Lovely stay at Amy's place. Lovely quiet location with friendly neighbours. Park and beautiful duck pond just down the road. Busses to Hunstanton are really frequent from just round the corner (and such a bargain too!). The house was bigger than we expected and had lovely space inside and out to relax as a family. My only drawback would be the fact there's no stair gate upstairs, just at the bottom of the stairs. My children are 6 and 7 so wasn't bothered about keeping access from the stairs but did have a restless time at night worrying about them getting up and losing their bearings - particularly as the stairs are very steep. And some oven gloves would have been handy (no pun intended!). Appreciated the clear instructions about check in, guidance about the best street to park on and the reminder about the bath towels as that part had escaped my attention! Can recommend this lovely cottage to get away from it all, thankyou Amy.

Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

This was a perfect home away from home during our visit to Southwold. The cottage was immaculately clean. We had everything needed during our stay. It’s perfectly situated a few minutes walk from high street. Whether you’re shopping or enjoying a brew at one of the many wonderful pubs, you can leave the car behind and walk around town. There are also many lovely little villages nearby if you feel up for exploring. Kate was extremely helpful and responsive during our stay and is super pleasant and friendly. She was a joy to communicate with. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay and I highly recommend this cute and cozy cottage.

Kiln Cottage was fantastic - typical North Norfolk property with every amenity you could wish for - Certainly a 'home away from home' Very clean with a wow! first impression. Lawrence provided lots of valuable information about the area which made for a wonderful stay. Would certainly return without a doubt

We had a fantastic stay at Mallard Cottage with our miniature dachshund Reggie. The cottage was incredibly clean and the decor was lovely. The hosts had thought about everything providing so many additional treats from a dog bed, dog bowls, treats, condiments, tea/coffee, robes and slippers to name a few! The hot tub in the garden is fantastic after a day of walking/travelling to local beaches. Great Massingham is a lovely little village and the cottage looks right out onto the green/pond. We would recommend visiting the local pub The Dabbling Duck for a meal. A fantastic and we would definitely recommend!

Amazing. Despite less than balmy weather, we all had a fantastic time. Twelve of us between 7 and 72 including 2 fifteen year old girls. Abbey House is house is huge and has sufficient shower/bathing facilities for each couple to have their own space. The annex is a real little gem. The games room so well equipped we were all able to enjoy the space together. We even had a yoga class for several of our party there! This was a long delayed 70th Birthday celebration , plus two 40th's, and a 50th in the intervening time. it worked beautifully. Our seven year wants to know when we can all go back together. The weekend is up there with my best memories.

Lovely stay and a nice cottage to come back to relax especially as it was overcast. Lovely location and view of the sea. Cottage was as described and thankful for the parking permit. Had a nice warm welcome note, cake and fresh milk. Lots of information given on the house/ surrounding area. Would return back and recommend.

It's our 3rd time here. We absolutely love this place, so tranquil. It's close to a shop and the pub. Beach is 10 minute walk and you can walk to Cromer along the Cliffs, via the golf course or along the beach. It's one of those places that you want to shout about, but at the same time you don't, because you want to be the only one that knows about the place! Thank you Jane, for another wonderful stay. We will be back.
