Francis was a great help when we had trouble getting hot water. The problem was resolved and we enjoyed hot showers the rest of our stay. The location is amazing for skiing and has beautiful surroundings. The cleanliness could be improved upon but overall, I would definitely return!

Lynne's place is really nice. I'd actually go as far to say that the picture of the living room does not do it justice. It is more spacious than the picture indicates. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen with small details such as zip lock bags to make the stay so much easier. I did read from previous comments that the downstairs bedroom was colder than the rest of the condo. This didn't come as a surprise but something worth keeping in mind for those that are very sensitive to this. Having the garage was great because we had some very snowy days.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful mountain retreat from March 3rd to 7th for our ski trip. The property was exactly as described, and the apportionment was excellent – everything we needed was readily available, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The townhome was perfect for our group of two families and had ample space and all the amenities that we needed for a worry-free stay. Proximity to the lift was great and it was an easy walk to Chairs #1 and #8. We'll definitely consider staying here again!

We found this Airbnb at the last minute for a job we had down in Cedar City. From the very beginning Dale was very communicative and gave us personalized, detailed directions for check in. Everything was very clean, and amenities were great. Dale was so friendly and great to work with. We would definitely stay here again - 5 stars.

Location was great! So close to the ski slopes and walking path to Georg’s. Loved the big windows and good size and stocked kitchen for cooking. Also appreciated the garage and the easy walk to the front door from there. Kayli responded very quickly to some questions I had about things the cleaning crew missed. The place has a good layout and was spacious for our family of four. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much!

What a wonderful home! We couldn’t have loved our stay any more than we did. Plenty of room for our family of 6, and we could have bought along another 6 people and still have felt comfortable and had enough sleeping space. Our kids loved playing family games at night (thanks for thoughtfully providing them) and I took mental notes of some of the provided books to read later. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms had all the supplies we needed, and everything is spotless and still kept in pristine like-new condition. We voted your house one of the best of all the Airbnbs we’ve stayed at. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay and make memories!

Kristen was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The location is in the northern part of Cedar City. The club house was nice. It was only two blocks from a park, pickle ball courts, and about 10 miles of walking trails that weave throughout the city. I am local to Utah and would come back here any time I am in town. Very great place to stay!

We stayed in this house while skiing in Brian Head with three adults and three kids. Upstairs we had enough room for the adults in two bedrooms and one bathroom. Downstairs the kids slept in their queen bunk beds, it would have been enough space for eight kids, so our three definitely had room to spread out. One additional dresser would be helpful downstairs, and hangers in the closet, but other than that we had all we needed. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook during our stay and the local market for everyday groceries was just a 5 minutes drive away. We appreciated the calm location and we even saw deers outside! It was a 20 minute drive to the slopes and if you need to get anything specific, the next big city with Walmart and Home Depot is also just 20 miles away. Would definitely come back again.

Great place, very responsive management company. The place is in a great location next to the lifts and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. While this does not take anything away from the place, it would be nice to add a couple of working desks in the bedrooms since several travelers are working a little bit when they travel.

We were visiting for a college visit to SUU. This spot was perfect! We look forward to many more trips!

Well appointed townhome and close to the freeway without hearing the road noise. Photos on the listing are accurate. Good size garage. Nice kitchen and living room. Quiet neighborhood. The only thing was the heater didn't heat the house evenly--cold in the living room/hot in the bedrooms. However, Kyle had blankets in all the closets and in storage in the couches which we used to keep warm while watching a movie at night in the living room. Kyle was very responsive and helpful with questions that we had. Would stay there again.

This was our third time in Brian Head and Simi’s cabin is our favorite so far! You can’t beat the location! We were even able to ski up to the stairs in front of the cabin on our last day! The place feels very spacious on various floor plans. A big plus was the entrance area with plenty of hooks to hang up the snowy gear to dry out. The kids loved the loft area. We absolutely loved the well equipped kitchen, too! Finally a place that would offer more than the standard 4-6 plates, cutlery and glasses. No need to do dishes here daily - what a bliss! The fireplace definitely warms up the cabin quickly, and stays cozy warm for a long time. Thank you Simi, also for being super responsive! I will for sure recommend your place, and rebook if we’re back next year!

I can't say enough good things about our stay in Brian Head. We had a big family (12) and the condo was perfect! Jeremy was so gracious and was always quick to respond to all our questions and requests. The spa room was the icing on the cake! We will be coming back again and again! Thanks again guys!!!

Outstanding ! This place made me feel I was in a Boutique Hotel !! The place was very clean and tidy, very quiet place and very well located . The accommodations were perfect for us with every amenity we needed. The host was polite friendly and responsive with helpful and clear instructions. Loved the attention to detail with the labels on the light switches and framed signs on the counters throughout the house. Definitely recommended !
