This was a great, cozy, place to stay for the week we stayed there. Very peaceful neighborhood and would recommend this home. Good , responsive hosts as well.

We used this place to gather a few folks from our church to plan for the new year, and it was a great spot to hang out and work from. There is excellent wifi, easy food options, and a great kitchen since we mainly ate in. It is a great historic home.

Erin is a wonderful host and we would definitely rent again. Place is exactly as pictured and described. My husband enjoyed staying there and we appreciate Erin being so accommodating and always communicating to let us know she was available if needed.

Great place. Very clean and user friendly. The road out front can have a bit of traffic. About. 20 minute walk to the main shopping and dining areas

We really enjoyed our stay at Sergey's place! The location was only a 10 minute Uber to the River Arts District, and less than 15 to downtown. The house was exactly as pictured- clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for what we were looking for - very clean, well stocked, great communication from Tyler. We loved being so close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail and hit the Swamp Rabbit Grocery each day for treats. We had a multi-day swim meet at the aquatics center, this location was perfect since we could zip back and forth in less than 8 minutes.

Perfect for our overnight stay in Greenville. Close to Furman, clean, and comfortable for a toddler and 3 adults!

The house was perfect for our quick weeeknd trip and charming as pictured. April sent us clear instructions on exactly how to get to the entrance and where to park. Perfect location and plenty of options to enjoy the area. We will be sure to look for availability here for our next trip to Asheville!

We celebrated my husband’s BD. It was a 5 star experience. Clean, comfortable, convenient. We look forward coming back soon!

Melodie was really nice and we loved her farm! Her whole family was very nice and welcoming! The animals were so friendly! If I could change one thing it’d be the mattress in the master bedroom it’s pretty firm so I didn’t sleep much but it was okay.

Great place, great location! Walkable to several cafes and not too far from downtown Asheville. The bed was SO comfy and the space was adorable.

Michelle’s apartment in the quaint historical neighborhood was even better in person than it appears in the photos! The home is over 100 years old, so it feels solidly built and it’s in a historic, peaceful (and safe) neighborhood. The location is also excellent, as it’s within walking of Downtown Asheville (but feels very much like a quiet home out in the countryside. Michelle has been very thoughtful about the happiness of her guests and I couldn’t help but laugh because every time I would struggle to figure something out (like how to use the heater), there was a detailed written explanation there to guide me through it. My only ‘complaint’ is that the apartment was a bit too large for a single traveler, but it would be perfect for a small family or a couple. Definitely would stay there again!

Everything was great at David’s place! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cozy and clean and felt very homey which is hard to find in a lot of bnb’s. If we’re ever in the area again we’ll definitely be booking with him again, can’t recommend this place enough!

This little apartment is a gem and wonderfully located right by a small lake with parks and walking path. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Ellora was very responsive and had the apartment so thoughtfully stocked. We highly recommend this host and her apartment. And it’s animal friendly, we loved it!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Becky's property. The apartment was cozy, clean, and close to downtown. We will definitely return

Donna’s condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Extremely clean! Definitely the cleanest airbnb we have ever stayed in. And had everything that you would need during your stay from a sound machine in the bedroom to little shampoo and conditioner toiletries in the bathroom. She even had snacks and drinks ready for our kiddos when we arrived which was a very thoughtful touch! The location is very close to everything in Hendersonville downtown and hiking trails. Definitely would stay at Donna’s place again when we come back to Hendersonville!

Olivia’s place was just as described in the listing . Very clean, comfortable place to stay. Located right in town close to restaurants, shopping and site seeing . But yet quiet and cozy when you’re ready to rest . Would definitely stay again if I come back to Greenville

Great place with lots of room. Beds were comfortable, place was clean, and the surrounding area was very nice. I recommend staying here if given the chance.

Uniquely located above a popular bar. The bar doesn’t stay open too late, so the noise isn’t a problem. Walkable to downtown. The place had everything you needed. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great stay!

Long week-end with life long friends was a perfect place. Simple beautiful area. Neighbors were friendly as well.

We had a great stay, unfortunately we were in the middle of a hurricane and Tim and Patty were so helpful. We lost all power but still were able to have a great time in spite of the circumstances. Thanks again you guys. I see why you guys are super hosts.
