An absolute hidden gem! This place exceeded every expectation. The house was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Being able to bring our four-legged family members made it even more special. The welcome basket was such a kind and personal touch—thank you for that! But the real showstopper? The private beach just steps off the deck. We had it entirely to ourselves the whole stay—quiet, secluded, and unbelievably peaceful. It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ll absolutely be back!

We had such a lovely time at the Surfin Shack during our vacation in Cocoa Beach! Donnetta was an amazing host—so friendly and attentive. The condo felt like a cozy home, super clean, and beautifully decorated. We absolutely loved the welcome basket filled with yummy snacks and a bottle of wine—such a nice touch! The beach was just a short and easy stroll down the road, and Donnetta had everything we needed for a fun day in the sun, including a beach bag, towels, hats, a wagon, chairs, a cooler, and even bikes! We also enjoyed spending time on the private patio, whether it was relaxing during the day or unwinding in the evening. This place was just perfect for us, and we can't wait to come back in the future!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Honestly Tim's place (and Tim) are great. We used the beach stuff a lot and grilled quite a bit which was super nice. We used it as a our home base as we explored the the many wonderful beaches and places close by. Special to us...restaurants: Tiki Cafe, Ichabod's, Sands; beaches: Paradise, Canova (dog beach), Ponce De Leon; other wonderful places: dog parks, Rock Harbor church (awesome!). Also don't miss the rocket launches (we saw 3 in a single week including 2 night launches (on the beach, and from Tim's fenced in back yard). Take at least one morning and catch a sunrise on the beach right across the street, its worth it. Many of these are within walking distance; Walgreens & Publix are also near. If you're adventurous, head north about 1 hour to Playalinda beach, you can get pretty close to the launch pads and catch a blast off very close-up. We didn't use the hot tub but it looked inviting. Tim took great care of us when we needed anything but also gave us our privacy.

Fantastic place! Super clean, comfortable and even better than described. We love the location, literally steps from the private beach and the oceanfront view is out of this world. Super safe, quiet area with very friendly guests and residents for neighbors. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here at this particular condo and have fallen in love with it. Dave is a superb host and you can tell he takes great pride in his unit. Location is great, close to wonderful local restaurants and grocery store. Satellite Beach is one of the most “walkable”, friendly places we’ve ever been in Florida. “Relaxing” does not even come close to describing the vibe here. We are already planning our next visit and counting the days til we return. Thanks Dave!

Was very clean, comfortable and private location. close to everything you need. Stores, beach, restaurants, activities etc… was very responsive and help in any way you need. I have had surgeries from neck to hips and the bed was comfortable! This is important for me when booking so I had to say as I know others struggle and I had no issues. slept like a dream 😊 I can tell they take pride in their home and guests

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

We really enjoyed staying at Adam’s place! House was super cute and Adam was quick to respond to any questions we had. We especially enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after a long day at the beach! We will stay again!

The home is 5-stars in every sense. Clean, modern and new.
 A lot of thought has been put into even the smallest of details to ensure the guests are happy. They’ve also taken the time to recommend good restaurants and other activities in the area for those that are new to Melbourne beach. Publix is right down the road.
The ocean view from the home is stunning!! We would highly recommend this home to everyone!!

Great place to relax. We enjoyed the closeness of the ocean. The pool was very relaxing. The entertainment area was great for exercising and just chilling out. There were many games available. The rooms were in excellent shape. The kitchen has the amenities and the bathrooms are clean. Glad they supplied towels for bath and beach.

This was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our two families (4 adults, 3 kids) with the adult rooms at each end of the house, so we each had some space and privacy. Edmund was an incredible host, sending us helpful info and recommendations in advance, checking in, and at one point replacing a window blind in the space of just a few hours when the mechanism jammed. The house is really well stocked, with all the cooking equipment you might need and great beach toys for the kids. The beach is a very short walk from the house and really clean, unspoiled and charming. Easy drive from Orlando airport and quick access to Kennedy Space Center. The pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained. I couldn’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you Edmund and Anna!!

I believe the experience with an Airbnb highly depends on the property manager. Since you are renting someone’s property, occasionally things are bound to go awry. Lindsey was outstanding. She quickly resolved our issues and offered terrific suggestions on things to do in the area.

This space is an amazing stay. Lots of space for your group. A nice back yard and private beach access. It's also very close to everything you will need to fuel your vacation.

We loved it so much we have already booked it for next year! The backyard is an oasis, the walk to the beach was short and easy, they had every pool and beach amenity you could ask for, and the host welcomed us to the house with snacks and drinks. We have stayed in Cocoa Beach for three years, and this by far is the best location. It is walkable to the pier and several other restaurants and stores. The only note I will make for planners like myself, is that if you are staying for more than a few days plan to bring/buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hosts do provide some, but we did have to pick up more.

Awesome place!! Exactly as pictured and it was spotless. We love to travel and we’ve had our share of horror stories so we were so excited to find a place on the beach that was as clean as it was beautifully decorated. It’s an old 50’s style updated apartment. It’s centrally located in Old Melbourne and the beaches here are beautiful. Kurt was awesome to work with and responded immediately to any questions we had. We’d def stay here again! :)

Sandy is a wonderful host. If you have any problem or concern she responds immediately. Mostly, all goes well leaving you free to enjoy your time and relax.

This place was perfect for a quick beach getaway!! The beach is literally right out the door!! The condo was a little dated- but very clean, and everything was in working order. The beach was so quiet- it felt like we had our own private beach! We really couldn’t have asked for a better spot for some much needed rest and relaxation. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Angela did a great job hosting our family for spring break. The house was updated and beautiful, with a perfect location right on a private beach. It felt very peaceful, with only a few other families on the beach at any given time. Angela had everything our family needed for our stay (boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, bikes, scooters, etc.). Angela provided very clear instructions so we did not need to reach out for anything while we were there, but the few times we connected she was always very responsive. Highly recommend for a quiet beach getaway!
