What a lovely oasis, in the heart of Bastille. Beautiful, charming apartment, fully stocked kitchen, balcony to watch the people passing by and enjoy the fresh air, lots of light and windows. Loved our stay, felt at home.

Juan was exceptionally easy to communicate with and he initiated information regularly. I appreciated how quickly I heard back any time I had a question. The apartment was as pictured and described. It was clean and well appointed. The location couldn't have been any better. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Cozy, homey, well equipped apartment in great location. Beds were comfortable. Spacious in my opinion for a Parisian apartment. We cooked a few meals at home and really enjoyed living the lifestyle. Rue Cler is just steps away and has all you need for restaurants, shops, etc...Great neighborhood and was quiet at night. I would love to return.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Lage und das super bequeme Bett – wir habe selten so gut geschlafen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war reibungslos und sehr freundlich, ich habe mich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Ganz klar: Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I literally adored Rachel place. Having the lift to the 5th floor was a big plus compared to to all the other places I stayed in Paris. The flat is large, clean, has lots of of storage and mirrors, lots of light and fresh air. The kitchen and bathroom are big and have everything. There was no clutter around the so I could make it my own space for 10 days. Rachel arranged to accommodate a friend of mine who stayed 3 nights. I highly recommend it. Rachel is vert responsive and I would not recommend her and her flat more to other guests.

We loved our stay at Adrienne’s place. It is their home so is completely in the spirit or Airbnb and it has the character that comes with staying in someone’s home. We were 6 people there over New Years with our adult children and their partners, and the comfortable living room was fantastic for hanging out and visiting. The bathrooms and kitchen are modern and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, glasses and cutlery. The entire apartment was very quiet, as it is in a back courtyard. Adrienne left us Nescafé pods, bread and spreads for breakfast (although we went to a nearby boulangerie everyday for pastries) and a bottle of wine that we had for our New Years dinner. She was very responsive and friendly. The location is a lovely residential neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby are we were able to take the metro everywhere. I highly recommend Adrienne’s place!

This spot is ideally located in the heart of the Marais and the photos really reflected the space. The apartment was well appointed and the setting was amazing! We loved opening the windows in the evening and listening to the world go by below. There are great restaurants within easy walking distance and cafes and caves galore. The metro is just a quick 5 minute walk should you want to explore other areas of Paris but if you want to stay right in the Marais there are so many museums and cultural spots. This space was right in the district that limits cars which made it that much more special. So much to see and do around every corner. Don't miss grabbing a baguette sandwich and ducking into the memorial garden a couple doors up from this spot to eat it in the sunshine.

Great apartment in a great location. Very close to shopping on the Champs-Élysées and to the Metro line. The area is very active with lots of shops and restaurants yet the apartment is very quiet and free of noise. The living room was spacious and nicely decorated and the kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook at home. The bed was very comfortable and we slept incredibly well every night. And the shower never ran out of hot water. Some of the flats we have rented in Europe have a very limited amount of hot water but this was not the case here. You can take a nice long shower after a full day out and about in Paris and never worry about the shower running cold. We would definitely stay here again.

Super séjour en famille avec 2 enfants et 1 bébé. Émilie est une hôte accueillante qui a le soucis du détail.Maison hyper fonctionnelle et très bien équipé. Le parking intérieur est un super avantage.Quartier calme avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Un"havre de paix" que nous recommandons fortement!!

Un grand merci à Laurie Anne Nous avons passé un excellente séjour, la maison est propre et agréable. La forêt est au fond du jardin ce qui permet de s’évader très facilement dans un cadre bucolique. Laurie Anne a été particulièrement disponible et attentive à notre bien-être. Nous vous remercions et recommandons votre logement sans hésitations !

Logement bien agencé pour 2 familles de 11 personnes au total. Hôte très réactif et adaptable. Nous avons apprécié la proximité de Paris tout en étant dans un endroit calme. Nous recommandons le logement pour un séjour en banlieue proche de Paris.

¡Nuestra estancia en esta encantadora casa en París fue muy agradable! Ubicada en una zona estratégica, la casa tiene acceso inmediato a los servicios de Châtillon, donde encontramos todo lo necesario: desde supermercados y panaderías artesanales hasta cafeterías con ese toque parisino que enamora. La proximidad a estaciones de metro y paradas de autobús hizo que movernos por la ciudad fuera un juego de niños; en pocos minutos estábamos en el corazón de París, explorando sus icónicos monumentos. La casa en sí es un sueño: cómoda, elegantemente decorada y con una atmósfera que combina el encanto clásico parisino con comodidades modernas. Cada rincón está cuidado con detalle, desde los muebles acogedores hasta la luz natural que inunda el espacio, haciéndolo aún más bello. Un punto destacado, especialmente para quienes viajamos por Europa, fue la lavadora en la casa. ¡Qué ventaja poder lavar nuestra ropa durante el viaje!

We enjoyed our quick stay in Paris. Gilian was a pleasure to work with, provided great recommendations for the neighborhood, and made the check in/check out process extremely easy. I would definitely recommend for a quick 3 or 4 day trip.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the location was perfect for those who enjoy walking—everything was within easy reach. The amenities were well-stocked, and the decor was simply breathtaking, making the space feel warm and inviting. The host was responsive (although with a slight delay), but their helpfulness and clear instructions made everything seamless. A standout feature was the option to store luggage before check-in and after checkout, which added so much convenience to our trip. The apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here, but future guests might want to bring extra towels and slippers for added comfort. Thank you for a wonderful experience I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place that was very well centralized. The host was fantastic. He gave us incredibly clear instructions and was readily available. The apartment itself gave very cute Amelie vibes. I would just caution anyone with a physical disability in that the apartment is on the third floor with these narrow stairs that is easy to navigate if you are able-bodied. Additionally to get into the tub you need to climb in and out, which may be tricky for someone with a disability. That being said my 85-year-old mother did not have any issues. The apartment was wonderful.

Appartement très bien situé, 10mn à pied de la gare RER, 10mn en voiture du centre de formation FMSD, commerces à proximité, parking privé et fermé, l’appartement est conforme aux photos, bien équipé, juste quelques éléments qui ont du vécu… les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs.
