Just back from staying at this wonderful apartment. The location is perfect - fantastic views over Rest Bay and the most incredible sunsets. The place was spotlessly clean and stocked. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon.

Had a fantastic stay at Mike’s studio flat and first floor bedroom for a long weekend. The flat is situated on the top floor of the house and was absolutely spotless. The bed was super comfy and the flat had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. My friend stayed on the first floor and had a lovely, spacious bedroom with own bathroom. Mike is a wonderful host, very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend staying here if in the Bridgend area. We would love to stay again :) thank you Mike.

Great communication and easy to find. Situated just outside the town but walkable and 2 pubs within a couple of minutes walk. Clean and exactly as described. Would recommend

What a stunning location, views to die for. Enjoying a coffee on the terrace this morning watching the golfers, with the waves lapping in the background. Superbly kitted out with a nice cafe/bar 100yards away. Would certainly recommend and stay there again.

Great accommodation, spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean, great location with beautiful surroundings and a wonderful host, highly recommended and would stay again.

The four of us had an excellent stay here as we visited family nearby. Great hosts who offered lots of helpful recommendations and were very friendly. Very clean flat and comfy beds! Clear instructions on how to access and parking suggestions too.

Beautiful place, wonderfully and imaginatively decorated and bigger than it looks in the photos. The place is very dog friendly with a lovely enclosed garden and very convenient location to walk into town. The hosts are lovely, very friendly but not at all intrusive and we really appreciated the treats for both humans and our canine friends! Thank you for a lovely stay, we will be back.

I cannot recommend Claire or the accommodation highly enough. The whole process was very smooth. When we arrived Claire was on hand to give us the key to the flat. The flat was very clean, bright and had comfortable beds . The flat was a nice size and felt homely. Towels were provided and the shower was absolutely fine. The water power was great. If you are thinking of staying in the area then I would highly recommend this place. Good transport links into Cardiff and Pontypridd . Claire was quick and responsive to my request regarding this. Unfortunately, I left an item in the flat after we left. I contacted Claire and she kindly posted it onto me. Thank you for a lovely stay Claire. We will definitely be coming back to explore the area further and to see our friends in Pontypridd.

Loved the manor and the woodland spa especially, with some quirky local pubs in the area. Only little negative was the £18 breakfast for some cereal and croissants.

Really nice place and pretty convenient with the road

Second time staying here, for annual event in the local area. So knew what to expect. Nice space, easy drive to supermarkets and shops, private space. On equestrian farm so nice to look out of window and see the horses. Bit of roadworks and construction going on nearby but during our weekend stay there was no work going on.

Great place to stay, spacious and responsive and thoughtful hosts. Appreciate the TVs in each of the rooms to chill out with the kids! Some noise from passers by/those outside in the night, but expected as it’s on the high st and was the last Thursday before xmas day.

The flat was a perfect place for us to look for a long term let. Mark and Cerys answered all our questions almost instantaneously. The flat was comfortable and well stocked. Would stay again and recommend to anyone.

Spotlessly clean. Convenient town centre location. Close to shops and restaurants. Short walk to sea front and beaches. Just right for a weekend away in February.

We had great time stay in the property.The room is very cozy and spotless in such wonderful surroundings Lyn&David are charming and friendly .They are the best hosts which you can never wish for. We would definitely stay there again.
