Great and updated place as described. Michelle, the host, was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Lelands place is perfect,right on the slopes, great facility with hot tubs,pool, steam room and sauna. I highly reccomend this place if you want ski in/ski out.Leland was also very quick to respond to any questions I had!

Beautiful house and had everything you need for a wonderful vacation

We had a great stay and the place was beautiful

Very comfy, spacious and clean cabin. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 13 people in our group and the cabin had more enough space for all. Loved the complimentary coffee, wine and chocolate left for us. Hot tub was perfect. Cabin was very clean. Only issue with we had was one of the tubs in the downstairs bathroom that was not draining well. Cabin has great views. Check in and check out was super easy. Location is just a few minutes from Main Street downtown and about 15-20 mins from Peak 8 where we went skiing. We did get snow two days and the driveway is at a slope so I would recommend a 4x4 truck. Host was super responsive. We appreciated the quick responses.

We enjoyed our stay in the basement of this shared condo. It felt private and comfortable, and all of the folks there in cluding Tim were friendly and kept the kitchen well cleaned. I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub after some hard ski days at Keystone which is only 20 minutes away. Breck is about 8 minutes away, closer if parking at the gondola. I wish there was a bit more space for food, but understand that's part of the setup. I didn't look closely at the listing and actually thought it was a full place, but it all worked out great. Tim was friendly, communicative, and allowed for a later checkout, and it was lovely to get a chance to park in garage (nor guaranteed).

Great place and walking distance to downtown Breckinridge. It was a 5-minute drive to the ski lifts in the morning. Room for 2 cars to park. Overall, we were very pleased with the space and condition.

We loved our stay with our family of 4! Great accommodations, big and well appointed kitchen and living area, and two big bedrooms and bathrooms. Easy walk to town and quick drive to mountains, and the pool / hot tub after a day of skiing could not be beat. Also, great communication with PMI Breck.

This place is beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. We enjoyed this stay very much. The view is amazing.

Beautiful condo with quality furnishings, from sauté pans to Mikasa plates to quality appliances. King bed in MBR was very comfortable, numerous thick towels and local hand soaps and lotions. Perfect location to take advantage of Peak 7 trails. Hot tubs were hot! and additional towels were readily available. The balcony received afternoon sun which was nice for afternoon cocktails. Daniel was quick to respond to a few questions and even left a welcome bottle of vino and snack. Everything from checking in to using the pool and bowling lanes was easy to access. I’d highly recommend this unit!

We loved our stay at Jessica’s condo! The location is exceptional. You can see the Quicksilver Chair out the window, so you’re on the slopes in minutes. You’re also a block from South Main Street and an abundance of restaurants and shops. We parked our rental car and didn’t use it the whole time we were there! The main bed was SUPER comfortable, which is very important after a long day on the mountain, and the pull out couch worked for our teenaged daughter. Jessica was also a proactive communicator and provided great, local recommendations (try Gravity Haus for dinner!). Oh, and we saw a moose from the window of the condo, which was an added bonus!

If you want to ski and stay on the Breck! And also ski up on your loved ones in the jacuzzi this is the place. Everyone in the lodge was great and helpful. Thanks Monique

Awesome location in the Village. Just a couple minutes walk to the ski lift and ski rental shops as well as the Village ski school. Also easy access to Main Street with tons of restaurant options. Great for kids!

Condo was advertised. Great location with easy access to both the mountain and main street Breckenridge. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends and family.
