A beautiful south beach spot. Walkable and nice location. The place was very comfortable and decorated well. Laguna was wonderful - communication was spot on, very helpful.

We stayed for 10 days in late March. the place is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, shopping, grocery stores ect. 5 min walk to the beach. The outdoor gym is a 10 min walk, you can get a soild workout in there. they have lots of free weights and benches. nice to work out in the sand. there are also a few gyms in the area. probably around $35 for a drop in. very easy check in process as there is someone at the front desk 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, AC worked well, place was very clean and perfect for a stay on South Beach. The parking garage is very close , 3 min walk from the apartment. we found it safe and easy to get in and out. just be aware that the regular rate is $20 per day or $1 per hour, but we did have an issue where it was closed to the public the day we arrived due to an event. The cost was also $30 per day on the next weekend due to an event. NBD, just something to be aware of if you have a car.

We had an incredible stay at Lucia's apartment. The place was spacious, as described, and we loved the access to an outdoor space with table for gathering. The surrounding area is very walkable and has great food options, even within the apartment complex itself. There's easy beach access within a short walk through the lovely grounds. Lucia was very responsive and helpful. We had one small issue come up and she immediately helped us handle it, so that it didn't affect our stay at all. We really hope to come back here again!

I recently stayed at this amazing beachfront penthouse, and it was nothing short of perfect. The location is incredible—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views that never get old. The apartment itself is beautifully kept, with an antique decor that’s been meticulously maintained, giving it a unique and charming feel. The large windows let in tons of light, showcasing the space beautifully, and the sound of the waves in the morning is pure heaven. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is functional, and every detail just works. The view alone makes this place unforgettable. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a flawless beach getaway!

We cannot wait to return to south beach. Everyone had a blast and the rooftop patio is the sweetest thing in the world. Loved how close to the beach it was. We will definitely choose one of frosts locations again. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo. We’ll be back for sure!!!!!!

Stayed here with a group of 14, and this was the perfect spot. The lake is beautiful, the house well kept and organized so that rooms flow together to keep everyone connected. The biggest thing that stood out was Cristian’s helpfulness and responsiveness. I have never seen any host so quick to ensure that our stay was as good as it possibly could be, truly setting the standard of what a being a good host means. Would most definitely stay here again the next time I come to Miami!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joanne's home. The huge front yard was great and we spent a ton of time playing games in the yard and relaxing in the pool. The 5 full bathrooms was definitely a big plus for a group of 9 guys. Would 100% recommend booking this home!

Great hosts! So helpful and responsive. The location is amazing, close to everything and a very short walk to the beach. We come to Miami a few times a year and this was our favorite stay yet. The apartment is just as shown - beautiful and bright, would say even more spacious than we expected. Would 100% stay here again and recommend this gem to anyone!

Cheryl's place is clean, well maintained and in a complex that has everything you might want (Tennis, pools and a great beach). Cheryl was also very attentive answering all our questions along the way.

The location was amazing, steps from the beach, check in and check out was super easy, and Sofia was flexible in giving us an extra hour to check out with small kids. She was easy to communicate with when we couldn’t find something and dropped off supplies the next morning. Overall a great experience.

We had a fantastic vacation! We were able to get around everywhere very easily. The location is about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach max and along the way is a pool, restaurant, convenient market, and kids playground. What more could you ask for? The owner was very quick with responding, and overall I felt very safe and secure. If you want to relax and enjoy activities outside exploring, this is a great place to go.

This was my first time using AirBNB, and I am very pleased with the experience and this place. The condo was exactly as described, beautiful and clean. Angela met us on arrival to give us a tour of the home and to describe the property features. We had access to 3 pools, on site grocery store, BBQ grills, beach with chairs and umbrellas, beach bar, koi pond, safe environment. The extras that Angela provided, like the collapsible beach wagon, beach towels, shade umbrella, etc. were greatly appreciated and helpful. All of the appliances and TVs, were Samsung. We were able to screen share our streaming services to the TVs. Bonus extras for in the condo were 3 box fans that we were able to run in our bedrooms at night...the mature ladies really appreciated these. Kitchen was supplied with more than enough to accommodate cooking and to service the 6 adults on this stay. Thank you, Angela for going above and beyond to accommodate our second vehicle.

We loved our stay for spring break, the condo was as described and clean. The view of beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the easy access to the pool area and beach. We would for sure stay again and loved the area with close proximity to restaurants and downtown Miami. The only thing was was a bit of a bother was the very high security getting into the pool area, we had to have our bags checked every time we got in and were not even allowed a water bottle or any snacks and the pool menu was pretty limited. Overall great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the 1 Hotel through Five Star Luxury Travel once again! The accommodating service and prompt responses were much appreciated. The unit was in excellent condition. We love booking through Five Star and they always deliver five star service to us!

Exactly as described, clean, and just steps to the beach. Doing construction, so expect some noise. The only thing that would have made this perfect is for there to be some close by restaurants or coffee shops that are a quick walk. But, it shouldn’t stop you from staying! Would stay again :)

Our stay was very nice The location is fabulous Christian as a super host was very accommodating and will go the extra mile for your stay to be wonderful. Great apartment right on the beach with newer kitchen. As a bonus small room with a crib and bunch of children books which our 4 year old enjoyed very much. Location of the condo is great as well, not too far away from hustle and bustle of south beach but good enough distance to be quiet. The only drawback is that the pool was cold, from my understanding it does have a heater but during our stay it wasn’t operational.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment was clean and comfortable and well equipped with all the amenities you would need. The location is perfect - nice and close to everything, but also quiet and peaceful. We really loved the beach access and having beach chairs and an umbrella was extra special. Anita and Luis were excellent hosts. Very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
