Everything about our stay was wonderful! Alex was always responsive and her place is beautiful! From the cozy decor to the spotless house to the amazing hot tub; we had the best time!! The soft towels were a bonus too. :) Highly recommend staying here!

This place is amazing. The kids loved the game room, my wife and I loved the hot tub and fire place. Felt secluded, but was near downtown for easy access to food and drink. The place looked modern, great amenities, and we felt right at home. Would stay here again and again

Right downtown in the heart of this charming city, is this perfect little place to stay for 1 or 2 people. You can easily walk to coffee, restaurants and another favorite, Bremer Brewery. I look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful house with tons of room for all. The garage was awesome with tons of tables, chairs and a heater. It was a great place to play games after others went to bed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need (high end table service and dishes).The bedrooms were amazing with plenty of pillows and blankets. The lighted vanity space was an added bonus. The basement was fun to play pool and hang out to watch the game. The 2nd full fridge was great. Tons of space for all to be in different areas of the house. Wonderfully decorated with plenty of extras in case you forgot anything. The best stocked house I've stayed. Plenty of parking available.

Maddie's home is beautiful, modern, peaceful, private, and comfortable. We spent the weekend visiting family in nearby Shell Rock, and her home was a 5 min drive. Also, a 5 minute drive in the other direction led to plenty of shopping and restaurants for our needs. Our short 2 night stay was fantastic, thanks to Maddie's beautiful home and hospitality. Definitely plan on returning in the future. Thank you Maddie!

The Barn was exactly what we needed in a place to stay when in town last weekend. It was comfortable, cozy, easy to find and close to town while also being peaceful and private. The instructions to check in were clear and easy to follow and we had plenty of space for our group. My youngest daughter enjoyed the games provided as well as the markers and crayons for drawing. The beds were comfortable, all areas were clean and stocked with what we needed. We'll happily book The Barn again when in town with a larger group. Thank you!

This was a super cute and spacious little apartment! Waverly is a small town and the apartment was right off the main highway, next to a Dollar Tree and Kwik Star, so we could walk if we needed anything. Walmart is also within walking distance, or a very short drive. The building was very peaceful and quiet and smelled new. We loved the amenities, especially the equipped kitchen, laundry, and two beautiful bathrooms. They really paid attention to detail and supplied pretty much everything someone would need for a comfortable stay. Jessica provided very clear instructions to get in and was quick to answer questions. We stayed for the week and felt like it had better amenities and comfort at a better price than if we had gotten a hotel. We’d definitely return!
