Francisca’s home was absolutely beautiful and felt right at home. Last minute we decided to extend our stay one more night just because the area and home was too nice for us to leave so soon. The Fulshear area is beyond beautiful and felt safe for my family. The local pool, kiddie parks, walkways, etc. was perfect for my little family to enjoy as well. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Airbnb was quiet, clean, and host always responded quickly. We walked to the playground often with our child because it was so close. Dogs loved walking around the walking trails nearby. During a challenging time, your Airbnb provided a much-needed break and a temporary refuge for our family. We had a wonderful experience and created some great memories.

We made our reservation the day of our stay due to our grandson being born several days early and us having to rush to College Station. What a delight to find this beautiful and well-appointed home for our stay! You can tell a lot of love and thoughtful design went into this home. So cute and amazingly well-stocked! It was just perfect for us. Highly recommend!!

We had a great stay here for a wedding in the area. Found a lovely place to eat nearby called Garden Company. The house was nicely decorated, clean and exactly what was listed. The owner was super responsive. A fun weekend, for sure.

The apartment was easy to find and clean. The checking in and checking out process was very easy.

Sonia was very professional and friendly. Check in was simple. The duplex was very clean, well-organized and the location was excellent. I would recommend staying at Sonia's duplex.

Greg and Rachel are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful, and they lent me a converter and a luggage scale in emergency. I enjoyed one month March-April, 2025, staying at their studio, which is as great as my first visit in 2023. I hope to stay here or their other apartment again next visits. Overall a great stay! Main issue is that there was no key fob provided so you do not have access to the amenities listed. My fiancé and I primarily booked this air bnb for the access to the gym and business center since we both work remotely. The most frustrating part is the false advertising, so be warned! Other than that, the stay was great and if you aren’t looking to use the amenities listed, I highly recommend.

Amy and Matt were excellent hosts, very kind and very responsive. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed.

The place was awesome! Very nice open layout. The backyard was amazing, all over great apartment. The place had everything we needed and every room having a TV was so nice.

We booked this gem for Texas A&M Family Weekend and it was just perfect! Everything was so clean. The decor is well appointed and very classy, cozy and inviting! Bed was super comfy! It was SO close to the college and our daughter which really allowed us so much extra time with her! We will definitely be adding this place to the top of the list for future visits! If it’s available don’t hesitate to book!

For the price this was an excellent place to stay while visiting students at A&M. For reference, it looks like it was probably once an off campus dorm. The four bedrooms with private bathrooms were great to have. Only simple improvements I would suggest are needed would be that there is no lamps in any of the bedrooms, and no hand soap in the bathrooms. My bed was comfortable though. If you are looking for a quiet, inexpensive place to sleep it’s definitely worth it!
