We had a family group stay at the property. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and 2 young children. Dining areas were great. Beautiful views and access to the river. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Plenty of off street secure parking. Hosts were very responsive and immediately rectified a small issue when we arrived.

A beautiful place! Perfect for our extended family of 11 with large open spaces and great kitchen and outdoor area to prepare meals and relax. The property was clean, easy to check into and had everything we needed. Great location by the canal, everyone loved the rides in kayaks around sunset. It was easy to visit Noosa and surroundings from the house. We would stay again!

Quiet location Very clean open plan home Beautifully large space in main bedroom incl air con was a godsend! Ample supplies in kitchen and shaded area out the back during the morning and half the afternoon. Close to everything we required! Fishing spots, boat club and loved to see an air bnb with recycling tubs and a compost barrel ( we took advantage of that to minimise landfill) I was very impressed to see no carpet throughout the property and the linen was not white! That’s something I think Gary got spot on! No white linen - I don’t like it as it may look lovely initially but find its too clinical looking in a guest home. We felt Gary and future users of air BnB property would benefit using and maintaining compost barrel and in turn keeping Gary’s herb garden well fed- All the foundations are there and what a great way to utilise an entire home and use herbs from his garden in turn providing green waste to feed them and Gary also having passive maintenance.

We had a wonderful holiday with our family, including our teenage daughters, at this beautiful house in an amazing location. The house is spacious and equipped with everything you could need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location on the canals was lovely, and having kayaks and fishing gear available was a bonus. The house was well-stocked with linen, towels, and essentials like washing liquid and dish detergent, which made things easy. The pool and theatre room were great for relaxing. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped place for a getaway.

Such a lovely place to stay which was in a perfect location for the beach and shops and restaurants. Host was excellent with great communication especially when we had an issue arriving later than expected. Every request or message was responded to quickly. The house was very clean and extremely comfortable, and it felt very welcoming. It’s the little touches such as having plenty of toiletries, soaps etc, kitchen supplies and a lovely outdoor space which makes this a favourite air BNB of ours. Thank you for sharing your home!

Enjoyed my stay here with friends and family . the view from this beautiful home was 10/10 . Host was very responsive and very respectful. Would highly recommend coming back for sure.

We had such a wonderful stay at Rita's place. We visited from the Gold Coast, and met family from overseas stay also. Everyone absolutely loved the accommodation! The view of the river was gorgeous, the balcony was very well appointed with the ability to dine and lounge outside which was nice. The whole apartment was beautifully decorated and had plenty of spare cushions, pillows, blankets etc. Loved that they had a couple of basic supplied in the pantry also. Complex itself was quiet, felt very safe and had a lovely swimming pool. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting the sunshine coast!

This appartment was everything that we could have hoped for on our family vacation. The apartment is spacious, clean, fresh and enjoys a beautifully relaxing view of the river from the balcony. The swimming pool is an added luxury. We would definitely book the apartment again!

We loved our stay at Sam's place. Amazing location, gorgeous views and walking distance to everything. The unit is spacious and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a holiday and the pool is sparkling clean. Sam is a super friendly host and we can't wait to come back.

It was such a great feeling to walk into beautiful clean accommodation after staying at a questionable resort The beds were comfortable and the premises spotless, everything you need for your stay is provided We always had parking, the amenities were great, all well maintained The location for us was gorgeous and enjoyable as we could walk to Noosaville or go via the waterways We have no issue in recommending a stay at the resort with Paul and Kimberly

Our stay at the French Country Cottage was wonderful!!! Booked for my family for my 50th birthday and it was a fantastic spot. Tranquil and relaxing, fun lawn games and beautiful vistas everywhere you looked- from the rolling green hills dotted with grazing cows to the reflective lake to the garden chess set and potager's garden: everything was perfect! My grandson loved feeding carrots to Sgt Pepper and collecting eggs from the chickens - we also had a trio of surprise geese for our visit which was noisy but fun! Our host Kathryn was kind, funny and generous with some local goodies and the entire setup was very Continental. We took a million photos and every single one of them was like a postcard! We laughed and relaxed and played and napped in the sunshine and huddled around the firepit for late-night chats - We have all had the most perfect time and have made the best memories in this beautiful place!

We needed respite and rest away from crowds with kind and friendly hosts and Annie’s place was exactly what the doctor had ordered,just so peaceful . We loved it so much that we booked Annie’s place for our son and new bride to stay at on their first night as newly weds and they too loved the quietness and privacy Annie’s place provides,Annie and Das are just so accommodating and keep the place in pristine condition,we now consider them friends.

Gwenda was a beautiful host, very kind and helpful/contactable at all stages. Made my mums surprise weekend away a special one! The stay was gorgeous with amazing views, so many animals to see and peaceful as anything. Would come back in a heartbeat! The only thing I will mention is in summer, there is no aircon, so you have to be okay with the fans and heat but there is a lovely breeze that blows through the house all day long! Thanks Gwenda for being such an amazing host!

It's the second time we've stayed here while visiting family. It's such a lovely, calm space, and Lizzy is a warm and friendly host.

We highly recommend staying at Amanda and Craig’s beautiful Samford Lakes cottage. We had the best weekend getaway! We got to bring our little bulldog along which made it even more special. There is so much to do aswell. We spent the day playing tennis, swimming in the massive pool, rowing the boat along the lake and even having pizza out of their poolside pizza oven. We loved chatting with Amanda and Craig and hearing Craig’s stories with a glass of wine and a freshly cooked pizza. The room was absolutely stunning too. It was very spacious and looked over the lake and the lillypads. You can even see the cows across the water. We absolutely loved using the massive bath, waking up an having a coffee on the huge veranda overlooking the water, playing board games by the fireplace and running around the property with our fur baby. John was also incredible and gave great recommendations and helped us set up some activities. Couldn’t recommend it high enough. Can’t wait to return.

My family and I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and peace and quiet. In the three days we stayed over we visited Coolum, Eumundi, Noosa, Peregian Beach and Caloundra. Everything is only minutes away, including great restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the central air conditioning very handy, especially in February. Seeing kangaroos every day was an added bonus. I can strongly recommend this place.

We stayed at Vivien‘s place for only two nights, but we couldn’t have been happier with our choice! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She is incredibly kind, open, and welcoming, always ensuring that her guests feel comfortable. On top of that, she knows the area really well and gave us great tips on places to visit.
