The stay was wonderful. At a perfect location with easily accessible parking, Walgreens and ocean drive. The suite was very cozy and comfortable with a homely vibe. Would love to visit again.

5 Stars – Great Stay! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home is beautiful—modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The pool was a huge highlight and made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were easygoing without all the overly strict rules you sometimes see at other Airbnbs. A couple of small things to note: the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was pretty weak, which made showers a little less ideal in that one. Also, the listing says it accommodates 12 people, but realistically there are only 4 beds and a couch. If you’re coming with a larger group (we had 9), be prepared to use an air mattress or bring your own bedding solution. One recommendation would be for the host to leave more towels. With 9 of us, we only had 8 bath towels and a couple of pool towels, so we were doing laundry daily to keep up. That said, everything else was excellent and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

This home has a very large open space kitchen/ living room and 5 nice size bedrooms. It doesn't look like it from the outside, but it is very roomy inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this house was perfect and the house met completely the description : “ Luxurious and close to beach Little Palace”. House is large, comfortable and has all the amenities to spend a lovely vacation in it. Kenneth was always available and responded instantly to any requirement we had. The only problem we had was that upon arrival we could not access the house with the given code. We called Kenneth and in seconds the issue was solved. We strongly recommend this house, pretty comfortable for 8 people.

We have stayed with Jocelynn a few times and each time has been great. Thanks for all the hospitality!

Renting from the same host for the second time felt like coming back to a familiar, welcoming home. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to enjoy all that Miami has to offer, from nightlife to stunning beaches.The apartment was, as always, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a bright, airy feel that instantly puts you at ease. We did encounter a minor hiccup with the door lock this time, but the host was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful in sorting it out, making the whole experience stress-free.Everything about this stay was wonderful.We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this place has become our go-to spot in Miami. Amazing!!! Book this place. It looks exactly like the photos. Insta-worthy views from all windows. Kitchen well appointed. Laundry in unit. The parking spot across the street was ideal and actually was quicker to use the valet which we did the first night as we had a lot of luggage to unload. The AC worked very well. Communication was excellent and while we had ZERO issues I felt they would have been quickly addressed as the team checked in via email to ensure we were enjoying things. We will be back.

Irene’s son, Richard was very helpful with getting us checked in. He happened to be at the building on the day of our check in and took time to show us around the building as well as provide a run down of the surrounding area. Richard was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating even going as far as to provide a flexible check out time due to our evening flight. Beach chairs were available in the closet as well as plenty of clean towels which were very useful during our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Irene and Richard’s condo; you can’t beat it!
