We stayed here for the weekend for a sporting event, this would have to be the best place I have ever stayed at, we have stayed at a few and this one had everything we needed. The host communicated to us everything that we needed to know, we had no issues whilst staying there. My grandsons whilst tired from playing and watching sport over three days, were kept busy with the pool, spa and the toys and games provided. The area was superb as I just wanted to relax after being in the hot sun all weekend, and this place provided that, it was peaceful quiet and a very private place to just unwind. I cannot fault this place. Hope to be back next year or even sooner.

We had a family group stay at the property. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 young children. Dining areas were great. Beautiful views and access to the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street secure parking. Hosts were very responsive and immediately rectified a small issue when we arrived.

Beautiful place and reasonably priced. Perfect place to stay for a few nights away. Close to the water and we loved that we were able to use our Kayak for the first time. Don't have a Kayak, Jodie has you covered with a couple ready to go. I recommend staying and taking advantage.

A beautiful place! Perfect for our extended family of 11 with large open spaces and great kitchen and outdoor area to prepare meals and relax. The property was clean, easy to check into and had everything we needed. Great location by the canal, everyone loved the rides in kayaks around sunset. It was easy to visit Noosa and surroundings from the house. We would stay again!

Quiet location Very clean open plan home Beautifully large space in main bedroom incl air con was a godsend! Ample supplies in kitchen and shaded area out the back during the morning and half the afternoon. Close to everything we required! Fishing spots, boat club and loved to see an air bnb with recycling tubs and a compost barrel ( we took advantage of that to minimise landfill) I was very impressed to see no carpet throughout the property and the linen was not white! That’s something I think Gary got spot on! No white linen - I don’t like it as it may look lovely initially but find its too clinical looking in a guest home. We felt Gary and future users of air BnB property would benefit using and maintaining compost barrel and in turn keeping Gary’s herb garden well fed- All the foundations are there and what a great way to utilise an entire home and use herbs from his garden in turn providing green waste to feed them and Gary also having passive maintenance.

Idyllic hideout with waterfront view for a great price. Every detail from plush towels to high quality cookware made our stay a pleasure. The open dining, lounge spilling onto patio and balcony made the perfect social space for our group of friends to relax together. Charles was responsive, friendly, felxible and clear.

Great place! Felt super private / secluded and was a nice get away in the mountains. Donna’s place was beautiful and great value. Bonus points for how modern the home was with massive theatre room controlled by an iPad! 100% recommend :)

We had a wonderful stay at Soul Beach Bungalow. The design is exquisite, so peaceful and relaxing! All the facilities you could need are there and if you didn’t want to, you wouldn’t need to leave! Walking distance to the beautiful beach and so many restaurants and cafes! I hope we get the opportunity to stay again!

Rita’s River Residence was very clean and homely and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful location overlooking the river and Rita was very accomodating with our requests, even a lovely welcome hamper on our arrival. Highly recommend staying here.

The apartment was very nice! Large kitchen, comfortable lounge and outdoor patio. The bedrooms were immaculate. communication was fantastic and we were checked on often. clear instructions and very responsive. Would definitely recommend to any one family's or otherwise.

Maor was great, very helpful and understanding. We came to relax only with our dogs and it was perfect. Places to eat were the only issue but we are very fussy and driving was not an option. Parking in designated carpark was also too small but safe parking right outside the apparent block was great for us. Dryer wasn't working which in the end after checkout was a major issue for us. Maor did offer to pay for laundromat and Pizza but I declined. Maor also offered to buy more towels for us but it wasn't necessary. Great host and only issues were ours or out of Maor's control. would definitely come back if given the chance. Thankyou very much Maor

Loved the apartment and the convenience or having everything so close! Coffee shop, supermarket, beach, restaurants etc. Great hosts of course as well and we would love to stay here again 😍 Thank you!

We’ve stayed at many airbnbs but this one was THE very best one. Our luggage got lost and Jacinta was extremely helpful in helping us get it returned to us. The place is very homey and peaceful and we really hated to leave it I would have liked to of stayed a month there. Jacinta also left us beautiful and tasty breakfast food which we greatly appreciated it. I would highly highly everyone to stay there. Loved 🥰 it

Our stay at the French Country Cottage was wonderful!!! Booked for my family for my 50th birthday and it was a fantastic spot. Tranquil and relaxing, fun lawn games and beautiful vistas everywhere you looked- from the rolling green hills dotted with grazing cows to the reflective lake to the garden chess set and potager's garden: everything was perfect! My grandson loved feeding carrots to Sgt Pepper and collecting eggs from the chickens - we also had a trio of surprise geese for our visit which was noisy but fun! Our host Kathryn was kind, funny and generous with some local goodies and the entire setup was very Continental. We took a million photos and every single one of them was like a postcard! We laughed and relaxed and played and napped in the sunshine and huddled around the firepit for late-night chats - We have all had the most perfect time and have made the best memories in this beautiful place!

Gwenda was a beautiful host, very kind and helpful/contactable at all stages. Made my mums surprise weekend away a special one! The stay was gorgeous with amazing views, so many animals to see and peaceful as anything. Would come back in a heartbeat! The only thing I will mention is in summer, there is no aircon, so you have to be okay with the fans and heat but there is a lovely breeze that blows through the house all day long! Thanks Gwenda for being such an amazing host!

We had such an awesome stay in midway cottage such beautiful scenery and very relaxing with lots to do and see highly recommended staying we will be back and being dog friendly is a big 5 stars

Beautiful spot, not far from the city but away from it all. Feels more remote than it is. Space for alot of people. So many activities or just lay about the pool.

We stayed at Vivien‘s place for only two nights, but we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She is incredibly kind, open, and welcoming, always ensuring that her guests feel comfortable. On top of that, she knows the area really well and gave us great tips on places to visit. Thanks to her recommendations, we got to experience some amazing spots we wouldn’t have found on our own. Thank you!

We highly recommend staying at Amanda and Craig’s beautiful Samford Lakes cottage. We had the best weekend getaway! We got to bring our little bulldog along which made it even more special. There is so much to do aswell. We spent the day playing tennis, swimming in the massive pool, rowing the boat along the lake and even having pizza out of their poolside pizza oven. We loved chatting with Amanda and Craig and hearing Craig’s stories with a glass of wine and a freshly cooked pizza. The room was absolutely stunning too. It was very spacious and looked over the lake and the lillypads. You can even see the cows across the water. We absolutely loved using the massive bath, waking up an having a coffee on the huge veranda overlooking the water, playing board games by the fireplace and running around the property with our fur baby. John was also incredible and gave great recommendations and helped us set up some activities. Couldn’t recommend it high enough. Can’t wait to return.
