A very nice Condo in Breck, very close to town. It’s about a 0.2 mile walk to the nearest ski lift and we found that to be doable and saved the hassle of the morning lineup at the gondola. Perfect spot for a ski trip to Breck!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the hot tub—it made our stay extra special. The location was also excellent, close to Frisco’s main street, and fairly close to multiple ski resorts in the area.

We had a wonderful visit at Nicole’s place. It was perfect for 2 couples and kids. Location was close to Frisco Main Street and the ski resorts. We loved the wood burning fireplace and using the hot tubs after a long day on the slopes. Nicole was extremely helpful and even reached out mid trip to ensure we were enjoying the stay. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay. Comfortable and convenient with young kids. Nice amenities and hot tub. Right on the brown and yellow bus routes but easy 3 min walk to Snowflake lift and <10 min walk to Peak 9.

Our weekend ski trip to Dillon was made perfect by this fantastic house! The location was ideal – just a short drive to Keystone and Breckenridge, and we loved being able to pop into Dillon for groceries and dinner. The house itself was clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our group. The living area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We especially appreciated the fireplace and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and recommendations for local restaurants and activities.

Susan was an excellent host! She was very attentive and gave clear instructions. The house was beautiful and had everything for a good time. Susan was very responsive during a small incident with the heater, and bent over backwards to make sure we had everything to fix the problem.

The pictures don't do this place justice! The home is wonderful, sturdy, and full of high quality furniture throughout. The couch and beds were very nice! We were more than comfortable with 5 people and a dog here; there was plenty of space and seating. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were well-supplied, and the backyard (even covered in snow) was a real treat. Great space for a dog, and in warmer weather it would be a great space to hangout. The location was quiet and peaceful, and with the proximity to the bus stop it was very easy to get anywhere in town without driving. Mike was a wonderful host; always responsive, always friendly, and his welcome packet has tons of local suggestions for things to do/places to go!

Perfect location to stay in Frisco. Ten minute walk to Main Street and Mountain View from the bedroom. Plenty of space for two people and two dogs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great little house in the mountains. Off the main hustle of Breck, which was great for relaxation but not too far away from downtown. We could probably have walked but was here in the wintertime so some of the walking trails had a lot of snow. Well organized kitchen with lots of amenities made cooking easy. Bedrooms are small but the house was a good size for 4 adults to live comfortably together for a few days, though we were outside cross country skiing for a lot of that!

Great spot to stay for 3 families. Easy access to the slopes for skiing. Great layout with 5 king beds plus the bunk room.

Mindy was an exceptional host and super responsive. The Breckenridge house had spectacular views and my party felt right at home. The home was very welcoming and meticulously clean. The decor in the residence was charming. I’m looking forward to booking this home again for future visits. Easy check in and check out instructions. Down town Breckenridge was only a short ride away can’t compliment Mindy enough on this vacation rental! 10 out of 10

Fonda’s place was absolutely perfect! We spent two weeks there for our honeymoon, and to our surprise we had a sweet note and bottle of Champaign waiting for us when we arrived! We were blown away and so grateful for this sweet gesture. The neighborhood was so quiet and the house felt like home. Fonda was always so quick to respond if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay again for our next trip to Breck! We highly recommend Fonda’s space-a definite 10 out of 10!

The house was beautiful and close to everything! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook great family dinners! The layout of the house is perfect if you are traveling with children! It was a total dream stay!

Cisco was a great host. Responded quickly with any questions we had. Place was as described. Hot tub was hot and very clean. Close to keystone and surrounding slopes. Check out instructions were very simple and easy. Will definitely keep him in mind with any future trips 👍🏻

Great place, if I ever come back to Vail I will definitely try to stay here. It was about 5-10 mins to the main villages/ski resort. The place is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms and living room are all so cozy. Just what we imagined a snowy ski vacation in the woods would be like.

This home was exactly as described. Great location, beautiful views, and stocked very well. Loved having so many bathrooms and 2 different living areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need.

Omri’s place was perfect for our two families with young children. It had enough space we could all spread out, a well stocked kitchen, nice linens and towels, and a great location with beautiful views of the mountain. He was extremely responsive with any question we had. We will likely look to book the house again next year!

Great spot- super central to Breckenridge and Vail, and the town is so cute!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carolyn's home in Frisco! The space was incredible—beautiful, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a winter getaway. The hot tub set beneath the stars was a highlight for our family, offering the perfect way to unwind after exploring all day. The home strikes a great balance between feeling tucked away in nature and being conveniently close to town, with great restaurants and stores just a short drive away. What truly set this stay apart, though, was Carolyn's kindness and thoughtfulness. After we left a few items behind, she went out of her way to ship them back to us, which we deeply appreciated. It's rare to find a host that attentive and caring! I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful, wintery escape. Thank you, Carolyn, for an unforgettable experience—we hope to return someday!
