The house exceeded our expectations. So much, that we skipped a day of our activities to enjoy the house. Communication was 10/10. Would love to come back and stay her next year!

Excellent Airbnb! We had 7 people staying and it worked perfectly for us. Everything was clean and location was awesome, nice and quiet neighborhood. David would always respond quickly and was very helpful. Definitely would recommend place and would book again!

You’re reading this review because you want your own space and beachfront, and Rafael’s place delivers on both and more. This condo is neatly nestled between Hollywood and Hallandale beach. A 10 minute walk to the boardwalk, a 5 minute drive to restaurants. Or, you can make use of the umbrella and beach chairs on a pristine (but not overcrowded) section of the beach, take in the sun, and then return to outside terrace and grill, or cook inside in the spacious kitchen. A great place for a family get away.

Place was great! There was 7 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all, plenty of space. Host was responsive to any questions that popped up and were accommodating to our requests.

We had an amazing time at this modern home! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the beautiful décor and attention to detail. The house was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the huge backyard, which had something for everyone. Olena was a wonderful host — super friendly and responsive! The room was beautiful and clean, and the pool area was such a nice touch. We especially loved the spacious and cozy backyard — perfect for relaxing. The space was more than enough for our group of 8. Even the daybed in the study was more spacious than expected, and the sofa had adjustable backrests, which made it incredibly comfortable — even for sleeping! Everything was tidy and well-maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Loved this place! We stay at these condos every year and Effrain’s place was our favorite. Very clean, nice view, easily accessible to the beach. Very great host, communicated quickly. Will be back for sure. Thank you!

This was a very nice condo. My family and I were so happy to have stayed here. The condo was clean, well equipped with cleaning supplies, vacuum, plates, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster. It felt just like home.

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Perfect vacation getaway! Beachfront resort with exceptional staff. Shopping and eateries are all within waking distance. Very relaxing. Dana communicated everything with us. Definitely will use her listing again.

I stayed here with my friend and we had a great time. Beach and access was fantastic. Pool was very inviting. Kids had a lot of fun. Walmart and Publix is about a 15 min walk. There are some nice restaurants across the street. Natalia and Pablo were every responsive and helpful with answering our many questions. The rooms were spacious and the view allowed us to see the city street and beach from a distance which was unusual. Overall we enjoyed our trip!
