This is a lovely old home on a beautiful street. It's full of old-style furnishings and decor and definitely has charm. There is only one bathroom upstairs for 3 bedrooms, and one downstairs for the first floor bedroom and common areas. It's on the safer end of Calle Ocho, which is just a couple blocks away. It's far away enough that it's quiet at night, but still only a quick walk. Note that it's on the flight path for the airport. The noise wasn't too noticeable inside the house and the planes stop at night. Marguerita was responsive and attentive. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Natasha and Michael’s! Their home is very spacious and extremely well situated - within an easy drive of Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and downtown. It is also walkable to Little Havana. We had a big family group and the property fit us very comfortably!

Always responsive and place was exactly as listed. I can’t wait to stay here again.

A great home from home in leafy area of Miami, super convenient for the airport which suited us for the purpose of this trip. Really lovely little place with a cute garden my toddler enjoyed. So well equipped for kids! Great recommendations from the host. We absolutely loved our stay.

Fantastic gem in Coconut Grove! It was walkable to everything....restaurants etc. The home is Miami Chic Boho with tons of light and great energy. The host was beyond accommodating, she even sent the gardner to add gorgeous orchids to the trees for our stay.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Miami was absolutely perfect! The house was exactly as described (if not better), clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is ideal — in a quiet neighborhood but very close to all the main attractions, beaches, and great spots to eat and hang out. The space is modern and well-furnished, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor patio — a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. A big thank you to the host as well, who was always kind, helpful, and super responsive. We truly felt at home during our stay. We would definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

My family and I stayed at this property for our Spring Break in 2025. First- the important things: The condo is as advertised, directly on the beach with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The pool was clean and refreshing. Beds and sitting areas were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and drinks. The valet car service was excellent and included in the rental rate aside from (optional) tips which the staff genuinely appreciated. The location is perfect - away from from the crowds of South Beach and Lincoln Road; yet both are highly accessible via bike/the boardwalk, trolley, or a short Uber ride. Lastly - the minor items which didn't much impact our stay - but I feel could be good information for the host or future guests: There are no locks on any doors including the master suite and bathrooms. The main bathroom has no lock and a clear shower door - interesting combo. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

A wide variety of restaurants very nearby, as are a couple of small parks. Having parking is always a plus, inside is even better. We unloaded close to the elevator, then parked. The unit was spacious and perfect for us.

Place was as described, Very Beautiful and Peaceful scenery. All amenities were available. Stay was perfect.

This was a great setup. Lots of things to do right outside the door, walkable to Wynwood and the Design District. And the apartment was clean, set up well, and had everything we needed. D&M were very proactive with communication. I would easily come back here. If you're weighing options, just book this one!

The only downside was the elevator—it could be quite slow, especially during peak hours, which made it difficult to stick to a tight schedule. On some days, I had to wait 5–10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to head out on time. That said, everything else about my stay was top-notch, and I would absolutely return. Great place to host my brothers bachelor party, plenty of beds and space for everyone. Host was very responsive to any of our needs. Had a great time!

The hosts Tim and Alina were very easy to communicate with. Check-in was smooth and easy. I asked if an early check-in would be available, and they were able to accommodate. The house is beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and very clean. The private pool and enclosed outdoor area is amazing. The house looks just as good if not better than the photos, and the neighborhood is peaceful and picturesque. It's clear that the hosts put a lot of time and care into creating a great experience.

The house is incredibly spacious and uncluttered, offering a serene, retreat-like atmosphere. There’s a peaceful zen space complete with a sauna, and the pool area features actual sand, enhancing the sense of an escape. The outdoor space is just as inviting, with a comfortable sitting area, a grill, and a deck with tables for dining al fresco. Inside, the beds were impeccably clean and so cozy, with pillows that were actually fluffy—something you don’t always find in Airbnbs. I highly recommend a stay here. The house is equipped with a wide range of cooking and grilling utensils, making it easy to enjoy meals at home. All in all, we had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

Possibly the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had! The house was beautiful, super clean, and had very comfortable bedrooms. The host was so quick to respond to messages and communicate effectively and was very friendly and helpful in accommodating all our requests with early check in and helping us coordinate renting folding tables and chairs. The backyard was great, and the heated pool was awesome. We came for a big group birthday trip and had the best time - would definitely come back to this house!
