Oh the apartment was looovely, the view was breathtaking. We immediately felt at home and it was hard saying goodbye to this wonderful and dreamy place. Communication, check-in etc. was super good, we could always communicate smaller issues. The only minor issue we had was that the apartment is not so soundproofed. But we only had like 1 or 2 instances where it was an issue for us. Although we were sceptical because of the high price, it’s absolutely worth it. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place is stunning, and the pictures don’t do it justice. The attention to detail in the decor and setup made it feel so cozy and inviting. The view was breathtaking, and being within walking distance to the beach was a huge plus! I only stayed for one night, but I genuinely wanted to extend my stay because everything was just perfect. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing.

Staying at Lisa’s place was perfect! She couldn’t have been friendlier, and the location was ideal. The balcony with the view was lovely! It was close to everything we wanted to do in Durban. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment has an amazing view and offers a super relaxing atmosphere. The place itself is great, and the host is even better—always responsive and ready to help with any questions or concerns. The only downside is that the immediate area is quite quiet, with limited activities nearby. However, about 2 km away, things get livelier, and it’s also not far from Ballito Junction, a fantastic mall with plenty of shops. Just keep in mind that Durban center is about a 40-minute drive away, all depends on what you're looking for in your stay/vacation

Rhonda's place was beautiful, peaceful and clean. It has direct access to the promenade and a clean swimming beach. It had everything I needed for a stay with my family. Rhonda and her team are very responsive and helpful.

We were extremely happy with the location of the apartment. A lot of safe and kid friendly tidal pools and beaches. Many great restaurants and fun places to visit. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and more. Great value for money.

Me and my friends stayed for a weekend. The apartment was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. It is a very safe place. This was a very beautiful and lovely airbnb. It had two pools and the pool at the 4th floor had a beautiful ocean view. This place is only 8 minutes away from Oceans Mall. Thami was very helpful throughout. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. All the rooms are beautiful and spotless. The estate has great activities, including walking and bike trails. Ana was also very engaging, proactive and communicated well. The helper kept the house clean at all times and was friendly. The dogs also added to the fun. A few glitches like the freezer not working after arrival but Ana made a plan. We could have done with more cupboard space as we were a big family with lots of groceries and had to keep them on the counters Overall magnificent holiday... a proper fun house. Highly recommended.

Elsie is such a wonderful host. She was not even in the area coz she had to be in Pretoria during our visit, but it felt as if she was right next door because of her responsiveness. She made our stay so easy. We were able to contact her from the time we entered the security gate up until we left. The house was gorgeous, exactly like in the pictures. The rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and beautiful. The kitchen was huge and had all the utensils we needed. We had so much fun and enjoyed the breathtaking view of the sea. Elsie always checked up on us and tried to assist if we needed help, especially with the TV. My friends are singing praises of your establishment and are wanting to come back in the near future.

Magnifique logement avec vue spectaculaire sur l’océan indien. Parfait si vous souhaitez relaxer au son des vagues. L’espace ouvert avec une grande cuisine toute équipée, deux salons, une grande table dans la salle à manger et d’immenses fenêtres permettant de voir et d’entendre les vagues ont beaucoup plu à toute la famille (nous étions 8). Le logement est situé à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture du centre de Durban dans une petite ville calme.

This is probably the best house i ever stayed in. the house is absolute luxurious. everything is at your disposal. the kitchen has everything you will need the bathrooms based massage jets, spa baths. I loved the small touches of having a coffee bar in the bedroom. the hosts were friendly and so welcoming my family enjoyed the stay. the views are incredible. it's a must see as there is too much to list. thank you so much for all your help and making me and my family feel so welcome. Your house a an absolute gem.

Mark was a great host. He met us personally to show us around and they tell us about the area and took the time to call all of the Restaraunt recommendations to confirm their closing times. This property was beautiful. It had a bonus outdoor cottage that we weren’t even aware of so our 16-year-old absolutely loved it along with the beautiful pool and the landscaping. It had an outdoor seating area to die for it’s in a beautiful neighborhood and it’s literally 10 minutes from the beach and the mall, grocery stores, with an endless amount of restaurants. Will definitely be back. Thanks for everything Mark!

Shivek's place is exactly as described in the listing. Great location!! All the very best restaurants that Umhlanga has to offer is right on your doorstep. (Literally out the door, down the lifts to the ground floor and you are right there on the Umhlanga strip). Supermarket and liquor store also on the ground floor for seamless shopping and stocking up. Bedrooms are comfortable with clean white linen. Shower is piping hot. Kitchen has all the necessary utensils and amenities. Nespresso coffee machine is a huge plus. Shivek always leaves a basket of treats on the counter for guests to enjoy. Fruit, cookies, chocolate and crisps. Plus coffee pods for the coffee machine. Nice touch and will make me come back again.

Khosi's place was exactly the way it was described, it's a peaceful and clean place, she's also very responsive and that helped a lot. My partner and I really enjoyed staying there, wish we could've extended our stay but we'll definitely will be coming back again.

Bronwyn met me at check in time. Gave good instructions. The few times I had questions (e.g. regarding the AC and the loadshedding instructions) she responded quickly and addressed the issue.

Simon and Matt were great hosts. Very communicative and ready to help. Super friendly as well. The place is amazing. Close to Florida Rd with lots of restaurants. Felt at home. Will be visiting soon

We had a lovely stay. The place had stunning views and the kitchen is well equip. We were close to the mall so we could get anything we needed there and also just a few minutes drive to the beach. Thank you Edwin and team for the amazing holiday stay.

We cannot recommend Jessica’s Airbnb enough and will look to stay there again the next time that we are in Durban. It is located directly on the promenade and a short walk from all of the key Umhlanga spots, in addition to being clean and well-decorated. Jessica herself was a great and responsive host.

Paola is an incredible host who makes herself available to help with any queries. The location is great and there are many options for food and entertainment nearby. Would definitely recommend this AirBnB for people looking for a convenient stay.

We had a very relaxing time. The apartment is very well appointed, in a great location - quiet but close to everything - with the most amazing views from a spacious balcony.
