If I could give Hempstead House a 10 stars, I would. This was hands down the best Airbnb we have stayed at (and we have stayed at a lot of them!). Hempstead House is in the country and very private. The whole home is decorated so well with a "chic farmhouse" feel. The hosts have the place stocked for guests with thoughtful touches like microwave popcorn, extra toothbrushes, coffee pods, etc. The bathroom towels were thick and absorbent - not the cheap, thin ones that some places have. We loved that there were TV's in every bedroom, and that there were room darkening drapes that helped us to sleep. We appreciated the outdoor sensor lights and swing-bar locks at the top of the doors to make us feel safe. Ample parking, firepit, yard, oh - and did I mention the hot tub? Didn't have time to use it but WOW! The hosts were very responsive whenever we had a question. Hempstead House was a respite for our family and made our weekend soooo much better than staying at a hotel.

Wonderful “farmhouse“ in the heart of bluebonnet country. Close to Bellville, and not far from Brenham, our stay at Ives Creek Organics was great! Carrie is a responsive, pleasant host. The cottage was clean, up-to-date, and inviting. I felt right at home immediately. Comfortable beds and sheets! Plenty of space in the great room. You’ll love the farm surroundings, vegetable and animal. Just a hop off the highway. Easy access and quiet surroundings, we also felt very secure. I’ll stay again if in the area, maybe even use the fire pit and patio.

Terrific hosts! We loved staying in this house. Kitchen is labeled so things were easier to find. The neighborhood is very nice. Location is great and easy to find. Not far from anywhere you need. The beds are very comfortable. We spent most of our time at the mall (there’s so much to do) but when we came back to this house we still continued some family fun playing pool and ping pong or sitting in the private back yard patio. Very relaxing and accommodating. Hosts were very responsive and provided clear instructions. We’d love to stay here again next time we plan a getaway!

Spent 2 nights here for Christmas at Santa’s Wonderland. 4 adults, 2 little boys, 2 dogs. This space was absolutely perfect for what we needed. My 4 year old immediately fell in love, started calling it our new house and was so sad to leave. My husband and I loved the retro feel, definitely an old house. But they did just enough for it to be super cute, functional, and comfortable. Would stay here again.

We loved this home! Kathy was super responsive and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this home, and any home that is managed by Kathy. She helped make our family gathering extremely memorable.

We had a great stay here for a wedding in the area. Found a lovely place to eat nearby called Garden Company. The house was nicely decorated, clean and exactly what was listed. The owner was super responsive. A fun weekend, for sure.

This is a great place with a beautiful backyard! It's very clean and perfect for a weekend away from all the traffic in town!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The girls are already asking to go back! We went fishing in the morning and packed our groceries/meals- the kitchen and full size fridge made this easy to do. Would highly recommend for families wanting to unplug, slow down and spend some time outdoors with their kiddos.

This place was great for our busy weekend in CStat! We had the privilege of meeting Margaret and her husband who were so nice and super accommodating! They even gave us a tour of their chicken coop! We enjoyed the pets who came to visit and the ability to grill and have our daughter over for dinner.

Overall a great stay! Main issue is that there was no key fob provided so you do not have access to the amenities listed. My fiancé and I primarily booked this air bnb for the access to the gym and business center since we both work remotely. The most frustrating part is the false advertising, so be warned! Other than that, the stay was great and if you aren’t looking to use the amenities listed, I highly recommend.

We would definitely rent this vrbo again. Pam was very accommodating and the rental was very nice and clean. There was a nice patio with table and chairs to sit and enjoy a meal..very peaceful...thank you, Pam!

Allison's stay was everything we could ask for. It was a home away from home, plus some cool amenities. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was pristine, the living room couch was super cozy, the porch and outdoor bbq area were relaxing, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect touch. Although the house wasn't far from the road, it felt secluded and private. This was was everything we could ask for and more. I would 100% recommend this stay for anyone looking for a private home feel. And of course Allison was incredibly friendly and very proactive with her communication. She helped us feel right at home.

The cabin was an excellent spot! It was immaculately kept and there were lots of thoughtful touches that made the stay completely comfortable. The host was extra responsive to all questions. I highly recommend!

Our stay was perfect. The Cabin was well equipped and comfortable. We were able to bring our dog for the stay and she loved the pond - a little too much. Perfect, quiet location for the weekend to visit our son at A&M. We will definitely be back!

The Rustic Retreat was just the get away we wanted. It sits overlooking the pond and is surrounded by live oak trees. We were greeted by the dog Denver and our poodle was wore out by all the playing. It was so tranquil and relaxing. We visited surrounding towns and enjoyed the sight seeing. I highly recommend this retreat for anyone wanting to get away from the rat race of life. We can’t wait to go back again.

This place is beautiful and had everything we needed. We did about max out this house with 5 adults and 2 small children. If thinking of using a pack-n-play in the room with 2 beds, it does make it tight. However, we were never in the bedrooms besides to sleep and change, so it was fine. The outdoor activities here were perfect! So much to do. Truly a beautiful place.

This place was amazing! Not far from Round Top and completely private and totally enjoyed the peaceful country setting! The hosts are incredibly accommodating and friendly. Easy to communicate with and I highly recommend this place for anyone to stay!
