Silviu is very friendly and positive host. Communication was great, we felt very comfortable at his house, and would recommend accomodation to anyone visiting Lecco and neighbourhood.

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Wir haben zu Dritt Urlaub mit Hund in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung gemacht und finden wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können. Die Wohnung hat einen herrlichen Ausblick und liegt von morgens bis abends im Sonnenschein. Ein gemütlicher Ort mit Seele. Einfach traumhaft schön. Elisabetta & Mattia waren super Hosts, mit klasse Tipps zur Umgebung. Wir haben uns super erholt und hatten über Silvester Frühlingsgefühle dank der tollen Lage & Sonne pur. Klare Empfehlung!

Wat een geweldig huis heeft Ivana. Buiten prachtig, goed bereikbaar, eigen buitenzitplaatsje. Binnen gaat alle verwachtingen te boven. We hebben genoten van het huis, de omgeving en de lekkere appeltaart.

Enrica è stata davvero molto gentile, insieme al marito e mi hanno accolto e fatto sentire subito a mio agio! posto davvero molto tranquillo e bello. Parcheggio interno, dettagli molto curati dal giardino alla casa, e la presenza d'arte si respira dappertutto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Spent two weeks in this lovely house. For us steep stairs and private room located outside of the building was OK, so no complains. Huge winner of the house is its location, close to the great bouldering in Brione as well as fantastic hiking that you can start straight of the house. The view is gorgeous and the village is quite and charming with all rustic style buildings. Would definitely recommend for active people who value great views and the nature nearby. Restaurant with delicious food is for sure a must visit :) Grazie Enrico !!! And see you soon I hope :)

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr gepflegten Außenanlagen für einen perfekten ruhigen Aufenthalt am Comer See! Ideal für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder :)

da wir voriges jahr bereits hier waren, kannten wir natürlich alles schon. für uns waren die paar tage wieder sehr erholsam und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. die wohnung ist zwar über 3 etagen verteilt aber das hat uns nicht gestört. auch dass kein fernseher vorhanden ist, können wir nur als vorteil sehen. mal weg vom alltag und dem ganzen luxuskram. es gibt genügend andere möglichkeiten im tessin. das ist luxus genug. vielen dank, gerne wieder.

Anche se ci ho passato solo una notte, è stata una esperienza fantastica. Appartamento stupendo, proprietari disponibilissimi, il ristorante assolutamente raccomandabile. Perfino avendo avuto un piccolo problema tardi la sera, è stato risolto immediatamente. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni a cavallo di capodanno 2025. Tre famiglie con bambini. Siamo stati benissimo. Lara ci ha accolto cordialmente al check-in e ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per gestire al meglio la casa, compresi stufa, jacuzzi e tinozza finlandese. Ambienti puliti e completi di tutto. Cucina e bagni super accessoriati. Camere impeccabili e confortevoli. Vari giochi per bambini e libri per momenti di relax; disponibilità di Sky, Netflix e Disney+. Legna e barbecue a disposizione. Vista impagabile sul lago di Como da un versante e sulla montagna dall’altro lato. Posizione ottima: abbastanza isolati per stare tranquilli e non dare fastidio a nessuno ma comunque a 5 minuti dal centro del paese; a meno di 10 minuti abbiamo trovato un centro commerciale molto fornito. Esperienza davvero ottima e consigliata, da riprovare d’estate con la possibilità di utilizzare anche la piscina esterna. OTTIMO

Definitely close to the train station and the ferries. Nice clean apartment across the street from a café. Alessandra was incredibly helpful. She was genuinely concerned that we had a good time and helped us make dinner reservations. We were delayed and arrived when it was dark. She kept checking in with us to make sure we found it which we did on our own. She is an amazing resource and the most helpful host I’ve ever had

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the private pool — sparkling clean, perfectly maintained, and just the right temperature. Whether it was a morning swim, an afternoon of lounging by the water, or an evening dip under the stars, the pool was the perfect oasis for relaxation and fun. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home and then some. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, providing great local tips and responding quickly to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the living areas were cozy and inviting.

We had a great weekend stay at Samuele’s place! The view is incredible and the private garden was perfect for our dogs! The location is just a short 16-20 minute walk from the little town with beautiful nature.

We had a great time in Villa in Longone Al Segrino. The villa is big and able to host our large family group (11 adults and 5 children). The villa is quiet and you can really explore the surrounding lake for a walk and to reach restaurants. The view from the huge living room windows are fabulous, where you can see the city, the hills, and the mountains view. We spent our year end time there and we were able to see great fire works and celebrations. The villa is well equipped to host big family events. Barbara (our host) is very kind, very helpful and very supportive, even when we arrive at the villa quite late. She was also flexible to accommodate our late check out. She showed us where to go and what to do nearby the area. She was very responsive and even she came all the way to help our family out when needed. Great villa and excellent host.

Sophie ist eine tolle und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich liebevoll um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sorgt. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit vielen guten Tipps versorgt. Sogar als das Wetter nicht ganz mitgespielt hat, hat sie uns spontan Spiele für uns und auch die Kinder gebracht. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen! Vielen Dank :)

Great apartment in a great neighborhood. The apartment is large, cozy, well appointed and very quiet. Its a classic apartment. The location is perfect for getting around Milan. There were plenty of places to eat and there is a great market around the corner. I absolutely recommend it! It would work well as a long term stay too.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in het appartement! De locatie is super, in het centrum. Alles was heel netjes en schoon en de communicatie met Manuel is ook heel snel en vriendelijk. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Nous sommes arrivés fatigués après un longue route et sommes repartis tôt pour une autre longue route. L'appartement d'Ivan, hôte très accueillant, est top. tout ce qu'il faut, tout fonctionne parfaitement et du silence pour dormir et se reposer !

Nous avons passé trois nuits merveilleuses dans ce chalet niché dans les hauteurs du Lac de Côme, avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes. C’était un véritable havre de paix, entouré par la nature et les animaux, loin de tout bruit urbain ou de circulation. Le calme absolu nous a permis de vraiment nous ressourcer. Le chalet était chaleureux et très agréable, un véritable cocon que ma mère et moi avons adoré. Seul petit bémol : le lit un peu bruyant quand on bougeait, mais rien qui n’ait gâché notre séjour. Les hôtes étaient adorables, très accueillants et attentionnés, allant même jusqu’à nous aider à décharger la voiture. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu pour une escapade au calme dans un cadre idyllique !

Grand logement très fonctionnel et parfaitement propre. Nombreuses randonnées à proximité immédiate, lacs accessibles en 10 min en voiture. Décoration qui donne une âme à la maison. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Marco.

We stayed in this place for two months and it’s was honestly the best airbnb experience we have had. We stayed with our 4 year old daughter. The house was even more spacious than we thought. It was very cosy, the kitchen had everything. Starting from fancy wine glasses, pots, dishes and everything else you need for an every day living. The back yard was a nice addition to the house, perfect for morning coffee in warmer days. The back yard even had a slide for kids. It is a perfect location if you don’t want to stay in the center of the city. Very family friendly neighborhood- playgrounds and parks walking distance. The house had a garage but it is possible to park in front of the house. The host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying. Thanks to the host and next time we are in Milan, we will definitely choose this place again!

Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen und ist sehr gut gelegen, da man den nächsten Lebensmittelladen sowie den Strand bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Auto kann man immer problemlos auf den 2 privaten Parkplätzen parken, von denen einer überdacht ist. Der Strand hat ausreichend Bäume und somit genug Schatten. Das Restaurant direkt am Strand verkauft leckere Pizza und andere Speisen. Die Ortschaft ist sehr schön zum Spazieren und wir hatten sogar das Glück, ein Stadtfest mitzuerleben.
