Our book club group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The home was beautiful and everything was spotless. Everything was as advertised. Beds were very comfortable.

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

Paula's house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We had 7 adult females looking for a comfortable space to relax and unwind for an evening, and that's certainly what Paula's home provided. It was clean and cozy, and had a TON of sleeping space - everyone got their own bed (the pool house was an especially fun place to sleep!). While the main living space was pretty small, it was designed and laid out really well. Would definitely return - preferably in the summer when we could enjoy the beautiful backyard and pool! We spent a beautiful family Christmas at Paul’s place meeting there, Christmas Day with Son, toddler grandson, and 100 pound dog. We arrived an hour early (coming from four states away with the hound) and there was a little tension about getting the code to get into the property but got in at check in time and were greeted by a beautifully kitted out pristine and cozy home at which to spend our Christmas together. The grandson loved toddling around and the dog meandered happily in the fenced in yard. Paul advised us to turn on the gas fireplace, which we did and a lovely time was had by all. There was nothing lacking in the place, bedding and beds were very comfortable, and we are definitely planning to come back for another visit someday. I can’t say enough about Southold in the entire North Fork area. It’s charming, has lots of farms and vineyards and cute boutiques and such but it’s not over built like so many other areas.

There are not enough stars to give to Nancy and her air b&b. This was our first experience with the app. The room was better than advertised. But what made this even more special was Nancy herself. What a sweet, kind woman. We plan on going back often. Not only to explore the Hampton area. But to make sure we have a drink around the fire pit with Nancy and her husband. Thank you again Nancy. You were awesome.

We had a wonderful Valentine's day Weekend at Deborah's. The loft was so cozy and so cute. She allowed us to bring our cat (who also had a blast sleeping in the cozy beds). The hot tub was also super relaxing and Deborah was nice enough to put an orange tarp on top of the tub so it can be a bit covered from the snow (which by the way, super unserious suggestion, a roof over the tub would be amazing). We also enjoyed how close it was to Sag Harbor and some other Vineyards we were able to visit. The property itself was also super peaceful, it was an overall relaxing weekend. Thank you for being such a great host!

Perfect place for my husband and I, our twins and my dad to stay for a family wedding. Would love to come back and just explore the awesome area in the future!

Our second time staying at Vanessa’s place. It’s absolutely perfect for a girls trip. Great location, clean, and Vanessa is extremely responsive. Can’t wait to come back again!

Clare was a fantastic host. She helped us with getting around which was super helpful because we didn’t have a car. Her food recommendations were great. All in all, she created a warm and welcoming atmosphere which made our stay in Montauk a beautiful experience. Thanks for everything!

We had a fantastic stay at Jill’s place for a long holiday weekend! The space itself was extremely comfortable and cozy. And the location was within a 10 minute drive of all of Montauk top activities not to mention walkable to the Montauk Harbor with its own host of restaurants. Many were closed for the season but we loved trying Dive Pizza Bar with live music just a 7 minute walk from the residence! Thank you, Jill, for the wonderful stay and for your great communication and tips leading up to the trip!

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Marina’s place was exactly as described and just what we needed to be able to stay somewhere with our pups and attend our friend’s wedding. It was very clean and there was a wide range of amenities available! The neighborhood was very quiet and the little outdoor area with fire pit is so cute!
