Amazing place to stay, not too close but also not too far from the main city area. Can see the twin towers from the building. Obviously the theme of the room is white so there are some stains from usage that cannot be removed, it didn’t bother me though. The rooms are super sound proof, cannot even hear the TV outside when all doors are closed. Came with water purifier which also boils the water. Saved us lots of hassles not needing to buy water. Only down side is that there wasn’t enough bowls to use for 4 people, not enough chairs if we’re to sit at the island but who is here to cook a meal anyway. The bathroom does get a bit wet if not mopped after each use because there was no separation to block off the water from the shower. Also no ventilation fans in it so taking a longer time on the toilet gets a bit hot. One thing to mention is that watching from the window or balcony, you can see a grave yard in the distance if that bothers anyone. Can see fireworks during CYN!

I really enjoyed my stay! It’s quiet, the park view is lovely, and the location is super convenient with two malls, plus MRT and LRT nearby.

Was such a cosy apartment. Bed was really comfy and the location in the suburbs was perfect for what I needed. Sian was really responsive too.

We had our reunion dinner and cny gathering at Nana's place this year instead of going back to hometown. The homestay is exactly as advertised. The kitchen equipment are very complete for the preparation of dinner, and Nana also provided lots of games for the kids as well as the adult to enjoy! The beds are comfortable and everyone had a very pleasant time at the homestay. Our host, Nana is very friendly and responsive to any enquiries we had. Overall, we recommend this homestay!

This unit is very spacious. On the first we had water supply issue then they fix for us immediately. Overall, good stay. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

We booked this for one-day stay before our events. We were having event on the next day. The house may not be big but they provided sufficient items for our stay such as drinking water machine, cooking tools, books, beds. Host is friendly and very responsive. Too bad the swimming pool is under maintenance. Else, it will be even great.

Our 2nd time renting this house. We are from the USA and visit family every winter for 3 months. This house is clean, well renovated, and the host is very responsive. It’s a little more pricey, but we are happy with the great amenities, location and friendly/helpful host.

Great deal for me. I book right away when I see this place. And it turned out better than my expectations. The house is beautiful, large and the design is very comfy. Me and my friend all can gather around in the largest room to have some chat and played some games and we have a great time here. The owner is very responsive and immediately send someone to handle our issue right away and it turned out it's my issue that didn't switch on the Aircon power. Me and my friend did some cooking inside and the utensils and equipments are all there for us to use. I definitely will book again if there's a chance.

Highly recommended! Our group of 8 had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Evelyn's property. We had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed the facilities of the new condo. Getting in at check-in was seamless and easy - especially appreciated as this isn't always the case with KL condo listings. 10/10 will stay again!

Wonderful place to stay in KL. Kwok is an exceptional host and always responsive on texts. The condo was spacious, clean and just the same as it appears on the photos. Highly recommended!

It has great views of the second tallest building in the world and the surrounding city. Multiple street markets within 10 minutes, overall a good location. Interior is normal

My wife, 2 year old son and myself had a great 3 week stay at Khoo's place! The home was exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, and communication with Khoo was very quick and helpful throughout. Highly recommend this spot if you're visiting Kuala Lumpur—We will definitely stay again!
