We loved staying here and definitely would stay here again. There place is right on a river. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the water. There is also a walking path right there so it was easy to walk to restaurants. The house is well equipped to make cooking there easy if you like to do that. It had everything we needed. The hot tub is right outside there place which was convenient after hiking all day. Chris was very responsive to questions and check in/out was very easy.

Place was great and good size for four adults and a dog. Nice and clean and like the pictures. Really liked the convenience to downtown and Copper Mountain skiing. An issue came up with the hot tub and they were able to offer innovative solutions - very nice. Hosts were prompt in their responses. While we didn't use it, the condo is about 200 yards to the community shuttle which takes you to a number of different ski resorts. A great stay - definitely recommend Creekside Condo.

The views were outstanding! The hot tubs were nice and with 3 of them, it allowed our family to have one to ourselves. The bed (primary) was very comfortable. Justin contacted us well in advance of our arrival to send us the information on the unit.

This place was awesome! Literally could not be more convenient for getting on and off the mountain. Perfect amount of space for families.

Condo in a new development with very nice amenities. The description was very accurate and every drawer was labeled with its contents. Hot tub was great with a nice view of the Blue River. Welcome snacks and water included. No Notes!

Stayed at Rae’s place for a quick over night trip. It was a great place and just what was needed! I definitely recommend a stay here. And the views are awesome too!

Linda’s was perfect for our weekend get away! Close to everything we wanted to do and the snowy view of the lake was amazing!

We stayed for a few days skiing and this place couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s in a great location to the mountains and coming back to your own hot tub was hard to beat. It’s also within walking distance of downtown Frisco which was perfect for nights out. Definitely recommend!!

All of my friends and I had a great time at this place lots of places to travel to and around the area the locals are very nice and friendly as well ask them anything and they usually answer any questions you have. Great view at night even if it’s dark as long as you enjoy nature.

Jennifer’s place looked just like the photos. There was plenty of room for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

Ryan’s space was perfect. It felt like home while still feeling like we were on vacation in a luxury, rentable condo. If I could own the place myself I would, because I already miss it, it has great proximity to anything and everything, and it was a cozy nest for my group for our trip. I hope to come back soon and can’t recommend the home or Ryan as a property owner enough. Couldn’t have made our stay easier and we felt right at home.

Our family of four plus two dogs had a wonderful time here! The home is very spacious and comfortable. The living room has the most comfortable L-shaped leather couch and for once we didn’t fight over space. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make any meal. The beds are very cozy and perfect after a long day skiing. That is of course once you’ve taken a nice dip in the private hot tub on the back patio. This house is only 3 miles from all the options of Breckinridge village, which we took full advantage of every day. We will definitely ask to return next winter for another ski vacation!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean. We felt right at home! The location was great too, beautiful views, felt secluded but was close to Main Street. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10!

This was a great house for two families with older kids. The location was central to skiing at several different resorts, while also being easily walkable to Frisco. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub with its privacy and nice view of the creek. The house itself was very clean and easy to access. We would stay here again if we do a similar trip.

our group of four adults enjoyed our stay at Allison's for a snowy weekend. great location, easily walkable to restaurants and bus. well stocked kitchen, comfortable, nicely decorated. slight cons - there wasn't a place to easily store our skis, so we kept them in the car.

We had a wonderful stay! Half way between shops and skiing. Plenty of space and amenities for our family. Beautiful views. Lots of supplies for cooking meals in the kitchen. Would love to stay here again!

Terrific condo that checks all the boxes for a wonderful holiday. Fully stocked kitchen, spacious modern decor. Convenient location. One of the finest rentals we’ve had. If you’re looking for a condo in the Frisco area, look no further.

This was a beautiful stay, three minute drive from Keystone. There was so much to do in the surrounding area. Check in was simple, similar to other Summit County rentals we have done. We never had trouble finding a parking spot. The room was a perfect size for two of us going away for the week, with beautiful mountain view’s overlooking a nice frozen lake. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Bathroom had a heating lamp, which was nice on chilly days. Bed was comfy and warm. Dining area was a cute little spot surrounded by windows. Fireplace was nice, and if you are sore after skiing, the side door of the property connects to the Keystone Lodge, so you can walk right from your room to the adjoining Lodge to use their sauna, pool, and steam room. Overall, super great stay!

Great find of a place centrally located to multiple ski resorts. This is our go to place for skiing in Colorado and looking forward to coming back next year!

Great place for our family. Perfect location for walking to ski and all restaurants/shops. Loved the convenience. Great views from balcony even in winter.

Everything was outstanding with this property. Only issues we faced was the north facing parking spots were extremely icy in the winter, we had two of our guests take a spill. Other issue is the third floor is a big climb after a day of skiing.
