was usually around $8-9. If you aren't looking for the Taj Mahal, this is really an affordable, comfortable, and convenient place to stay when visiting College Station.

This is a clean, cozy space with lots of personal touches. It is centrally located in College Station and is right next to a park. It was perfect for my overnight stay for a conference.

Javier was an amazing host. We were in town for families weekend. This was the perfect location and close to things. Loved that all rooms have en suite bathroom!! Javier was always responsive and so helpful. We will for sure stay here when we come back to visit.

We had a great stay. We loved playing the games provided in the living area. The space was exactly what we needed for our weekend get-away. The college campus was a quick drive, and we were close to our favorite restaurants.
