It was a great stay and the hosts were very friendly and helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Despite a couple of widespread power outages, the hosts still made sure our stay was as undisturbed as possible. And made sure we had power and a warm stay through bad weather. And they even offered for us to move or cancel before hand knowing the weather and the risks that we due.

We would thoroughly recommend Nicks place to anyone hoping to visit the beautiful Mangawhai Heads . The house is situated on a very peaceful street just a couple of minutes drive to the town with its many shops, absolutely fabulous for all the family to enjoy with pool . The owners responded very quickly with us when we and gave further information and were always so supportive through out our stay.Thanks

We absolutely loved our stay at Sarah's. The swimmjng pool, ping ping, pool table, darts and multiple televisions kept our family well entertained. The house is so well equipped that we had a fabulous time despite the ex tropical cyclone weather. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful family getaway. You will not be dissapointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location was absolutely breathtaking, there was plenty of board games and toys for our 4 year old to enjoy as well. We would definitely stay again ❤️

Amazing property which was even better than it looked in the photos. Very well equipped with everything you need and communication with Emma was quick and easy. Pool, spa and outdoor fireplace were a big hit!

Awesome stay, we absolutely loved it, just wished we had longer. The place was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding just around the corner. Lots of thoughtful little touches, that were really appreciated. Immaculately presented and felt immediately at home, awesome communication and appreciated the flexible arrival and departure time. Our family really enjoyed this stay! We loved the layout of the home, having the sleep out allowed the kids to have their own space and we weren’t feeling like we were all on top of each other. The pool isn’t massive but enough for everyone to cool down. The distance to the shops is so close which was super handy for grocery top ups or ice cream runs. As it’s on the main road it is noisy in the front room and impacts getting in and out of the drive - but not an issue for us but worth noting. The host was super responsive as we were 30mins early. Will def be back to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sue and Chris's property. The house was not only beautifully decorated but also very comfortable. The amenities were well thought out, and everything we required was readily available. We would recommend it to anybody looking for an enjoyable getaway!

Ali's place was the perfect location for our small family fellowship. You'll have everything you need in the kitchen. The stairs going down is a bit tight but the rooms are clean. We brought our own linens, and toiletries. Huge and quiet location away from the city buzz.

Back again! It’s a great place with incredible views out to the Barriers. Simple but stylish with plenty of tools in the kitchen to knock up a great feed, and, the best slumber with the comfiest of beds. I reckon we’ll be back!

We stayed for Easter with our teen daughters and my parents. The bedrooms and cabin were a perfect set up for us. Even though we stayed during a cyclone and couldn't utilize outside properly we had a wonderful stay. Very cosy, comfortable, clean with lots of towels too! The spa pool provided lots of entertainment. see you in the Summer!

What a beautiful place this is, very modern, very clean, comfortable beds, everything provided for you, very quiet neighborhood as well. Really enjoyed our stay, plus Nathan was great, he was always checking up to make sure we are OK. Perfect place if you're heading to Whangarei. Blessings

A fabulous stay of five days - made even better by a spell of great weather and wall to wall sunshine. Beautiful and varied beaches all nearby, from Waipu through to Te Arai. Accommodation layout perfect for family, children and grandparents allowing a bit of separation. Peaceful & private location. Well equipped. Lovely high ceiling living space with excellent indoor/outdoor area. Minor access issue caused by 3 year old swiftly fixed by Sarah with the minimum of fuss, for which we were very grateful.

The house was perfect for two couples! It was nice that they had lots of kitchen items to use as we cooked a few meals there. The bed in the main house was very comfortable but the other couple mentioned the mattress was a little soft in the stay away. The water pressure and temperature were amazing in both bathrooms. It was a short walk down to the beach. There's a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Susan was always responsive and helpful!

Greg was fantastic to deal with and very accommodating with our requests for change of dates. Would highly recommend this location and property.

We used Stacey’s home as a base for our wedding weekend. It is in a rural location but the home is easy to find. It was neat, clean and had stunning views. The home is fully equipped which came in handy. Stacey is also super responsive and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

We have three young children and there was so much for them to do here. Plenty of toys, games, drawing supplies, dvds, a big t.v. and a playground outside to keep them entertained. Just what we needed. I highly recommend this home if you have young children. Very relaxing place to stay! Playground just down the road.

Staying at this place for a couple of months, feels like my home away from home. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are all great. Bobbie responds quickly to any requests with good information.

This was a great AirBnB. It's in a beautiful location, private and with fantastic views across fields to the water. Very comfortable, with everything you need and nicely furnished. There is a lot to do in the area, with great walks and beaches nearby. The hosts were responsive and helpful.
