Great location for River Run Village ski mountain . Easy short walk, convenient ski lockers ect. Large and clean condo as described ! I would stay and recommend again.

Amanda's condo was perfect for our ski trip at Keystone. The 2 min walk to the gondola was effortless in ski boots, and the hot tubs/steam room were amazing after skiing all day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place in Frisco within walking distance to the main restaurants. Multiple hot tubs so there was always room. Easy drive to many ski resorts. Jillian was proactive and super responsive in her communication.

we loved this location...the location was perfect. Great for the shuttle or the breck free bus... the condo was perfect for my husband and i...the storage unit for skis kept the condo clean and clutter free..we loved the sound machine in the bedroom. the condo also had equipped a.heating pad, fan, and space heater..we thought they were all nice extra touches. I was pleasantly suprised with the amount of hangers!!!! I usually travel with a bunch of hangers and we didn't need it here.

Well stocked, cute condo in Frisco. Perfect for a quick ski weekend! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The instructions to get in were very clear and it was easy to find. Tara was very responsive and answered all my questions quickly. This was a good size for our family of 3, but I think could be a little tight for more than 3. The sofa bed, where our teenaged son slept, had an extra mattress you could put on the bed and it was comfy for him, but would not have fit more than one person. The bedroom has a memory foam mattress, and we weren't sure we would like that, but it was actually really comfortable and we slept great!

I loved my stay at Ira’s! He was very proactive in communicating with me, upon arrival, during my stay and after as well. The home was very easy to find and it’s so conveniently located!! The space was very quiet, private, and was such a restful home for a weekend of skiing (which I was exhausted after!). The space was VERY clean. I also appreciated the simple checkout instructions. Will definitely stay again!!

This was a hidden gem found about a month before flying out. The location & stay were perfect. We were able to just walk across the street on the days we visited Keystone mountain. The drive to Breckenridge took less than 25 minutes, and the majority of our food/grocery options were within a 10 minute drive. Highly recommend staying here!

Exactly as described. Only a 5 minute walk to the gondola. Apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4. Beds were super comfortable- even the fold out sofa bed! 3 hot tubs on site, and never crowded, even during spring break Have no hesitations in recommending this property and look forward to staying here in the future.

We loved this place! Perfect for the 2 of us with just enough room for yoga for two (this is really important to us). Kitchen was well stocked, as were the bathrooms. Plenty of closet space and very clean. A little loud at night with the party goers but I slept very well so clearly wasn’t too much of a concern. Loved the balcony as well for morning coffee. Great location. Parking for one car that is very convenient. Ski locker in a good spot. Hosts were fabulous. Would stay here again

If you’re going to do a ski-in/ski-out spend the money and stay here. I have stayed at countless places in Breck throughout the years. This condo was the most expensive, but had the most dollar for value as well.

Great location at the base of Peak 9. James was super helpful/responsive to all requests and had great recommendations and local information. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved staying at Linda’s condo! Extremely convenient to access the slopes. It was right downtown, but we didn’t experience any issues with noise and enjoyed being right in the town center.

We had an amazing time staying at Julie’s place and skiing at Keystone. The condo exceeded our expectations for cleanliness and comfort. We felt right at home. Julie was incredible as our host, checking in prior to arrival, checking in again to be sure everything at the condo was good. She is a great host!

Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking to book a trip to Colorado. Great location, cozy living space and very accommodating. There were no tricks or surprises when we arrived. Everything was as listed and better than imagined.

Perfect cabin with ample space for our family. The house has comfortable beds, nice quality furniture and a luxury feel. The community amenities are lovely. Took me less than 25 mins to get to keystone for skiing. The house is surrounded by lovely aspen trees and there are nice mountain views, especially from the master bedroom. Andy was a communicative and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

Definitely recommend. :) The house is exactly as advertised and the property is very well managed. Communication was prompt, organized, and professional. The house is in a great neighborhood with a lovely hiking/biking trail right off the backyard. Just a short drive to town with lots to do. Great views in the neighborhood of the surrounding mountains. Very comfortable place to stay for a larger group. Don't hesitate!

Ryan’s space was perfect. It felt like home while still feeling like we were on vacation in a luxury, rentable condo. If I could own the place myself I would, because I already miss it, it has great proximity to anything and everything, and it was a cozy nest for my group for our trip. I hope to come back soon and can’t recommend the home or Ryan as a property owner enough. Couldn’t have made our stay easier and we felt right at home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Stunning Stay! This was one of the most amazing Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we drove up the driveway, we were greeted with breathtaking mountain views. The check-in process was seamless, and we felt completely safe and comfortable in this upscale home. The first floor featured its own gym and a spacious room with a cozy fireplace. Every single room in the house had stunning views, making it a truly unforgettable experience. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, and we loved starting our mornings by the fireplace with coffee, soaking in the serene scenery. Our kids especially loved the outdoor jacuzzi and all the fun activities available. The house even had sleds, so we enjoyed sledding down the little hill—it was such a blast! Leah was an incredible host, providing fantastic recommendations on skiing, gold panning, and great local restaurants. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back! Would highly recommend this home!

Perfect spot for a weekend in Breck! House was fully stocked with anything you could need, great distance from downtown, and everything was just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

The Blue Sky Lodge was a great space for a bigger group. Great location near the village and skiing. Adam’s communication and instructions were very easy. Would stay again!
