This was the perfect place for a short break. The cottage is small but cosy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Pubs, chip shops, cafe and co-op no more than a few minutes walk away. Easy parking around the corner. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a weekend with our two daughters aged 8 and 11. The view from the living room is spectacular, the apt was warm and cosy (we stayed in February) and parking was easy on the road right outside. Great location for walks in the Italian Gardens and wandering down to South Bay for an ice cream.

The location was ideal—right in the heart of town, with easy access to charming shops, cafes, and beautiful countryside walks. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the little thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was excellent, making check-in and check-out a breeze. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommended for anyone visiting this lovely Yorkshire town!

An amazing place, lovely and clean, the bed was really comfortable and we had all the little extras like milk, tea, coffee etc. I would highly recommend.

An excellent apartment in a quiet area with adequate free street parking yet within a 15- minute stroll to the Minster and main shopping area. Everything as advertised though we failed to notice that a microwave wasn’t included - something we just expected in such a property. On the other hand a nice touch was the teabags, coffee and milk provided. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly go back.

Ellie's place is a great base in Hessle which is in a great small community. Lots of independent shops/cafes etc and a peaceful vibe. The place is very convenient to access Hull and other nearby places. The flat is clean and has all the amenities required to be self sufficient. A great place to stay

This place was absolutely stunning, luxury in fact! We couldn’t ask for a nicer place and location. Parking was great, everything was walking distance and people were really friendly. Loved the views and the TV in the bedroom was a lovely touch. We reached out to Deborah once and you were a lovely warm host. We would definitely be back and cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful clean high quality cottage, perfect for 2 people, greeted by John and Lyndsey, such friendly hosts without being intrusive. Very welcoming to receive a some vital items on arrival like wine, milk, bread, butter, jam and more. Fabulous location in a quiet village, can only hear the birds tweeting. Perfect for walking right on the cinder track. Two pubs within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning there some day in the future. The apartment is spotless and so well located - about a 3 minute walk to town and to the beach. free parking is a major bonus as it can be difficult to park in Whitby. The space has everything you would need for a stay in Whitby though is up two flights of stairs so just something to be aware of when booking. Alex was communicative throughout and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We'll definitely be back!

A beautiful apartment, the location is great, with the sea at the end of the street. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Nice big telly for when it rained one afternoon. We parked right outside the apartment and there seemed plenty of space for this. Nice, quiet and safe street, 10 min walk to the amusements on the foreshore.

We loved our stay, we walked over 30 miles in three days and I did a further 19 miles running. the dogs weren't the only ones happily shattered. we had great weather which helps. be aware the apartment is east facing so in the summer you'll get sunshine longer in the mornings and be shaded in the afternoons. a couple of chairs somehow for outside in the summer I'm sure would be nice, though the front sliding windows do fully open, but was too chilly for us this time. we'd love to go back at some point. thanks for the lease of the flexible hose to wash the dogs Sammy, all the best.

I chose Sharon’s place as I was working at the University, so from that perspective it couldn’t have been better . The uni is literally next door but one! Also easy walking to the restaurants on Newland Avenue. Sharon was very quick to respond but any questions I had were answered via the home guide alongside a hunt through the wardrobes! Thank you for the hot water bottles - a really nice touch as the first night was cold. And if it’s relevant for you, be assured there’s a good InstaVolt EV charger just 4 minutes down the road at the MacDonalds

Very clean, high quality accommodation on a wonderful site with great facilities and access to Filey and surrounding areas. We used the pool a lot and that was very enjoyable, as well as walking down to the beach. Our baby loved using the toddler pool as well. Troy was really helpful and the flat has everything you might need.

I was working over at the Haven site for 5 days and I needed a place with cooking facilities. Andreas place was fantastic, Nice and clean , Well decorated and presented, It had everything I needed and more. Great location with full access to gym pool etc. highly recommended.

What a lovely apartment so nice and welcoming, everything you could need with little tastful gestures. It is in a nice quiet area but only a short walk to onsite pub and beach. We had such a fantastic time will definately return x

Susan's place was just what we wanted. A comfortable, tidy setting close to the sea with lots of walking available and near one of our favourite coasts. The apartment provided everything we needed and more. Facilities to cook if we wanted and a particularly luxurious bed! We didn't explore the facilities on the site but there seemed to be plenty. Perhaps next time! Thank you Susan for hosting so well.

Nice location near the beach for our dogs. Lovely quiet resort. Modern, clean apartment. Our dogs just missed access to a private secure garden so we had to take them out for little toilet stops but overall great place.

I was working away in North Yorkshire and normally stay in Scarborough, however came across this place and it was a bargain. It was perfect for what I needed, I was looking forward to using the extra facilities, however due to work commitments I didn't end up having the time. Hope next time I'm up this way if the place is available I will. I've already recommended the place to friends, family and work colleagues that might be staying up this way. The one and only thing that has no reflection on Andrea, is that I stayed in the off season so a lot of places were closed locally so if anyone happens to be doing the same, just be aware of that. Google told me that the takeaways (Slim Chickens etc) were open when they were and I spent a while trapped driving around until I found a security guard on the Haven site, but again that's no reflection on the accommodation or Andrea. I hope any future visitors have the same experience or better as it was a lovely little bargain spot.
