What an amazing find! So unique, so convenient & so comfy - we’ll definitely be back. Nichole was very communicative and gave great instructions, so settling in was easy after a long day of driving. We even got a coffee from the front shop the next morning.

We came into town late after they closed I-70 and Justin was very responsive with our booking request. The apartment is private and quiet, perfect for our family to stay for the night.

This is definitely a "historic" house and the owners have done a great job of honoring the past yet incorporating some of the conveniences of modern living. A very unique property that really makes one stop to pause and think about what it was like during the early 1900s in Western KS. If you are passing through this part of KS and want a neat experience, this is a great spot. The house was obviously built prior to indoor plumbing and electricity, but they have been added with a more modern, build-on and inside wiring. We did not have the opportunity to visit the museum but would have like to do that, maybe next time. With 5 of the 6 beds upstairs, anyone who rents this house with a larger party needs to make sure the people living upstairs are prepared for a long stairway with no intermediate landing. The property has plenty of parking space and a large yard. Dawn is an exceptional host and quickly responds to any questions. We would definitely rent again.

Clean room, easy to find, easy to check in and out, plenty of parking and a great value

Very accommodating. I'm so grateful to find a place that was conveniently in town close to family vs staying in a hotel miles away. The apartment had everything we needed including condiments in the fridge and coffee to brew in the morning. This was a nice apartment, in a good neighborhood, and Kaycee was very prompt to respond every time I reached out to her. I would recommend staying here.

Host was very responsive, check in was easy. Older-style motel where you can park in front of your door. Sits back from the road, so was very quiet. The bathroom has been completely renovated. The bed was comfortable for me. All the linens were medium grade. Fridge, microwave, coffee, good TV with cable channels. Everything was very clean. Since my reservation was for only 1, I was given a smaller room with one queen bed. There was not a table/chairs (as in the picture) so if that is important to you (to work, eat, etc) be sure to ask for a room that does have table/chairs. Also, no hair dryer even though it is in the listing details. It looks like there is a small park right across the street if you have children this would be nice. It was very cold (well below zero windchill) and it seemed chilly in the room even though the heater ran almost constantly. If you don't need a fancy place to stay (for twice the cost!) this is a good choice.
