This was a beautiful home to stay at for our visit to Fairfield University. It was peaceful location near the school. The house itself was gorgeous with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you.

We had to find a place last minute due to some unexpected circumstances, and Lori was incredibly accommodating. We only needed it for one night to fit five of us, and the three-bedroom setup was perfect. She went above and beyond by offering early check-in and late check-out, and even brought us muffins and coffee since she knew we had to hit the road early. The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but it didn’t cause any major issues. All in all, a great stay — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Ritestay was a great place. We didn’t spend much time there because we were there to see our daughter. Would be perfect in the summer!!

Erin was very responsive and approachable. She gave clear instructions on entry and exit to the house. It was cozy and clean and relaxing. He little touches of luxury were everywhere to be found. I would go again in a heartbeat.

We had a great stay at Jess and Zack’s place for my birthday weekend on the North Fork! They provided clear directions ahead of time on how to find their place and how to check in. We were greeted by the sweetest pup. The space was spotless and very comfortable. We had a fire in the fire pit one night and that was excellent. It’s super close to lots of great restaurants and wineries! I would recommend their place to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful getaway!

I am 68 & I have traveled pretty extensively and have to say, this was the coziest, cleanest & well-stocked Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - absolutely has everything you could want/need. My cousins & I kept on saying, “If we could just win the lottery and buy this place! 😀 Thank you Cail, Jayne & Dylan for sharing this little piece of Paradise! 🤗

Sunil’s large house sits on extensive grounds with beautiful views across lake Mahopac from most rooms. A well equipped kitchen and updated bathrooms, round out the amenities. Sunil is an exceptionally responsive and cordial host. We have stayed here several times and highly recommend it.

Colleen’s place is beautiful and exactly as advertised. We had no issues and she was very communicative leading up to our stay to make it easy.

Place was perfect! Clean & made our Holiday stay in the beautiful Hudson Valley a wonderful experience. We loved the personal touches the house offered and we will be back

Gaby’s place was clean and comfortable! She is very kind and it was exactly what we needed for the week. Her check in instructions and directions were thorough and the home is in a beautiful area. Already have our next stay booked :)

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

We had an amazing time at the property, and Michael and Krissy were great hosts. They were very responsive and very helpful when we had questions and issues. The property was pristine and exactly what we hoped/expected it to be. We would definitely stay here again!

The place was much bigger than the photos and we enjoyed the stay! especially the indoor fireplace and the house is beautifully decorated. Blake was a great host, she did a quick tour of the place when we arrived and gave us some flexible check out time because of the weather/road condition (thank you!) even though we left just before the check out time. Overall, it was a wonderful stay :)

The host Joanna was very responsive with communication. The house was big and clean (I am extremely picky with cleanliness). We stayed there for parents weekend at Fairfield University which was about a 25minute drive to the senior beach houses which wasn't terrible. For those Sacred Heart University families it is super close to their campus. The house is in a quiet, safe, family community. Overall, we were very happy!

Place was clean and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently furnished with many kitchen appliances. Moderately noisy from the traffic (as you can expect close to the road) and typical noise from the rest of the house. Johnna was very easy to communicate with. Got greeted by a very cute cat as we parked outside :)

This is a lovely little beach cottage! We were very comfortable and had a great time! It was wonderful to have our dog with us! The location is beautiful and private, with access to a very special stretch of beach.

This was the perfect stay. I felt at home and the grounds are beautiful. The location is a perfect getaway but close to a lovely small town. The owners are great, kind, and so thoughtful. I appreciate them and everything they've done to make my stay better. It was a last minute holiday getaway and I'm so grateful they saved the day. Thank you so much! Rio was a really friendly and helpful host and his cottage was very cute in a lovely area surrounded by trees and great walks and hikes. We made s'mores over the fire pit, enjoyed the quiet, and explored a few towns nearby. Great weekend!

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

The cottage was lovely! It was a great little retreat. Cameron was a great host, providing a lot of info about the area and activities. This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Cameron’s places and I will be back for sure!

Nice place located in a beautiful secluded house in a safe neighborhood. Gorgeous property. Our dogs were allowed and they were very comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described. Extremely clean and well maintained. The place was easy to locate and easy to access. It is convenient to many local stores and restaurants. Great, responsive hosts!

Great spot to stay on the shoreline. Great yard for the dogs to sit in the grass and enjoy the yard.
