Ideal beachfront location on the North Bay, seconds walk away from Peasholm Park and Scarborough Outdoor Theatre and you practically step out onto the beach. 15 minute walk to the town centre, maybe 30 mins to stroll around the headland to South Bay and the harbour. Well appointed and comfortable, secure private parking, a great base for a few days on the N. Yorks coast.

Fabulous flat. Everything you need is there. Comfy beds and great bed linen and pillows. Excellent location just of the promenade with parking. My relatively fit 85 and 83 year old parents managed the steep entrance stairs and changes in height between the bathroom and main living area but it may be an issue for less abled.

This was our third at Sally’s place and we continue to enjoy it! Would recommend to anyone wanting to have a weekend away, perfect for small children and young families. We will be back again, I am sure!

Wonderful stay for a large group. The property is in a great location and had everything we needed. Great communication from Annette who gave us some lovely recommendations. The hosts really go above and beyond and the property was very clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!

We both had a fantastic time away on our weekend in Bridlington and Dean's flat was a perfect place to stay. There is a well equiped kitchen, a lovely living room and bedroom. All rooms are light and airy and have large windows that overlook the surrounding area. We definitely would have no hesitation in staying again sometime in the future. Adrian and Kayleigh. ,

Hosts respond very quickly to any questions, were polite and very helpful. Place was exactly as described, felt like home when walking in which is great. Highly recommend for anyone that has a small dog. The garden is a little small but we knew that and perfect size for my little Gizmo, clean area some seating and closed in so the dog could not get out. 5 stars as i couldn't complain about a thing. Brilliant, thank you.

Really spacious and well equipped apartment. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. A bargain for the amount of room you had compared to a b&b!

fantastic apartment in a great location not too bad pub within 2 minute walk also beach not too far away either you can walk to Filey v beach in about 50 minutes or Hunmandy gap in around 25 minutes Excellent clean apartment with a tv in living room and an additional one in bedroom easy check in great kitchen and facilities would highly recommend

We had a great stay here! The house was clean and tidy and had everything you needed for your stay. Everything was as described and was an ideal location to get to the beach. The hosts Mandy and Beth were great, they informed us with everything we needed to know about the property and also let us know great recommendations for places to eat etc. Would definitely recommend this place!

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Lovely house in a great location. We have friends in the area and there's lots of places to visit nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and welcome. Would love to visit Sandy toes again and would highly recommend.

Really lovely big home that was modern and clean and everything seemed new. The host was super helpful and friendly and really responsive. This place is easily walkable to the town and sea front though those with mobility problems might find hilly Filey difficult! Would recommend the gluten free fish and chips from the corner place and bella Italia restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at the property, my family loved the Lobster Pot, Andree was very welcoming and sent an email entailing everything we could possibly need for our stay, Andree left wine and cakes for our arrival and my son absolutely loved all the board games to chose from, there was ligerally everything you could think of at the property, we even bought new batteries for the tv remote and later found that Andree had them covered in the kitchen draw, the cottage is lovely and a credit to Andree, thank you for a lovely stay and would love to return soon.

my stay at the Hideaway was absolutely brilliant! really easy to use the lock box. the apartment was so lovely and cosy, really clean too. Great communication with Jennifer all the time, she was really helpful if i had any questions. Great location for all amenities in Scarborough. Parking was straightforward using a permit. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others

We have just returned from a 2 night stay and it must have been the best Airbnb we have stayed in and host. First of all, the location was superb, only a few minutes walk to the waterfront. The house was so well equipped, clean, comfortable and spacious. There were lots of lovely touches, beautiful decor and views. The house was historic which just only added to the charm. Such a great host too. Very informative and helpful, was in touch to check all was ok and flexible. This must be one of the best places to stay in lovely Scarborough so would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for a great stay in your lovely house.

Just one night but a perfect one night. Mesmerising views over South Bay, never turned on the TV, the view was enough. Apartment was exceptional, everything you could need. Dined at India, just down Castle Road, and the food and service were both very good. Breakfast at The Lookout on the Pier, as per Andrea’s recommendation and that too was excellent.

Beachside is in the perfect place with stunning sea views. Very comfortable and well equipped, it was perfect for our winter stay. The heating was efficient, and Gail was quick to respond with any enquiries. Highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment, the location is great, with the sea at the end of the street. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Nice big telly for when it rained one afternoon. We parked right outside the apartment and there seemed plenty of space for this. Nice, quiet and safe street, 10 min walk to the amusements on the foreshore.

Amazing location with a fabulous view over the trees and sea. Easy access to Scarborough and Whitby, and further along the coast. The cottage was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy and short walk down to the sea (although it’s a decent footwear walk not a flip flop walk). Lovely bathroom and decent size main bedroom (we didn’t use the smaller bedroom). Owners on hand if you need them, but other than a brief wave as we walked past they left us to it which suited us fine.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Spent the weekend here with the family. The apartment was spotless with comfy beds and great views.The host was quick to respond and sent over clear instructions. Parking was easy to find either front or back plus with the parking permit could easily park around the town with the same permit code which was a bonus. The apartment was warm, my wife loved the shower and the place had extras you would only find at home. Also the little things left ie-bread, eggs and cold water was a great touch.Highly recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to book in future, great place, great choice and above all great memories to keep.

This is our 5th visit to the Getaway apartment in Bridlington. The position is ideal for exploring the town and the harbor. Everything in the apartment is convenient and fully functional We will return
