Für unser Überraschungsweekend für den Geburtstag unserer Mami haben wir uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden. Die Kommunikation mit Jo war super. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir hatten ebenfall ein kleines Wasserproblem und Jo hat sofort reagiert. Die Anfahrt ist tatsächlich sehr abenteuerreich und sehr steil, vorallem wenn es regnet und der Laub nass ist, war es etwas schwierig wieder nach oben zu kommen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Siamo stati ospiti di Alessia per 15 giorni, le informazioni ricevute per il check in sono state molto chiare, tempestive e precise, il check in flessibile è una grande comodità. L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto dell'annuncio e la pulizia è ottima. Molto comodo il garage da cui si accede direttamente all'abitazione. La posizione è ottima, soleggiata con vista panoramica sulle montagne di giorno e di sera si possono ammirare le stelle. Nelle vicinanze si possono raggiungere tutti i servizi necessari. Ringraziamo Alessia per essere stata sempre disponibile, veloce nelle risposte e gentile.

Appartement très agréable et spacieux. idéal pour 3. Bien situé pour visiter le côté Est du lac Majeur. Fabrizio est très disponible et réactif à nos messages. je recommande à 100%

Belle maison conforme aux photos. Très bien équipée et très propre. Tout est prévu pour un séjour de qualité. Vue magnifique sur le lac. Terrasse très agréable. Lieu très calme et apaisant. Relations très faciles avec Alessandro. Un petit point à préciser néanmoins : l’accès et surtout le stationnement ne sont pas des plus simples, mais rien de rédhibitoire non plus. Un très bon séjour donc.

Colico is nice and not too touristy. Place is on two floors the lower floor or the basement is a bit damp and cold, but it’s still a nice space; the second floor is nice with mountain views. House is on a steep hill, 20 min walk up. Maria is a nice and kind host. She is very accommodating and responsive. Internet is not super fast but works good enough. Nice place for long stays as well. Definitely recommend

The apartment was just as described in Katrin´s text above. Perfect just next to lago Maggiore. And the apartment has everything.

The most incredible property, and Alessandro is an amazing host! So helpful and proactive with ensuring we had an amazing stay, couldn’t recommend higher!

Belle résidence privée avec beaucoup d'espaces verts, les logements ne sont pas les uns sur les autres. Terrain de tennis et 2 piscines : une grande de 25m pour nager et une pataugeoire. Un gardien est présent et très disponible. Le logement est suffisamment grand pour un couple et 2 enfants avec une terrasse en rez de jardin. L'environnement est calme. Merci à Cesare pour l'accueil ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette charmante région sur les hauteurs du lac Majeur.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Roberta. Il est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et le logement est bien équipé. Nous étions 5, et nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain. Bon accueil de la part des propriétaires et du gérant de la piscine.

2ème fois que nous profitons de cette charmante petite maison et nous reviendrons probablement. Idéalement situé pour nous, parking à proximité, très propre et très accueillant! Je ne peux que recommander ce lieu

There is so much positive to say about this experience. Giulia and Paolo were fantastic hosts. My family of five stayed here when traveling from the US for Taylor Swift. Giulia was very responsive, with great recommendations for local eats. We loved that the home felt very safe, secure, and secluded, yet walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and a groceries store that was quaint, yet provided all the essentials. I tend to not sleep well in dusty environments due to breathing complications. No issues with that in this sterile home. The house was very clean. I felt the home was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Giulia and Paolo for your hospitality.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche verbracht.Absolut empfehlenswert ist das Haus ,sehr gemütlich und super sauber.Einfach abschalten und genießen.

Exceptionally well-equipped and environmentally friendly holiday home. The spa/gym is worthy of a small boutique hotel. Everything was immaculately clean and of the highest quality. We were there in 35/36 degree August heat, but the house stayed cool. We also appreciated the cool underground parking and being able to charge our EV. The little complex of holiday houses was very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights, regularly swam in the pool but only encountered others there on one occasion. The views are lovely - especially appreciated from the upstairs balcony. It’s a 10 min drive down to the lake - there’s a handy Migros supermarket at the bottom of the hill on the Tenero side. The village is a 10-15 min walk away, albeit along a bendy road without a pavement, and it has some bars, a bakery., and some nice old stone houses. You also pass a pool at the base of a waterfall en route for a quick swim! We didn’t meet Markus but he was very proactive in communicating with us.

Tutto perfetto, appartamento accogliente come da descrizione, posizione tranquilla e ottima per chi deve raggiungere l'ospedale Humanitas. Nelle vicinanze si trovano ristoranti, bar pasticceria per la colazione e supermercati. Consigliatissimo!

Great location and view. Apartment has all one might need and more. Cozy decoration and access to mountain trails. Recommended!

Ein Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore, der seines Gleichen sucht. So einen Blick hatten wir noch nie genossen. Ein schönes Haus mit gehobener Ausstattung, es hat an nichts gemangelt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Küchenausstattung, viel Töpfe, viele Gewürze, ein tolles Induktionsfeld. Zweimal Balkon und Freisitz. Viel Platz im Esszimmer. Ein modernes großes Bad. Unser Enkel hat den schräg verlaufenden Fahrstuhl geliebt. Leider war schon zu kalt, um den Garten, den Grill und die Sitzgelegenheiten am Garten zu nutzen. Der telefonische Kontakt war freundlich, angenehm, hilfreich, man hätte noch länger plaudern können.

I recently stayed in a charming apartment in Lavenno-Mombello and had a wonderful experience! The place was great—simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness was impressive. It felt welcoming and well-maintained, making my stay all the more enjoyable. A fantastic bonus was the garage, which gave me peace of mind while exploring the area. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely apartment to anyone visiting . I can’t wait to return!

Wie waren bei unserer Ankunft einfach nur am staunen, sowohl die aussieht als auch das Haus hat uns so gut gefallen. Die Inneneinrichtung ist super gemütlich und wir saßen gerne im Wohnzimmer. Wir hatten 3 wunderschöne Tage und würden immer wieder gern zurückkommen:)

Vi havde 8 skønne dage i Topazia. Vi nød virkelig den fantastiske udsigt fra husets terasse og faciliteterne i området, fx tennisbane og pool. Vi var også meget begejstrede for husets beliggenhed i rolige og smukke Lierna, hvor vi fandt gode badesteder i søen og var glade for, at der ikke var så mange turister. Joshua og Antonio var hele vejen igennem hurtige til at svare på beskeder, og deres instrukser i forbindelse med huset, indtjekning og udtjekning, var helt i top. Stor anbefaling herfra!

Wir, 4 köpfige Familie haben ein tolles Weekend in Sara's Berghaus verbracht. das Haus ist sehr niedlich, sobald man drinnen ist, fühlt man sich wohl. Es ist mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts, alles ist vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das Haus befindet sich 800m ü.m. und somit hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht. Bis ins kleine Dorf Giubiasco, wo die ersten Läden und Beizen sind, fährt man c.a 10 min den Berg hinunter. Bis Bellinzona ist es ein kurzer Autoweg, auch Lugano ist in 20 min. erreicht. Die Gastgeberin Sara war sehr nett und hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Eine tolle Unterkunft die wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

Riguardo la casa: La casa è in una zona appartata sulle colline, con una meravigliosa vista sul lago di Como. È piccola e pratica, presenta un bagno, una camera, ed un open space salotto/cucina, quest’ultima fornita di ogni utensile necessario. Presenta inoltre un grande giardino, dotato di vasca idromassaggio. Riguardo l’host: Leonardo è stato gentile e disponibile, sempre reattivo nelle risposte. Infine comodissima la procedura di self check out.
