Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

Lee is a great and accommodating host who gave us recommendations, guidebook and flexibility with check in and check out times. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house was beautiful, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a jukebox that comes with the house which is great fun. A welcome pack with wine and snacks to welcome you on arrival and menus for local restaurants and takeout. I would highly recommend staying at the coach house. Donna and family.

We had the most wonderful stay, the location was stunning and everything was there to make us feel right at home. We also really appreciated the flexible check in which allowed us to maximise our time at the house and its beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

Perfect for us, a fabulous place, charming yet wonderfully quirky, just as we like. Beautifully quiet and calm. Some great furnishings and extremely well presented with a lovely little open fire adding to the character and ambience. The space outside is great especially, if like us, you have a dog and we were super fortunate to get 19 degrees of warmth on the 22nd of Feb so spent most of the day outside! I would highly recommend this holiday let. We will definitely be back.

We had a perfect few days staying here in Horning. The house was fantastic and the village was beautiful. Tom was also a great host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The location is perfect. The surrounding woodlands and white sandy lakes make for amazing walks and picnic spots. Lorraine was incredibly thoughtful and provided us with lovely necessities on our arrival. An absolute gem.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

Great place to stay with beautiful views towards the meer. Glad the cafe closed at 5pm so evenings were more peaceful and relaxing

Stunning apartment, with a great selection of books and cool and unique artwork to look at. Comfortable bed and great sized bath/shower. communication was excellent. The estate itself is stunning to have a walk around with a yummy coffee from the cafe on site. We also used the spa, which was just to the left of the flat, really great customer service there, they left us to relax and we just had to ring a bell for any assistance. It's actually one of the cleanest spas I've been too and felt really special to have it to ourselves, I was given a discount code for the spa when booking this flat, which I thought was kind. Had a truly lovely and relaxed weekend with my boyfriend, some lovely pubs not too far and also Cambridge was only a 30 minute drive.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Carly's flat was the perfect place for a city break. Stunningly decorated, nice and close to the city centre (bus stop was right outside) and easy to get into. Carly was a proactive host and communicated with us prior to the trip about how to get in etc with crystal clear instructions. I would definitely stay again if we end up in Norwich in future; the flat had a gorgeous feel to it! Thank you Carly. :)

Swan view is a lovely place to stay. Great space. Easily walkable to restaurants. Very clean and just as described/pictured. Matt and Michaela are great hosts. They have put together a binder with everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. They are also quick to respond.

Great location with easy travel to areas such as Hunstanton, Wells next to the sea, Holt and Cromer. Lovely cottage that is well equipped, clean and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy walking distance into Fakenham and the village Hempton is a great place to bring dogs.

My family and I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this charming cottage. The space was perfect for our group to catch up and recharge our batteries together. The interior was cozy and inviting, especially with the fireplace going one evening. We loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub after our days exploring the local wildlife - we saw ducks, geese, and even some deer! The cottage had plenty of room for all of us to spread out and feel at home. On our last day, we walked up to the local pub for a delicious Sunday roast lunch, which was a perfect way to cap off our relaxing weekend. I’m so glad I booked this Airbnb for our family getaway - it was the ideal spot for us to reconnect and enjoy quality time together. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable place to stay.

The Dairy is the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing weekend in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. The renovated barn has been done up amazingly with some key characteristics still in place. The log fire was an added bonus in the evenings and made it really cosy. Lots of lovely walks around it and easy to get to surrounding beaches and other coastal towns. Julia was very responsive and helpful with queries. We would love to come back! we ( myself, my partner and our elderly dog) had a fantastic stay at the cottage. it was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short, the hosts were very understanding. would highly recommend.

Such a pleasure to stay at. The enclosed garden was perfect for privacy and great place to let the dogs roam unattended. The shower was so so good. Bed comfy and clean and the kitchen had all you needed. Will definitely stay there again.
