We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annecy. The property was the ideal base for our week, with a short walk to lake beach and easy access to amenities. The house was clean and well presented and although one of the toilets was broken on arrival, Nathalie quickly organised a repair for the next morning. Would highly recommend.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un séjour agrébale. Il correspond à la déscription et aux photos. Très bon contacte avec le propriétaire. Nous recommandons vivement.

Superbe séjour en famille à Sevrier chez Claire et Romain. Maison parfaitement équipée et bien placée pour découvrir la région annecienne. Commerces accessibles à pied tout comme les 2 plages à l'eau translucide, et les activités nautiques. À refaire !

Damien’s huis is er mooi en goed gelegen. Vlakbij het strand en meerdere restaurantjes. Annecy is vlakbij. Het huis zelf is goed ingericht en Ernie veel speelgoed aanwezig.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

Een fantastisch vakantieverblijf. Het voelde als thuis, maar dan op een prachtige plek vlakbij het meer. Sfeervol en comfortabel ingericht met oog voor detail. Voor alles is gezorgd; opgemaakte bedden, handdoeken, badlakens, volledig ingerichte keuken en badkamers met heerlijke zeepjes. Aan alles is gedacht. Zeer ruim van binnen, speelse indeling en een heerlijke tuin met verschillende zitjes en bbq. De ontvangst van Chrystele en Yannick is erg hartelijk en vriendelijk en ze denken graag met je mee over de activiteiten. Zeker een aanrader voor een lang verblijf met groot gezin. Op loopafstand van het meer en het dorpje voor wat boodschapjes of het opladen van de auto. De omgeving biedt voor ieder wat wils. Canyoning, paragliden, wandelen, zwemmen, fietsen rond het meer, hiken, supboarden, ziplinen, waterfietsen. En Annecy is zeker een bezoekje waard. Kortom: topvakantie en we komen graag terug! A bientôt!

Excellent séjour, maison incroyablement bien équipée, vue à couper le souffle sur le lac, très bonne proximité d'Annecy et des stations de ski. Sebastien est un hôte très réactif et vraiment super sympa, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute. Merci Sebastien !

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Pauline est une hôte très accueillante qui s’est rendu disponible au besoin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison magnifique et décorée avec goût ! À quelques mètres du lac, accessible facilement à pied. Les équipements à disposition sont plus que satisfaisant ! Nous avons passé une partie de notre séjour, à l’intérieur, à cause de la pluie mais cela n’a pas posé problème au vue des prestations de la maison. Merci encore et on reviendra ! 🥰

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Jean-Christophe. Nous avons eu une très bonne communication, de très bons échanges. Le logement était parfait. L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. La région est sublime, nous reviendrons !

The Villa was lovely and the rooms have been finished to a high standard and were well equiped. We enjoyed having a plunge pool and there were plenty of areas in the villa to socialise. It was also great to have the hotel next door, so we could use the restaurants and bar. We had an issue with spilt food in the fridge that had not been cleaned when we arrived. clearly it had been forgotten by housekeeping, and although we raised it with the hotel, housekeeping never came to clean it. When you have paid this much, you expect everything to be perfect! Also the walk to the lake is either along a busy road or down a steep woodland path - no good for small children or older people.

Nous recommandons ce logement pour des vacances au calme ! Ce logement est très bien équipé : piscine, jacuzzi, table de ping-pong, baby-foot, bouée pour la piscine, jeux de société, plancha, bbq etc. La communication avec Pierre-Yves et Huguette s'est faite facilement et ils nous ont fait parvenir plusieurs vidéos explicatives sur : l'arrivée, l'utilisation des équipements du logement... Etc. Ce qui était très appréciable ! L'accueil (mais aussi le départ) est des plus chaleureux : le petit déjeuner et des boissons pour le 1er apéro nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Nous avions également besoin d'un 2ieme lit parapluie, et Pierre-Yves et Huguette on fait en sorte de pouvoir nous en fournir un. Merci ! Nous avons du avancer notre départ et nos hôtes se sont gentiment rendus disponibles pour être présent.

Tres belle maison, instructions Claires, et réactif, à proximité d’Annecy et du lac. Tout nickel

Très bon séjour, dans la maison de Thomas. Vue remarquable. Nombreuses activités pour les enfants. Parfait pour un séjour à la montagne.

Logement très agréable, propre et bien situé. Correspond tout a fait à la description. Une seule remarque, ma fille ainée étant malvoyante, les nombreuses marches entre les différentes pièces lui ont causé des difficultés dans ses déplacements.

We had a great family holiday at this amazing house. It is well located for exploring Annecy, the surrounding area, and the lake. The pool and hot tub are excellent and the view of Lake Annecy was perfect. It is very well equipped with all essentials and Lucien the cat is very friendly :) We highly recommend this house!

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille et amis fantastique ! La maison est propre, agréable. Nous étions avec plusieurs enfants et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour eux (jouets, ballons, jardin, piscine …) . La cuisine est fantastique pour partager en groupe des moments agréables . On se sentait vraiment comme chez nous et Hans nous a soutenu quand on avait besoin (ex: chaise enfant) il y avait par contre beaucoup de moustique, je recommanderais des moustiquaires. Et le seule inconvénient a été le fait de devoir emmener nos propres draps et serviettes car ce n’est pas une option pour un court séjour. Si non aux alentours il y a aussi différentes options pour profiter: hôtel avec option d’accès spa, parcs, restaurants, lac de Bourget … Merci Hans
